I shopped on 10/19/21 for new jeans. The fitting room was closed and I asked an associate when will they be open. They advised to wait 20 minutes. I was fine with waiting, I continue shopping around. After waiting for 20 minutes, I see the fitting room attendant. I asked if the fitting room is now open and she respond no, you’ll have to wait another 10-15 minutes because I need to run the cart full of clothes first. At this point I was annoyed because why would I need to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to run clothes. I waited 20 minutes and didn’t want to wait another 10-15. Beside there were other associates on the floor running clothes from the cart. I was annoyed on how they handled this situation. I’m never returning to this location. Ross by target on Charleston has better customer service than here!

Ross is always a hit or miss on actually finding anything. More often then not, I don’t. Stores are also more likely to be bare with little on shelf’s or stuffed with all the same thing. The stores are also more likely to be understaffed and a complete mess. Now some locations are worse then others and most just balance somewhere between total chaos and barely getting by. Check out lines can be another annoying issue, especially if you have just found like one or two things, they only have 1 or 2 cashiers and 15-20 people in line. I’ve put back more then a few things just because I’m not willing to wait half an hour for a sort of deal.

I Enjoy Ross Stores, they have a Big Selection of Clothing & Other Items to Choose from! This Ross Had that & I had a Great Time Buying Gifts for my Family & Myself! I Walked into a Lovely Display of Christmas Goodies, Candy to Ornaments! Racks Stuffed With Clothes for Big Women & Petite, my Only Complaint, the Racks We're "Almost" to Full to Pull Clothes off! You had to Really Work at Getting Items Off & back On the Racks! It Was a Pleasure Shopping Great Priced Items & so many items for Your Pets and also cooking supplies. Our Cashier Was Very Nice & Split my Items Into Sperate Bags when I asked Her to! Happy Holidays

This was my first time going there and it wouldn't been a great time if the cashier didn't come at me like I was broke. She kept making justers to her needing to tell me the price for what I was buying and she had a snotty attitude doing so. I work in the food business so I know what it takes to give that great customer satisfaction. But with any job you would want your customers to feel like their valued and that they're reassured that your gonna take care of them with no attitude and do it with your head held high. And if I'm coming to spend my money which I don't have to you better be on your best behavior.

They had winter jackets that were just perfect.... While was there I also wanted to exchange a couple of long pants but decided to shop first. While shopping I lost the receipt a sales person help me look the when we could find it the she went to the desk and fixed it so I could exchange. Later we did find the receipt. I wish I knew he name because she was just amazing. Ross you are so blessed to have her. Thank you

Big selection. Great prices. Short staff. Could be cleaner. Lots of parking. Employees have told me that the store gets hit by theft all the time and some of the customers look the part. I have been told the theft at this store is one of the worst. Always lines at checkout. It's hit and miss. I have found socks, underwear, caps, and some odds and ends.

Used to love coming to this one now I avoid it because they won't let us use the restroom..twice I have ad to leave the store with my son because they won't let us use the one in the facility. It is so inconvenient for when you are shopping. Management needs to fix this!!!! Other than that staff is great and it's clean

This Ross realized there was a bad line any opened up a second dressing room. They also have an Amazon locker. The guy at the register was fast, professional, and did his best to make every customer smile. I've never had this good of service at a discount store. The security was exceptionally great.

So disappointed about that all of the sudden there’s no public restrooms, having children when you spend hours sometimes at a time is very inconvenient. After picking lots of items had to leave the store fast without them so I could go find a restroom. I will have to find one with open restrooms.

This place reminds me of a Walmart where there's 7 registers and only one is open regardless of how long the line is. Look how this "worker" is disrespectful ignoring this long line. I suggest finding a different location unless you have useless time to spend waiting.

Lots of nice stuff. I enjoyed shopping. I had my emotional support dog, Alex with me. No problems. Good stuff. Low priced Easy checkout. I enjoyed my shopping experience. There was also a greater at the door which made the store seem hospitable when you walk in.

Ross can be a great place to find most things you would find in large department stores, but at deeply discounted prices. The best deals are, imo, are on housewares including decor, sheets and bedding, kitchen and dining essentials and clothing, at times.

I Shop at Ross for a Real discount for clothes,shoes,handbags or essentials for the home. The employees here are friendly, helpful and respectful. Ross will always be one of my favorite places to shop whenever I need a discount.

Once upon a time, this was the only place I bought my clothes. Guessing supply chain issues have made the store look sparse. Prices are not cheaper than they were in department stores.

The experience was five stars, the checkout process was long. There was only 2 cashiers working on 2 out of 8 checkout lanes. The cashierwe had was quick once we got up to the front.

Only one cashier and then the other cashier talking to the security officer and not helping the other cashier there's 20 people in line and the line is going very slow

This is a very clean and organized location. I love how stocked they were, especially with the purses. I walked out with 3 purses that I just couldn't pass up!

Friendly staff some agents on the door by loss prevention,have a bad attitude but no all people we going on plces like this go to stole the merchandise

Very low on inventory last time there. I don't like having to drag bags out, no shopping cart allowed outside...bad idea.
