Saturday, raining day, and an elderly man walked into this bakery. He bought a cup of American coffee (or perhaps they gifted to him, I’m not sure). The man tried to put the coffee in a plastic container but he spilled on the table and floor. Immediately he went out by himself and decided to sit in one of the tables outside. A young worker from the bakery came out and told him he could not sit there. Is this is how human kind has become? So insensitive and with so much lack of compassion? I felt a nock in my throat and didn’t know what to do, when I heard the cyclist that just arrived in the scene spoke that this wasn’t right, and the young worker said he was just following orders. Wow, Rosetta Bakery, these are not the high standards I always have known from you and I’m dare to say this was not the legacy of the nana behind this great ideal Italian bakery. Please, let us make the world a better place, we already have enough sadness and hate. We can do better than this. The only good from today was the mini frittata I ate, other than that, the attitude of the bakery tasted awful by showing lack of compassion.

I had a prosciutto sandwich in a turmeric roll that was really good. My oatmeal latte was great too. For that reason and because the staff is very friendly and professional I think they earned five stars. However, there is room for improvement, and I hope the owners and managers will take my criticism in a constructive way. The place is very small and sometimes there’s no other option but to take a seat outside, and not all the tables have umbrellas and eating under the sun in Miami could be real torture. Also, it seems they don't often supervise and clean up that space outdoor; it was kind of dirty and messy. And what if it seems to me a total nonsense is that they do not accept cash payments. My first time there I had left my wallet and phone at home but while I was walking around I stopped by, and I only had a $20 bill in my pocket. Believe it or not, I couldn't buy an espresso! I've been to “cash only” places but nowhere in the world have I seen before a place where customers with cash are not welcome. I hope they reconsider it.

Very disappointing what happened to me. I took my mom for a coffee when when walking my dog. We both asked for an extra shot of coffee but when we tried it, the extra shot was not given. Mine was very milky (I had the same the day before and it was stronger). They were busy and can happen to anyone, but when we went back and told the girl making the coffee she got very upset and said: “the extra shot is inside the coffee, it is there!!, you will have to pay for it again” wow I never felt so ashamed of being treated like that. Even the girl at the register was so embarrassed of the treatment we got. I buy treats for the teachers many mornings, walk my dog and have coffee. It doesn’t feel good to be treated like that. :(

I never write google reviews and this is my first. They asked me to write a review because I am customer multiple times/day so clearly I must like the place! Guess what? I do... If you value great coffee, especially a good shot of espresso, this is the place for you. They also have excellent baked goods, gigantic bakery pizza slices, and delicious sandwiches. For desserts, their Tiramisu is perfection, and they have a wide assortment of other yummy treats. Great food and drink is well complemented by friendly and FAST service. They are always overstaffed and turnover customers quickly. Last tip: they have a unique take on avocado toast that takes 15 minutes but is worth the wait.

I really really wanted to love this place but found it to be just ok. It's a beautiful setting though, I loved the nice decor, personal touches and laid back vibe. Rosetta has alot of potential for a great foodie experience, especially with all the gorgeous pastries and treats they have available. Check out the photos I shared. Just beautiful! Unfortunately our order was fumbled and when we tried to correct it - the service was so ridiculously poor. My Cappuccino was far too milky and they used oatmilk which I didn't order. Bleh! The chocolate croissant was tasty and the frittata was ok. Wouldn't necessarily go back. But others may have a better experience than we did.

The place is very nice and the food is delicious but one of the staff members is very rude. There is a blonde lady who treated me with impatience, wanting me to order quickly and just leave without giving me a chance to take my time to make a choice. This lady wondered around and took forever to attend me at first, and when she finally did, she just wanted me to be done and leave the place. She doesn’t seem to want to work or have the patience to attend customers. Sorry for the place, but she makes me not want to go back which is unfortunate because, again, the place is fantastic, food is delicious and the location is prime!

I’m a regular at Rosetta in Brickell, visiting almost daily to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and my morning coffee. However, I’ve consistently encountered an issue with the outdoor tables being unsteady. It’s a slight inconvenience that I hope can be addressed, as it would ensure a truly perfect experience. Moreover, stabilizing the tables would prevent any potential mishaps involving hot beverages. Looking forward to this improvement for even more enjoyable mornings here.

Pastry heaven!!! This place is a gem. All of the sandwiches and pastries are freshly made and baked. As a reference, I ordered the Spinach Turkey and Mozzarella with tomatoes focaccia sandwich and Rosemary Ham and Cream Cheese focaccia sandwich, pistachio, croissants and Treccia (croissant filled with custard and fresh fruits). Everything was spectacular! The employees are super helpful and friendly. From now on, this is my favorite and only location I will be going to from now on. If I could I would give this location 10 stars!!!

Delicious food but horrible customer service. There should be someone in charge to train the staff. My order was given to me cold. When I asked them to heat up my breakfast sandwich, they looked at me like I'm causing trouble. Then they forgot to ring up our second order. When we told the cashier, she blamed the kitchen. She started speaking Spanish, said she doesn't speak English. Really?! Then why are you at the register?! Get rid of your attitude. Paying customers = your paycheck. Not recommending this place.

good Italian bakery. a lot of delicious pastries and coffee. The cafe has a pleasant atmosphere - high ceilings and walls with paintings, soft seats and tables by the window. It's always nice to come there, but all the tables are usually occupied and I wish there were more tables outside. Cool place to have a snack or just grab a coffee and relax!..

The place is really cute. Smaller than the one next to the Brickell City Centre but for me, is cuter. The food is very very good. The bakery is amazingly good. By the time we went by it wasn’t crowded so we could enjoy ourselves. They made me the mortadella baguette that I was craving for and nicely offered me the last mini cream bomb (I don’t know how’s it called). The staff were nice to us so I have no complaints about that experience.

I for one welcome our new pastry overlords. Rosetta Bakery has it all: a nice assortment of pastries, beverages, and even hot meals, a friendly ambience, and an attentive staff. The food is dangerously good, and it's tempting to spend away your evening at the outside tables, sipping a coffee and munching on a croissant or three. Nice place, really like it.

  • Rick Gura

Panera quality at Starbucks prices! One of the worst coffees I've had in the area. Their baked goods are, at best, average! One single espresso (pretty bad) and one plain croissant = $8 Go to Dunkin and get better coffee and croissant for half that much!

I was a little full so I couldn’t finish everything I ordered but I had a yogurt parfait and a blueberry muffin. The yogurt was nice and creamy and pretty big so they can honestly be shared between more than one person . The Muffin was super delicious. Definitely want to stop by for breakfast one day .

  • Eileen Daniels

Not good for the price. My mini frittata was cold, dry, and no flavor. I asked to have it warmed twice - it was still about room temp. Coffee had good flavor but tepid temp. We loved this place a year ago when we visited and were looking forward to breakfast here again. Very disappointing!

  • Karen Bastian

How can Rosetta call itself a bakery when they won’t sell you a plain baguette? If you need more to make more baguettes because you are selling out, I suggest make more! The baguettes are good and not everyone wants a baguette sandwich. Have you ever heard of baguette and butter?

  • sofia rivas

Nice experience for a bakery, the atmosphere is really calm and you can have your coffee and read book in calm. The pizza were okey and the staff was very patient with me explaining what ingredients had every pizza. I will go back to try the tiramisu and had another coffee.

  • Vivian Williams

They have excellent baked goods, gigantic bakery pizza slices, and delicious sandwiches. For desserts, their Tiramisu is perfection, and they have a wide assortment of other yummy treats. Great foods and drinks are well complemented by friendly and FAST service.

I was shock to pay almost $9 for a coffee - It is crazy how they are taking advantage of people - look at the ticket - not even in Zurich you pay $ 9 per coffee - If Miami keeps like this tourist are not going to be coming back - good luck … …

I am vacationing nearby and my pregnant wife found this awesome bakery. She has craved it 3 out of the 4 days we have been here. The staff is friendly, observant and accommodating. 5 stars. Highly recommended from a tourist from the Philadelphia area.

  • Orietta Coz

I pass by the bakery almost daily before work. It’s such a great way for me to start my day because the coffee is delicious, the croissants and focaccia’s are made with so much love, and everyone that works there is so friendly, kind, and attentive.

Let me start with I normally don’t do any bad reviews because I’m in the service industry and I understand how it is. I’ve been coming to this Rosetta for over a year and I love it but the past two visit they have a new staff that is poorly

Worst customer service experience…. Your employees have the worst attitude. I’ve been here a few times already and it’s always the same. I won’t be back. If you want to go to Rosetta try the location close to Brickell City Centre instead.

  • Aaron Phelps

The pizza was thick and spicy. The chocolate croissant just had some Nutella squeezed into the middle instead of real chocolate baked throughput the center. Nothing was made to order because the food is pre-made making it impossible to

Someone needs to help them Move quicker... their process is unacceptable. Always a line, always moving slow... the loss of business is crazy because they are so slow. Too many employees doing nothing and the line just building up!

  • Alma Rey

Yummy, and such diverse items. The focaccia pizza was delicious and a very nice portion, best pizza i have had in Miami. Loved the puffy croissants and everyone was very servicial. Super nice ambiance to relax at a Cafe.

  • Dee

Fantastic place for coffee and a sandwich or pastry - coffee was great and the fresh made that is sliced before your very eyes before going into the sandwich was sublime. We will return to this excellent establishment.

  • Bucky

This is a great concept authentic Italian coffee shop that works with best buddies. I really wish there were more shops like this. The coffee is good, the ambiance is great and the sandwiches and pastries are yummy.

  • Nadia Bouzid

I love this place. The staff is so friendly, and the pastries are to die for. Its always hard to choose which one to get. You can never go wrong with a croissant in the AM. They are delicious:) Alt milks available!

  • B B

Love this bakery in Miami. Delicious Italian pastries and croissants. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack. Good coffee and friendly staff. Prices are outrageously high but it doesn’t seem to bother anyone.

  • Michael Trivette

Coffee and chocolate croissants were delicious! We ordered cappuccinos and croissants and everything was excellent. It’s a very clean space with seating indoors and outside. It’s a popular place for cyclists.

  • M P

All around great. I like the pastries & coffee but, most importantly, they give a portion of their profits to the charity Best Buddies. I wish more places were this philanthropic. Bravo!!

  • Olga Shestopalova

Really tasty baked goods, sandwiches, and parfaits! Great place to stop by on your bike ride or just on a breakfast stroll. Love the outdoor seating and vibe. Coffee is also top notch

  • Yuri

Delicious coffee and good pastries, especially the cappucino with a double shot. The area around it is nice. Nonetheless, I though some of the products were a bit overpriced.

Pastries are delicious and the location is also great. Only think I would improve is the speed... Sometimes they take very long to make a coffee or cappuccino.

  • M P

Had a wonderful breakfast! Fresh sandwiches and cream croissants. It was my first time eating curcuma bread. It was vibrant and delicious with prosciutto!

  • Flor Mesa

The food is really good! The service needs to get better for sure: very slow ordering process and tables were not being cleaned after people were leaving

  • Camila Mogollon

I love coming here and work. Their spinach focaccia with turkey and cream cheese is AMAZING. Their matcha latte with almond milk is SO GOOD.

Delicious, and the staff was super friendly. Not sure why other reviews said differently. I'll stop back next time in in Miami.

  • Giovanna Filippi Del Nero

The coffee was very poorly made. They don’t have any breakfast things with eggs. They don’t have fruits. Very disappointing

  • Jonathan Florez

The bread and pastries are ok but everything else is rather mediocre. The coffee is one of the worst I’ve had in the city.

My fiance and I have been at the Rosetta bakery few times..and we certainly will not be back again.... The pros:

  • Andrew Spicy

Love this place. Good for a breakfast, but not yet for working and getting calls. Kitchen is very good
