My wife and I stopped by this Ross on the way home because I needed to use the bathroom and I knew Ross would have one. At first I thought this Ross was closed because there construction happening around it but when you get closer, you'll see the store is still open. When you walk in, there someone to greet you and also guard the only exit. The store is pretty organized and a decent size. I didn't see any clothes on the floor. The bathroom is shared next to the fitting room and there someone monitoring that area as well. I was going to use the bathroom which the door had a keypad but the lady said someone was in it. Only 2 ladies walked out but I didn't see any men's but after another lady walked out she said I can go in. This Ross is in a decent size plaza with enough parking spots and it has more parking spots in the back.

Ross just got a make up. It is cleaner , no broken items, no messy aisles, the lady in charge of the fitting rooms is finally smiling. No pesky customers screaming :" i want to talk the manager!it was a common hideous sight watching self entitled arrogant customers verbally abusing the young girl who told them that the victoria secret underwear was not returnable. Now. Enjoy the place, it was a nice shopping experience being there. But above all The friendlier awesome staff makes you feel safe and cared for. Finally, some one had the same vision. Having too much stuff falling from the shelves just made people think that nothing was valuable. Now. everything is neatly placed where it belongs. Kudos for all staff I hope they get a salary increase . They certainly deserve it.

Last February I went to many shops looking for a formal dress for my 5 yr old daughter for a father/daughter dance. It wasn't till I went to this shop that I found the perfect dress. They were about to close, but they stayed late just to help me out. The prices are very reasonable and the day of the dance she looked gorgeous and even won 2nd place best dressed.(pretty damn good considering there was about 150 girls and 1st place was a 16 yr old). I'm telling you this is the place to find what you are looking for.

Bought a bunch of porcelain serving platters. Associate stuffs them in a plastic bag, not wrapping them in paper or anything. I ask if he doesn't have paper to wrap them with (as they do everywhere). He mumbles something. I don't understand and ask again. He goes: "probably not...." Everywhere you go customer service seems to have suffered since companies a struggling to find people willing to work. As for the store itself it's alright, I guess, thats why the 3 stars.

Don't understand if an employee is off at an specific time and its done with his/her department. Why is the closing manager/ supervisor keeping them inside, already off the clock, just because everyone has to leave at the same and employees ended up waiting for almost an hour off the clock. Dont think this is correct and fair. Managers really need to look into this... Overall, this Ross is cleaner than others that I know are super messy

Ross had some nice clothes I was purchasing ,when I first arrived ,I wanted to browse the jewelery counter,so I took a number and found a gift of jewelery I wanted ,there was no one around so I asked the door front security gentlemen,who was very nice and said they'll be here in a minute . So I waited a few ,it was just to busy I guess for a someone to help me .Other than that it was a good experience,the cashier was nice too.

I sometime use Marshal or TJM, am not visiting this Ross as often as I used to, but I stopped here last week and purchased few clothing and other products. The location is clean, reasonably organized, and the people who work at this Ross are very nice. It wasn’t busy at all, so I could take the time and choose and try what I needed. Come on the right day and the right time, and you will get great products for low prices.

One of the more average size Ross stores, this one seems smaller but comes with lots of unique items. They definitely have different stuff at each Ross but a lot of the same stuff as well. The one big issue here is that it does get packed and the lines get really long out of knowhere. Not my go to Ross, but definitely one to check out here and there especially if you are looking for no longer selling items.

The total of my purchase was 42.33 I paid my total with a 100 dollar bill the cashier only gave me change of 57 dollars. In bills I am missing .67 cents because they are short in coins I understand that there are no coins nationwide but they must say before so that the client decides another form of payment. I can imagine how much money they are not returning to the client for the change in coins per day.

Always find what I went for. Today I bought a lot of clothes from another store but as I was driving home I thought, I don't have any extra hangers! I got off the freeway and stopped in and found exactly what I wanted. A pink set of 25 hangers $9.99 and I found an over the door hanger $7.99 for my bedroom door. In addition, I also found some beautiful and fall fragrant candles. A very good visit today.

I really like this Ross it's not too sprawling big or intimidating. I always score an excellent find when I'm in need. Lots of selection, this is my go-to location. Good stock, not picked over. I can usually find what I need in a reasonable amount of time while on the hunt. Good customer service, by employees and security guard. Check out is smooth, too. Happiness

Poor customer service. Got an unwelcoming employee that rang me up. I've worked in retail and customer service for many years and I have never gone through one that doesn't say something like "hello". Soon as I was rang up, and paid she simply said "next!". I told her, have a good evening and she said "next!" Not good customer service.

Love it always somethig cute and affordable. very nice young people working here . They make me feel good not matter that I am not dress like I'm going to a nice store no matter that I'm look like a homeless( no offense) they treat me with respect and cordiality thank you very much June 26th about 1 p.m.

Store greeter was wonderful, fitting room attendant was wonderful but cashier was horrible,no personality,no smile and when I asked her how her Day was she barely responded. I will go to the Ross around the corner on Ventura Blvd. next time. Thank you for asking. I did find what I went for.

Nice clothing selection especially for women. Great sleepwear section. They just have a very small selection of bath/beauty products here. I got plenty of new clothes, a couple gifts, some Calvin Klein sandals, and a couple very pretty rings in the jewelry dpt. I'll def come back

This store was a mess! Clothes and toys were everywhere and could not find anything for my family for a reasonable price. Trying to find Christmas gifts and came up empty. Nothing for older young men so left empry handed. Lots of gifts for women, though, which I did not need.

Great prices if you get lucky and can happen to find what you are looking for - can't count on anything being available as it is constantly changing; aside from how messy the shelves and racks get from people trying things on and then tossing them back, it's a good store

The manager there he is so rude and and just unfriendly not just to me but other customers too I will never go back there. How are you the manager ? What kind of example you are setting for your employees? He had to be racist not just with me but everybody

This Ross is somewhere between 1 star and 5. A lot is about the day and how lucky you are to find what you come here for. Last visit wasn't that great. I couldn't find something worth buying. I guess OK 2.5 stars would be the right score for it.

My wife and I truly enjoy shopping @ Ross. We like the fact that every time we go, we always find something good at a great price. On this occasion I wasn't planning to buy shoes, but couldn't pass this style and price!

Shelves were stacked and with good stuff, not necessarily with that played out " Out of season" lott we have become use to seeing, like, the day after Christmas,or Thanksgiving or any themed holiday.

This Ross is pretty cool I will even say it's a lot more organized than some other ones I've been to. They have a vast variety of useful products. I would definitely recommend this Ross to everyone.

Something for everyone at this store. I don't buy t shirts here. The necks are always stretched out. On the plus side they sell the knotts berry farm cookies in multiple flavors.

Not enough of everything. Just one luggage from the Large size. Not enough men shirts and not enough swimming suits. They have many things but not enough of them.

Very small selection of items. Might be due to the pandemic but their stock is extremely low. Most racks had big gaps with no clothes. Same with the shoes.

The manager are always helpful and when I’ve called about items. the service over the phone is friendly and cordial. Very well organized and clean.

I like Ross , I love wearing middle class brands but don’t want to pay full prices on them...I always would find something worth time and energy

Brenda from store # 2205 has a very very bad attitude.she needs to know how treat customers so we can come again.she was standing and stering.

This is a good location, Tampa and Victory, it's not the largest size store but they seem to always have a good selection of women's clothes.

At the end of the day. Not very well kept. It would be nice if the customers would act like decent humans and pick up after themselves.

In the Ross is so good things for shopping for man, woman and for kids finally we can say Ross is the best place for shopping
