By far the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life ! The customers were shocked and told me they would leave a bad review about how I was treated. I can not wait to be contacted by corporate to tell them what happened . I have never been so rudely treated and disrespected by employees that I was shopping from and spending money at their store and if I didn't have an illness and it wasn't so hard for me to shop in the first place I would have told them to forget it. I don't even know if the manager Raquel told me her real name I mean I took one of my bags out to the parking lot handicap spot after I told her I need to speak with her and I looked back and she shoved my cart out the door and locked the front door. It was closing but there was still other people in there and she would not talk to me about the way she behaved. She acted like an animal and I can not wait to speak to upper management because they have the wrong person in charge and I will go out of my way to post this everywhere that miss Raquel should be fired for the way she treated me alone. The staff didn't even speak English and one of them told me way off information and the manager was so rude and beyond treating me like a human let alone a customer I left crying and in tears and I will have it be known that she put me thru so much stress and pain from my disease triggering that I couldn't even drive home and I had to be in my car until my face swelling came down and eyes were less swollen to be able to drive home I mean I really need corporate to give a care enough to contact me and find a way to rectify this crappy situation. I will never ever ever go there again and happy to protest to anyone that will listen to what happened.

****UPDATE*** They also like to discriminate and deny the use of the bathrooms, based entirely upon the discretion of the women working back at the dressing rooms. Also, if you fit a certain description, you will be followed throughout the entire store. You can even walk around, with over $400 in your hand, and even still, you will be followed. And, if you happen to look African-American, even slightly so (like my girlfriend) you will be asked to leave without ANY explanation, other than that the management requests so. My girlfriend had just walked into the store, and had only reached the perfume before a security guard told her she could not shop on the store. She didn't even have time to cause suspicion, the only thing that makes any sense is that she was kicked out due to her appearance. We used to shop here at least twice a week, and easily spent thousands of dollars, but after the incident with my girlfriend, we will never spend another dollar at this pathetically ran, blatantly discriminatory, and horribly managed clothing store. Looks like Marshall's will be receiving our business from now on.

We were in the area so we popped into this Ross location for a dress shirt. We did not find what we were looking for so we went across the parking lot to Marshalls. This particular Ross is a very busy store. To say that is well stocked with merchandise is an understatement . There is so much merchandise in the store and the clothing racks are so close together that one single person can hardly walk between them. You have to turn sideways and scoot between the aisles while the clothing rubs against you on both sides. What are they thinking? Move some of this stuff to another store. Marshall's had less merchandise, better displayed, and we found a shirt that we wanted. If this type of overstocked experience is appealing to you than this is your store!

It's always full. Everyday you go at any time you go it's full. The aisles are really small. I think the aisles are to small for the amount of people that go there. The cart barely fits in the aisles. If someone wants to go through the aisles, people who are already in the aisles have to move so you can go through. It literally gives me claustrophobia. They have good paintings and I love the decor aisle. If you want to decor your house or your couch or living room then Ross is the perfect place. There are also a lot of beds and toys for pets. The clothes for girls are absolutely horrible. The clothes for little girls aren't appropriate for their age, neither the shoes.

Shopped at this location a few weeks back today I had to return something from Ross and looked at their receipt and I was charged twice for one item call the manager at this location whose name is Maria she was no help she was very rude I told her that I live all the way in East County and she said there's nothing she can do for me and hung up in my face very rude customer service not helpful at all especially that it's their issue not mine double charging me I'm waiting to hear back from corporate and I hope that the calls are recorded so they can hear how their employee treated a paying customer

It is located next to the premium outlet, close to the border to Mexico. If you are looking for cheap clothes and shoes, this store definitely has it. However, it is hard to find quality stuffs, which it makes sense considering the price that you'll pay. I rarely it 3* because the arrangement of stuffs and shelves is confusing and somewhat random. Many clothes and shoes are miss placed and mixed among various sizes. There are not many store' staffs around. In overall, what you'll get is reasonable relative to the price you'll pay.

I love shopping at Ross. They will have good prices on clothes, shoes, house decorations, luggage bags, etc. Its my go to place for cost effective clothing for a good price. I just dont like this location too much. It's on the boarder so its normally crowded and the isles are so small that people block the walkways. Even with that, it doesn't stop me from going. I would still recommend this location because of its selection being larger than some of the other locations.

Its more put together than the other Ross 2 blocks away. Its cleaner and somewhat more organized than the Ross 2 blocks from this one. I apologize for not having the address but if u are a local u know what I'm saying. However I do believed it is customer service training for all Ross employees to be rude. So don't expect anything different from San Ysidro to Mission valley to Flagstaff, Arizona.

This particular Ross store is over populated by Mexican Nationals who cross the border to buy cheap clothing and resell in Baja. Wait times in line at cash register are slow, long, dredful and painstaking. Imagine trying to get any sort of help in a store where everyone is stretched thin people's budgets and even more so are the employees. The place overall looks worse than a cheap thrift store.

I always stop by this store only for one reason that my wife push for shopping there. Very crowded with very narrow isles that it is difficult to walk through. Goods very disorganized and sometimes broken. Store associates are the most unhappy people that I have ever seen. They insist to forget the most basic customer service principles which is making customer feel welcomed.

I was trying a Levis jeans there and the alarm hook went inside my thumb and it started bleeding then I went to the front to talk to the manager and I told her how it happened and all she said was do you need a bandaid and I told her what about if the same thing happened to someone else and I get HIV or something and she said sorry I can't help you

In order to find something good in this store you will have to browse for hours, it is really a hard workout and the line is really long almost always, the good part is the prices there always a bargain and you can find a lot of stuff there from bags to shoes and fitness gear at those sweet deal prices.

Pretty good rates. The clothes are however not organized which means, time needs to be spent to search and get the product you need. This place can save you a lot of money, if you have quite a few things to buy. May not be worth spending time searching for what you want if you are not going to buy much.

Good Ross branch. It's the second one in a very close vacinety. Not very attractive because it's next to Las Amaricas Outlets Mall. Right at the USA/Mexico border. Infact, the adjacent traffic light devides traffic in two lanes: left one South to the border check point and the other north to San Diego.

Me, my husband and kids was followed around the store by loss prevention. Every time we turned a corner we would bump into loss and prevention. Manager JAMES is a racist scumb bag!!! Doesn't appreciate THE MILITARY. HE DISRESPECTED AND DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE MILITARY PERSONNEL. WONT EVER COME ABCK HERE!!!

Extremely overly crowded, with “HIGHER PRICES” than normal. I strongly suggest going to a Ross more north from the border. Higher traffic if people means more business, but this establishment wants to take advantage of the everyday crossing the border “less fortunate people”. SHAME ON ROSS!!!

There are better Rosses to shop in imo, Stores usually a huge mess; staffs distant and rude most of the time. Selections usually gone by early afternoon; Since re-sellers from accross the border hit the place early mornings and buy items en-mass leaving next to nothing for everyone else.

Hadn't gone in a while because there's always tons of people and line to pay, recommend going in pairs if you already know what item you're after. A lot of nice new items, especially in the home section. The crowds and mess is justified by the cool stuff for sale.

Wide variety. Friendly staff. I just wish we could go outside with carts because I have injuries and had to make multiple trips back and forth to get my stuff a which anyone could have taken. sigh. But hey the god has to suffer for the bad

Visiting San Diego, we knew we were going down "near the border" for shopping, of course. This store is about the same as the other Ross stores; decent deals in a store a tornado visited, I mean customers. Worth a look while in the area.

Good store, you can find a lot of items such as food, decorations, clothes and more. Personally I like the parfum section cause sometimea they got a lot of good branches (Got a Nicky Minaj Parfum and I DO NOT regret it, it smella pretty

I rush to get there before closing time... And all the employees are lined up at the door.. As i walk in, they say.. "Sorry we are closing" I know they are ready to go home, but if the sign says a time.. It should be respected!

Good store! Great prices!! Sizing and sorting is sometimes messed but that's usually during holidays when large crowds hit the place, making checkout lines huge as well. But on regular season lines are fast and not that long.

Ross has some here and there every time I stop by!!! COs (security) are friendly and welcoming. Over all love to stop by and look for deals! Cashier does need some work on her attitude she was like whatevers. …

This place sucks they only have 3 cashier's open. Then the manager sucks has no customer service. He really doesn't know how to talk to people. He should work in the back,like that he's doesn't have to deal with people.

Overall, same as other Ross. Only thing is they set up their security stuff all dumb so you can't explore the object thoroughly. My cashier #916154 (didnt see her name :( )was pretty amazing. She was kind and patient.

Is a great place to buy almost everything you need at good prices. The problem is that all customers leave a mess, and once you find what you are looking for it is difficult to find a specific size, color, etc.

When I went to this Ross, I genuinely thought an earthquake had occured. Pants and t shirts were everywhere, and even some employees were discarded all over the floor. My Ross experience is forever ruined.

Good selection....I bought 3 lucky brand shirt , and one buffalo Short in a very good price like 50% off from the original price, so I'm very happy, cause everything fit just perfect☺️

Good store to shop so far. Just the employees that work there look like they hate there job. They should smile more and talk more to the customer make the feel welcome to the store..

Really bad service Everytime I go to shop there one or two items the lost prevention people are always on my back making me feel uncomfortable and to pay there's always a big lane.

It's Ross, come here if you want to spend some time looking for something nice, but don't count on it. It's definetley more disorganized than most other Ross stores.

I wish the store could be a bit more organized but other than that it's a good place to go for a quick run when you kneed clothes and can't afford something pricey.

The store had an amazing amount of inventory from clothing to shoes , furniture,. Everything was on sale and the store staff were very happy and friendly.

Excellent customer service, they open at 8:00am and employees are eager to help you. They even take you to the right aisle if you ask for specific items.

I work in retail and I can tell that the fitting rooms are more than 6 months buildup, it's gross. With one blow, a dust storm comes down. No joke

Hot mess and disorganized... Stuff everywhere. All registers were open and even a couple registers dedicated for people with only a couple items.
