Unorganized but great prices when you can find what you're looking for. Home items are a bit on the dusty side. Please stop putting multiple price stickers on your items. These sometimes take days to get off of items because of how stuck they are. This is not fun to have your new items ruined by adhesive and paper. Cashier was rude to me for some reason. She was happy as can be to the woman in front of me. When it was my turn she was very mean, to the point where she was handing me my items after scanning them. I was wondering why she wasn't bagging them. I had more than 15 items and spent more than $150. I asked if I could have my items bagged she gave me a terrible look and pushed with attitude 1 BAG through her window cutout. I was forced to fit what I could in my 1 bag and had to call my sister inside to help me grab the rest. I like this store but employees should not pick and choose who they want to treat with respect. Very unprofessional and honestly hurt my feelings.

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a traditional mask. I came in with a face shield that covered my whole face and the “security guard” (they do nothing but say “welcome to ross”) black buzz cut, looked like a 20 year old kid, and a curly hair blonde cashier (I believe to be a manager) harassed me into wearing one of their medical mask they were offering. I had come to do a return and they were yelling at me in front of other customers and really embarrassed me. The sign inside and out both say face COVERINGS are required. My face was covered yet I was treated differently and embarrassed. So embarrassed that after I made my return, I left the store instead of shopping afterward like I initially planned. I‘ve never had problems wearing my shield in other stores and other Ross locations here in Albuquerque. Will not be coming to this location ever again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I will always love shopping here they have great items and great deals. however I was briefly employed with Ross and I will never go into retail again after working here out of fear that anyone else will be the same as this place. I was told not to hold conversations with customers that all we need to focus on is speed. I have worked in customer service for a long time and you need to learn how to multitask and have conversations get to know your people as well as maintain a steady pace to keep the lines moving. Yes the clothing is cheaper and they get them from other stores to sell for less, however that does not mean that customer service has to suffer because of that. Hire people to clean the store and don't overextend your employees that is how you burn people out and the morale of the store including the customers all suffer as well.

Lots of clothes here to wear to the office at incredibly low prices, coming from upscale clothiers. From Juniors to Womens, a very large inventory. They deal in volume. I LOVE this store! You can also get pants, jeans, shoes and tees. Outer wear like sweaters & coats as well. Some kitchenware and accents for the home. There is a reason this store is always busy.. That is the only drawback. Sometimes they only have 2-3 cashiers & the lines can get long. However, it doesn't kill you and it is worth a moderate wait. This only happens sometimes, at peak shopping hours. So go and save a ton of money for nice stuff

I stopped by on a whim because I needed Christmas PJs for my 5 grandkids and me and my daughter. Didn't really expect much but why not. Ended up finding cute PJ pants for my daughter and grand daughter. A cute jogging set for my 15 year old and a pair of flannel bottoms for my 6 year old. Less than $50 dollars. I finished up at Target with my PJs, got tanks for the girl bottoms, and the set for the 10 year old and the 12 year old. Those were more expensive. But my PJ costs this year were less than if I had bought everything at Target

Evey time i go to shop at this store its nice but always to hot in the store the keep it to hot even for the coustmers to shop in. I feel sorry for your employees who have to work in this store, when u ask them they say they have no control over it... WHAT DO YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER THEN....I won't shop here no more...you know u can make people sick with heat being that high....look it up....or you are trying to make people sick one or the other but the store being that hot is a no go....

Gosh this place actually has some really nice clothes of varying styles. Each article of clothing is about 5-15$ and they also sell shoes, knick knacks, snacks, paintings, and various other things. The fitting rooms are nice and spacious with plently of individual rooms. I suspect they're using the mirrors that make you look skinnier, though. Either way, skinny mirror or not, I bet you look beautiful and amazing in that shirt you like. Can be a little crowded at times which makes me. anxious

Love shopping at Ross, Love looking for fragrance gems on the rack, last couple of gems were Dolce&Gabbana, Hugo Boss "Reversed" & "Just Different". But but bought a couple other boss colognes, also other brands like "Ambercombe&Fitch" and Coach. Sometimes its a hit and miss but I still end up purchasing Puma shirts, Levi jeans and other brand that equal Levi Strauss. No complaints, love this story on Coors and the one up in Rio Rancho.

The store managers Yvette and Carmelita are the most rude, degenerate, worst people I've ever had to deal with. I had a simple problem and wanted to know the solution for it and they gave me attitude and acted as if i blamed them for my issue, i simply wanted to know my options before making a trip back to the store. They both were sarcastic and rude at me and my partner. Will never shop at a Ross run by those unprofessional imbeciles.

I always find something to spend my money on here! Honestly a nice place to grab decently priced beauty goods. Like under eye masks for those insomnia circles! Or face masks because you are now on camera all the time for remote working! Lol Seriously, I pick up a few nice priced clothes, that I know my kid is going to look cute in for 2 wks then grow out of, some beauty stuff, and the occasional weird snack foods.

Good prices. However, the store was blocked by racks of hangers, boxes, items to be put out. Not handicap friendly when pushing someone in a wheelchair and pulling a cart. Some of the stockers were just downright rude. If you are mad because you are working stop and be thankful you have a job or go where you are happy. Sizes were minimal unless you are a size small. Not as good a place as it used to be.

The store had a good selection. I spent about $500.00 dollars here the cashier Assoc: 2202428 was so disrespectful and unpleasant she started ringing me up and stated that I had bought unnecessary amount of school clothes and then told me I could at least take the hangers off of my clothes I have never been so disrespected in my life I did let a manager know this is not how you treat your customers!!!

This Ross store is one of the best ones I've been to. everything is well stocked if not over flowing . which is good this is gonna be my favorite Ross the staff or the cashiers and employees are very nice respectful the security guard or the loss prevention very nice are going definitely recommend this to my family and friends a very good store one of the top of the lines for me here thank you guys

I typically compare prices of Ross to other discount stores, and Ross is usually less expensive. I have purchased sheets, pillows, clothing and kitchenware here and saved bundles of dollars. The merchandise is continuously turning over to allow for new products and you never know what they will have next. I'm always greeted at the door and they have someone thanking you as you exit.

The prices are pretty cheap here. It's a very disorganized store you have to be in the mood to search and dig just to find the sizes or items you are looking for. Their shoe options are not kids are always playing with the shoes and changes the sizes. The staff is unhelpful and never seems to know anything. They are there simply to check you out and that is it. Save your time.

When I was walking up to the store there was a guy that was trying to exit the store with a baby in a stroller. He was having trouble so I grabbed the door and helped him out. That’s when the security lady ran up yelling that I have to enter through the other door! She wouldn’t help this dude and his little kid out, but she had the time to come yelling at me???

Great prices with most everything from clothing for everybody to auto supplies & pet items. High quality household items ranging from luxurios bath towels to potato peelers. Some great buys on electronics like speakers and ear buds. This store can get a bit messy by late day as well as too HOT winter or summer...ventilation ...Great buys, fun fun fun.

I went with clothing vouchers which the cashier said she knew how to do but then she actually didn't. So the cashier was frustrated with her boss for having to fix her mistake, and inturn took her frustration out on my items, like she was slamming the items into the bag without care. Normally I have better experiences here. Hopefully next time will be better.

Called looking for a certain style of shirt only to be told BY MANAGEMENT that they were unable to send someone to the floor to check due to being understaffed. Wow, it's funny that ALL the other stores where able to assist me. Thanks for the horrible customer service Ross team I won't be giving you my business. When I’ve visited this location it is always messy and chaotic. But the biggest problem ive had is I was trying to find something that another Ross was out of. All the other stores checked for it with a helpful tone. This one however was a short “we don’t do that, you have to look yourself “. It doesn’t seem like they care about their service or customers

The store is so much cleaner now. I remember when it would be messy and kinda dirty. I scored some great finds for great prices while looking for unique birthday presents. They also have a clean bathroom. A plus when shopping with a toddler. Security is nice. Customer service is great, opening more lines when a line started forming at check out.

The manager Evelyn I believe is her name is very stereotypical. She always looks at me up and down and goes against what the price tag comes up as for whatever reason. It’s extremely offensive, this is my second experience with her. I will NEVER step Into this store and will advice everyone I know to do so as well as long as she’s working there.

This Ross had a good selection of women's clothing and sizes. There were not enough men's sizes. Basically there were no men's sizes in 2XL or pay ts with length 34. Otherwise, the store was clean and the retail associates were friendly and considerate. When she saw I was carrying a lot of items, she brought me a cart without me even asking!

I shop here all the time but now I'm saying byeeeeee. I took 4 shirts back 2 I had a receipt for and 2 I didn't, tags were still on and I was fine with store credit. The 2 I didn't have receipts for were $10.99 and $14.99 but cashier said without a receipt she can only give me $.49! Don't go here unless you like the feeling of being robbed.

Couldn't find anything where it was supposed to be. The people that where on the floor was shopping. If they didn't want to be asked to help then they could have taken off the name tags and anything with the ross logo on it. It made us feel like we where bothering them and gave attitude. Get it together. I wish I could give a negative star.

The security officers are nice, but the other staff is a little intimidating that I dont want to ask questions because they seem so rude to be honest. Otherwise they have a nice selection of clothes. The only problem I seriously have is that they try to stay "up to date" so they pretty much ONLY sell crop tops for girls and its annoying...

I had never been to a Ross store before. We walked in and the lady there had us wait a few minutes to go shopping. I thought that was a little weird, but we went on with our shopping. I did find what I was looking for. My daughter bought me a purse and a wallet for Mother's day. I didn't really get to look around so maybe I'll go back.

Bought 2 large items and 2 bags worth of stuff and the security wouldn't let me take the cart out of the store. It's also so annoying that there is a blockage to get in and you have to wait for security to let you in. On top of that, with the holiday stuff rolled out the aisles are too small, literally unable to pass someone.

The loss prevention or the "security" had yelled at my 5 year old grandson ( I wasn't present) it was for the best...trust .. She had yelled at him because he ran under the ropes instead of waiting to get video taped or photo taken...very unprofessional and she is very lucky,like I said I wasn't there.

I like shopping at this store because there is always something fun to find for a good price. The clothes can get a little messy so you have to really dig to find some good stuff. The restrooms are acceptable and the dressing rooms are pretty clean. The associates are kind and always have a smile.

Store was good, could use some cleaning and straightening up a bit, but the main bad and gross thing is that they only have one bathroom for men and woman that have to share it and it is dirty and smelly!!! First ross I went too and bathroom awful and small and long ass lines for just 1 was long!!

They are great.. but I wish they carry clothing that was thicker.. the shirts for woman are to thin, exp for whinter. They have nice thick clothing for men. And It sucks to have to shop the mens section.. for work clothing or just casual.. thats so thin you have to buy 2 shirts and a jacket..

Visited two Ross' today Nov 3rd 2021; the one on coors blvd is messing unorganized, cashier was rude didn't ask to wrap any fragile purchases at 3:15 p.m.. Store on Paseo n Wyoming was neat, clean, organized, cashier was amazing wrapped 12 candles for me without me asking; at 1:11 p.m.

This Ross location has become more of a clothing outlet rather than an all inclusive store for home and life because of the lack of stock and items they offer within theaat few months. Worth going to check what items are available while there, but need to be restocked badly.

Bought my son a pair of shoes exactly one week ago and one of the eyes where the shoe strings go through came undone. Red headed manager said he could not return them even though I found the same exact shoe in a different color. Will go elsewhere for shoes from now on.

My wife was one day over the return policy, the manager and the cashier treated my wife like she stole the merchandise even though we had the receipt and the card that matched the receipt. The products aren't bad, just the customer service. It used to be better here

Somewhat disorganized but good selection of clothing. Fitting room staff was rude when I asked her to hang on to a couple of items for 2 min while I grabbed one more size to try on. BUT the checkers were very friendly and helpful. Overall a decent experience.

Had a few good items but the place was not organized and there were only two cashiers at the time I was in line so the checkout line wrapped around the whole store. However, the prices are good and the cashier was nice.

I love this store because of its variety and great prices. This location was super organized and clean. The staff was very nice and I was greeted right after entering. Definitely one of the better stores I've been to.

Its usually unorganized and not for lack of employee help but the customers tend to be inconsiderate and lazy at putting things back properly. This does make shopping at this story frustrating, hectic and stressful.

Good kitchenware, art supplies, home supplies itself are pretty damn good. Clothes are nice, I shop more sweaters than anything else, sometimes have good brands of shoes like champions or vans for great prices.

This Ross is hit or miss compared to other Ross stores. It seems popular, so that may be why it's harder to find items in my size. But I have better luck at San Mateo and Montgomery store.
