Went in for a return and the associate gave me nothing but attitude everytime I asked a question. She was the only person ringing people up while the manager was gossiping with the loss prevention ladies. Did not think about helping the super long line of people and she overheard the associate being rude to me very loudly in front of everyone. To clarify I was trying to figure out if somebody else did the returns and if I should just jump in the long line and wait like everyone else instead of the return line since it was just her. When I asked the first question, with an attitude she said she does the returns and turned around and continued to help someone else. I waited and she helped the next person. So i asked the second question but I assume she thought I was trying to rush her so she cut me off and very loudly told me I just got there and I need to wait. I can tell this is probably the norm at this location. AVOID THIS STORE! Also upon arriving Loss prevention looked me up and down and literally kept staring at me as I went straight to the return line for the return then proceeded to gossip and laugh. The whole vibe of the store comes off so toxic.AVOID!!

I usually don’t have a problem with this or any Ross and I’m usually not the one to write reviews but unfortunately today I experienced bad customer service from an employee named Olivia. She was working at the fitting room several minutes before closing time. I was aware that the fitting rooms were going to close in 5 minutes. I had 7 items to try on and when I went to put the clothes on the rack, she looked at me with a unpleasant expression and exhaled deeply and rudely said “ you only have 5 minutes, I don’t think your gonna make it” while rolling her eyes. I understand she tried to inform me about closing time but if she could of said it with a pleasant professional manner, I’ve wouldn’t have mind the situation. To top it off, she was also very rude to my sister in law. I believe customer service should really be their top priority because I too work in an environment where excellent customer service is necessary and no matter how much of a bad day I’m having , I will not take It out on my customers who mean no harm.

Horrible people working there. Watched a worker snap at an old lady just because she could not hear him and asked him to repeat himself. He ended up walking away without giving her a real answer. She had a hearing aid in you could clearly see it. The lady that checked me out was worse. The dressing rooms were closed which I didn't mind I knew I could return the clothing if it didn't fit. I asked her what the return policy was she answered me. I then asked what time do they open (so I could return the product on my way to work or after depending on what time they open). She snapped and loudly said "Do you want the clothes or the dressing room!" I stared at her for a few second then told her I was talking about the store. She said "Oh it's on the door" No cheap or good clothing is worth being treated like garbage.

I was a little disappointed not a big selection of home decorations. I did purchase table mat's and a artificial plant that was slightly damaged. Noticed once in line cashier did give me 10percent off I was ok with it. The only problem was there is 2 lines no sigh stating refund only line. Zina the cashier was very loud and rude once I mentioned oh I don't have a refund just checking out. Zina pointed to the end of the other line that was pretty long . In a loud tone told me you need to go to that line . I didn't appreciate being embarrassed. Her coworker very nicely told me I will check you out you have been inline.. So if you want to go to Ross be yelled at and treated with no respect have Zina check out your purchase. Her coworker is friendly, respectful and great customer service..

The store sells clothing for him/her for all ages as well as home decorations and bedding covers and must more. The store is very clean inside and outside. Many items are sold at discount price. The location does sell name brand items like Nike and more exclusive brands like Michael Kors. They also have a toy section with a variety selection. The cashier line moved very quickly and smoothly. The employees were friendly and nice. I highly recommend this place! After shopping you may want to visit Tres Rio Wetland named top 100 things to do in Arizona and located in Estrella Village.

The store is clean, outside is clean (for the most part) but I give this place 2stars because of one male store rep. My pregnant wife asked to use the restroom,.. the male rep had a disgustingly rude tone of voice, then combined with his negative body language made it clear he was either done for the day or done with that job. The entire shopping experience was ruined due to this guy. I understand in retail jobs, one will encounter men and women that are rude, some are plain mean, but pregnant women deserve a bit more respect and patience for the one reason, they are destroying their bodies to create life. Be nice to them is all I'm saying.

Rude and unprofessional. Went in one evening to make a return and the lady at the return desk was checking out a customer, as I waited another cashier opened up and helped 2 customers with their purchases and the lady at the return desk helped another girl who got there after me and rudely said she would help me after her (I had started walking up since it was my turn clearly, I was there before everyone and they had already checked out 4 customers by then). They were both extremely rude and unprofessional in their work ethic, actions, and words. I see a lot of similar reviews. Management should definitely take a look into this.

I absolutely love Ross and have enjoyed a multitude of Ross shopping experiences in California, Texas, Virginia, etc. Although Ross is known not to have clean bathrooms (I personally avoid them) the prices are worth this discrepancy. Nevertheless, I had to use the bathroom and was informed that they were closed for Covid because there is a staffing shortage. The staff member in the back stated management said to not let anyone use the bathrooms. However there were 4 women upfront and no one was in line. I had to go to Target and as a result, that's where I shopped. Shame on the management (Lena) at this Ross!

Not a great selection. Not enough workers. I just had a rude cashier. She was rude, then apologized for being tired and having allergies. She got an attitude about me paying for the items. I paid with my card,but it said wait for cashing, so I told her what it said, and she was like:"you have to wait for me to put away your items, you just have to wait", I was like ok, I'll wait. She didn't want to press the button for the payment to process, she wanted to put away the items first. Her attitude . Wow. I won't be shopping at Ross as much now.

Gave a 3 because benefit of the doubt it was Christmas eve day we had to come in of course place was a wreck, clothes everywhere, items thrown everywhere and the line was wrapped around inside the store almost out the door. It would be nice if someone could monitor lines during busy seasons because ppl were cutting other ppl and it was causing arguments between customers. Normally this place is in tact with items in stock, semi-clean and friendly staff that's what the 3 stars are for.

I normally like to shop at Ross but lately my shopping experience has not been great. I'm having a challenge finding nice, clothes for my son to wear. Currently he wears a 32/34 in mens and he never leaves for example with jeans that are his size ,let alone affordable. It would be nice to have the men/ young men leave as happy with their shopping choices like me or my girls do when we shop.

Honestly I want to give them 1 star because every single time I go in I cannot help but spend at least $100. They have so many good deals I just cannot resist. I literally just cannot go in the store. I have zero self control when it comes to this store. And forget going in for a quick look...I will spend at least an hour there every time. Love you Ross!

Never know what you are gonna find! If you come with a shopping list make sure that it is not brand specific. They have lots of home goods. The clothes are fun and varied but there are no guarantees that you will find what you are looking for. I love going to Ross because I always find something that is cool, unique, or even bizarre (but in a good way).

The store always looks trashed and most of the things there are broken and they try giving you a hard time when you try to return it. I Had a terrible experience with a nasty manager (Consuelo G) and I called corporate and was told Cindy would be calling me back and I still haven’t gotten that call.

Line in back of the building with no possibility of social distancing and only 2 cashiers. They need to hire more cashiers right away. I also saw lots of stuff just on the floor a worker passed by instead of picking it up she just walked over it. Someone could of got hurt luckily i picked it up.

I know they're trying to prevent theft, but the fact that they won't let you bring a cart into the dressing room is extremely inconvenient. I have two children under the age of 4 and I'm pregnant, and had to try and wrangle my kids while I got dressed and undressed... Not cool Ross, not cool.

Staff was rude the whole visit then tried to return a sweater and she called over manager on a unworn still tagged ruined sweater and was rude about the return as well. Said they dont return iteams that are ruined... well then dont sell them... Never coming back to this location

Some of the staff are very unprofessional and the only male manager always seems to have attitude. The aisles are not maintained organized and the lines are extremely long. Most merchandise is broken and the kiosk is always a mess. Very disappointed in this location.

I have not always been a fan of Ross however I decided to visit the store today with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised! I found so many beautiful tops and great outfits for my grandkids. Not to mention great wall designs, toys and furniture!!!

Nice and clean inside the store. Stopped in because my sister moved right up the street from here. I enjoyed my shopping experience here in Tolleson. Will definitely come back to this Ross. Nice plaza as well lots to do if you walk all around here.

I absolutely love Ross. New stuff every week, low prices and good quality. The only downside is having to check the quality of everything for rips in clothes, broken items, stains etc. Cutsomers can be dicks but the store itself is pretty amazing.

I have been waiting for over an hour an half for the waiting rooms to open. I did bring this up to a few employees hoping they could send some reinforcements as only one girl is needing to stock clothes. Terrible store.

I love this particular Ross location for 3 main reasons, 1. staff thats knowledgeable willing to help & always courteous. 2. Selection & assortment 3. New store lay out, easy to find items & makes for easier shopping.

This ross is always empty shelves, very disorganised, and makes returns or exchanges as difficult as possible. Female hispanic staff wont talk to me or stop to answer questions, or act as if they dont speak english.

One of the most organized Ross Dress for Less I've shopped at. Although it doesnt appear to have as wide of a selection as other ross stores. This location isnt as busy as other Ross stores and staff appear helpful.

had a variety of shoes purchase seven pairs for under 150 compared to other Ross's this location has a wide variety of shoes which is why I come to Ross to buy name brand shoes at affordable prices

Customer service could be better. Chubby mexican looking security guard always has an attitude like he owns the dam store. Other than that ok store over all. I only go here because its by my house.

This Ross was very clean and organized. However the clothing sizes appear to cater to the xs to xl population. There were no big or tall people clothing in store on the many times I've visited

Always messy. Employees will let you stand in line for 30 minutes while there are 10 people in line with just 1 cashier trying to handle the chaos while everyone else stands around.

Affordable prices, just a friendly tip....when a customer is waiting to check out...don't have them wait so you can finish your conversation with your Co worker...doesn't look good

I went for a rug, I feel I save about 60 at this stores compared to Sears or Macy's. The selection at these type of places are very small but we are happy with our selection

Use to love this store but lately it looks like a upgrade goodwill or salivation army set up. Garbage blouse on the racks. Dated cloths. Jeans are up to date.
