They are much expensive than those in Arlington and Grand prairie, so messy, usually got the wrong price tags on. Today, I went there and it was so crowded and packed because Father's Day is coming. And I left my cart on the side because there were like 10 ppl between each racks. Then Ms. Penny, the store manager, came and took my cart. I was like "Excuse me, m'am thats my cart (which already had some stuff in, NOT empty). And she looked at me and told me to get another one because she was cleaning the store and already put her stuff in. I told her to get her stuff out because she just put it in, and go get another one. Yes, the store manager told me again to get another cart because she was busy right here. At that moment, I was like "Keep it yourself coz Im getting out of here". I hope that some region manager will see this review and throw a training session for those "customer service representative" because Im paying them, not begging.

I understand not being able to try things on but literally I went to get my son Jean's and since he is not able to try them on we had to guess of course they didn't fit so I exchanged these didnt fit either we tried 1 more time with no luck so I just wanted to refund and go somewhere else well they refused it even though I had every receipt and every tag was still attached they said oh you used store credit to which I told her no I paid for every pair as you can see with the receipts I exchanged which is what they told me to do and if nothing worked I would be able to get a refund with the orginal receipt which I had. The manager was so unprofessional and told me i dont care what your receipt says or who told you that im not giving you a refund. I will never go back to this location they are absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, and dont honor the return policy!

This has to be the worst Ross ever. Associates & Managers are not friendly at all. Only welcoming associates there are the Loss Prevention Team. I’m guessing they are an outside security company & love their job to be friendly while rude associates & rude customers are there. There shouldn’t be any public restrooms at all. I went to wash my hands after entering the store. A grown lady literally urinated on the floor totally messing the toilet all together. I was grossed out & left the store. Once this store opens after the Corona outbreak is complete. I do hope Ross Corp does not allow public bathrooms in all Ross locations. It’s absolutely horrifying to enter just to wash your hands. Hygiene for all is priority # 1. Hope Ross takes this serious.

GHETTO, crowded, dirty and hot. Do not plan to purchase more than you can carry yourself out of the store. I purchased some home decor - I'm 8 months pregnant and I wasn't allowed to take the cart outside. I had to leave my PAID FOR merchandize in the store, get my car and drive it to the front, and then carry all of my stuff out to my car with no help from anyone or a cart. The manager didn't even ask if I needed help, and I'm clearly pregnant. Some of the workers are not friendly and don't appear to know what basic customer service is. While looking through the dress section, I had a worker as me to get out of the way so she could restock a couple of dresses. Ridiculous. Will never, ever go back.

Work at Ross t your own risk I got in a car wreck and ended up getting fired the day I was in the hospital after I called he in they clearly told me to come back on the 11th I call to get my schedule on the 11th only getting notified I was laid off the day I went to the hospital when clearly he told me I can come back the store manager doesn’t actually know what he’s doing never there and he’s always in the back doing NOTHING in he’s no help when employees have questions you have to ask a regular manager to even get the answers I even went up there hurt in all in OUT OF MS. Ross clothing store.. I bought some pants from rue 21 and I went into Ross to try and find a shirt to match.. I wanted to try the whole outfit on to see if it went well together (by the way it didn’t) and the rude fitting room attendant stated “you gotta get permission to try them on together so we will know you didn’t get the jeans from here or are trying to steal them” with a complete attitude. ROSS DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THESE JEANS! Not only that IT HAS THE RUE21 TAG ON IT! I HAD IT IN A RUE21 bag WITH the receipt! The fitting room attendant, the assistant manager and the store manager all had very stank attitudes! Will be taking my business elsewhere!

Store is okay didn't have much options in clothing. Older lady working the fitting rooms area seemed grumpy and unwelcoming. She has serious issues going on. She acted like me and my daughter was a bother. I asked her a question which she rudely interrupted me before finishing and answered, which wasn't what I was going to ask her. She also did this with other customers. One lady even laughed and asked what did she do wrong. People like this who go apply to work in customer service jobs really are in the wrong field. They need jobs where they work alone maybe filling out forms with little to no interaction with the public.

I love love this place it's a peace of mind for me it's like therapy ☺️ I promise I spend close to $500 every time I go and that's at least 3-4 times a week the most I spend in one day there was over $1,500 I'm there so much they no me by name and discount me every time I go to every one of them near me so that's 5 and boy I tell you I love it but now I have so much stuff my husband is overwhelmed with all the things I've gotten so what I'm going to do is gift them for the Holiday and most of them are new anyway that's my tell tell on that .

I purchased Michael Kors watch from Cedar Hill location, I had watch adjusted to smaller size. Later went to Wheatland location in search of other items and saw same watch $10 less. I asked manager if I could be reimbursed $10 difference. I had receipt and tags but she wanted me to return the watch that I had went out my way to adjust. Why would a store want back something that is not original? Why wouldn't they automatically just match the price when I have receipt, tags and case? Needless to say I just left and took loss. Poor customer service!

Don’t bother with this Ross. Lazy employees. I’ve been a Ross customer for years. This store closes at 10:30, I get there st 9:30 on a Thursday night. No one in the store and I spend 30 minutes looking for clothes, go to the back to try them on but the fitting room is closed. I asked for help and the girl just said they close fitting rooms an hour before they close and just smiled. Would not even give me the curtesy of allowing me to try on 2 shirts and 2 pair of shorts. What the hell happened to customer service? Never again.

Ross is my number one store. Almost everything I need for my home I can find it at Ross. I goes too all the Ross stores that is close to me and I like going to different Ross they all have different things. I try too go to at least two of them every two weeks. The best Ross to me is the one that's across 635 freeway from Town East Mall. There is one thing that need too be taught to the employees they need too be more courteous to the customers especially the one off of Westmoreland.

If I could of given this zero stars, I would of but I have to put one at least. The return line took forever and there was 3 cashiers, I understand certain one has to do returns but there was no line for purchase, that another cashier could of taken care of a single return. It didn't take long for my return, why couldn't a cashier done it if it was that easy and fast.

I live in the south Dallas area of the city but I would advise anyone not to shop at this location. The store is junky, unorganized, dirty and they are always understaffed at the registers. The lines are always to the back of the store and you can expect a 30 - 40 minute wait to be checked out. Stay away. The managers and the general manager should be replaced.

The store employees (some) are so unconcerned about how they treat customers,. 6 employees on the floor with only one checking (Jayla) . The line is completely to the back of the store. The manager on duty was a very unconcerned and very unprofessional. This all Took Pl., Sunday June 18, 5 PM. Sadly This is why we shop outside of our neighborhood.

I usually don't go to this particular Ross. I forgot about this one being in an area near my church. I purchase the face. A nail kit. For the baskets. It's well as a knife set and a set of note cards. For under $40 total. It really made my day. And during the time that I went with was after 2 p.m. on Sunday I was in and out of line. Great haul.

2 Hispanics adies that work there, where taking all the discounts clothes and shoes, I was close enough tose some shoes for 2.99 wile regular price was 25.99 and bragging about it, one of the ladies name was Maria,but they where 2 ladies just pitiful. Went to return a bra brand new from my wife and the lady said it's been more than 30 days.. and I said ma'am I live 3 hrs away and I said can you put it back on my credit card. So she gives me a store voucher... seriously. Usually when you have your receipt you should get your money back.... I'm just not pleased with how they do things.

I'm here at the store at 8pm and spent an hour looking for clothes just to be told that the stores dressing room closes an hour before the store closes at this time it was 9:10 and the store closes at 10:30. I Had no choice but to leave my pile of clothes in a random location. All I wish is that I would have known this before searching.

The cashiers don't ask you on a senior day if you are senior to get your 10%discount you need to remind them all the time ,i don't know if they forgot Tuesdays is senior day or they just don't care for the senior discount.,so if you're a senior make sure you get your discount ask them if they give you your senior discount …

Worst Ross I have ever been to. You expect some disorganization at a Ross store, but this one was beyond disorganized. Chose some items to try on and I had to walk out of the dressing room without trying anything on because the smell in there was unbearable. Smelled like a port-a-potty. Will never come here again.

Store was messy and the cashier area is not easily approachable if you have a basket. The shoes need to be in boxes it looks like a thrift store. The management needs to visit Marshalls shoe dept for tip. The toy section need to be removed from the store or locked down these kids have a field day.

Get these people some help! Only 2 people on the registers with over 30 people in line. Clothes thrown everywhere, and not being able to take carts out or get help when you spend $1,000 or more on home decor is frustrating. Great prices, hit and miss selections, but worth giving it a try.

Always crowded , but I find nice cookware replacement , nice towels . I tend to find a few items that I love always . The store doesn ' t have the finest of customers so always merchandise everywhere , I think we as customers should respect store and try not to leave clothing on floors .

This store customer service training. The line was very long with only two cashiers. One cashier was working returns only. I notice 5 employees talking with each other and clocking in, including a manager and everyone dispersed as the line grew longer.

This store has greatly improved! The lines are much faster. The store is cleaner and more organized. One of the managers, Josue, is such a sweetheart. He is always working hard to maintain the store and I can tell that his employees love him dearly.

They have a store full of customers and only one person at the register. Thank you to the upper management! I always wanted to spend +1 hr waiting to buy two things. Next time you're in the neighborhood just know the lines are as long as six flags.

Ross is a discount clothing store. Has all sizes and I always find something. This one is typically not well organized, but its closest to me. Prices are always good. They have clothing, accessories, shoes, beauty products, home decor, etc.

Its nice, they have a variety of stuff its well organized and stuff is a lot cheaper than its recomended price. If you are looking for something cute like a crop top you might find if you look for it. They also had really cute sweaters .
