In June (2022) I booked my motorhome in for a service and general check over before a big trip, I specifically asked for all wheel bearings, brakes, belts, hoses and fuel lines to be checked and replaced if required; I also supplied the oil and oil filters for the job. I initially expected the vehicle servicing to take all day but received a call to pick it up within 4 hours. The young serviceman said he had adjusted the handbrake and adjusted the front brakes, replaced the wiper blades, added diesel treatment & windscreen fluid and he'd checked the wheel bearings and "everything was in very good condition". Kilometres were 166770 and the cost was $425.00. I started my trip and the following occurred:- within 4 weeks a high pressure fuel line & filter had to be replaced because they were severely perished and at 171900 (within 5130 klms) the front wheel bearings collapsed and had to be replaced in Townsville which was a substantial cost and delay. I felt totally 'ripped off' by this company because they obviously didn't do the checks that I asked to be done and paid for; if they had done the job properly, these problems would have been found and fixed . (photo of fuel lines attached) I also feel that they put my family's safety at risk as we could have had a very serious accident because of these mechanical issues/breakdown. I would never use them again, nor would I ever recommend them.

Beware. I did a prepurchase mechanical check. Im not happy about it. It wasnt really thorough. Just after the purchase i started to hear many sounds coming from suspension after crossing speedbumps. Also the back wheel bearing had to be changed and an alternator pulley. All this stuff should be picked up by a skilled mechanic that listens to the car well. It cost me almost 2000 $ in mechanical and suspension work. Wouldnt recommend. If i knew it before i am not sure if id taken the car.

I had some engine squeal on start up after a replaced alternator belt by another mechanic. I rang around a few mechanics and they tried to tell me it was the steering pump, there is no steering pump on my car. Roman readjusted the tension on the belt (and did a better job than the previous garage) and it stopp squealing. I really appreciate a mechanic who knows what they're doing and didn't try to take me for a ride. I will be going back if that's how he runs his shop.

Very happy with the service provided by this mechanical shop. After asking 4 other mechanics all at various shops to diagnose the incessant knock in the engine bay of my car, Roman’s team were the ones to have done so. It makes me wonder how knowledgeable these supposed other mechanics really are. 5 stars from me, they were extremely easy to deal with, they kept me in the loop, and I think they charge appropriately.

I booked my car in for a roadworthy certificate, Roman agreed to do the Job but when i picked it up he gave me an invoice for things that were not even roadworthy issues and claimed that my car wasn't worth fixing. Upon further investigation i found out that he lost his veichle inspection licence so he couldn't even do the roadworthy that he agreed to do.

Had my car serviced by Roman a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. He fixed my LPG backfiring, airbag malfunction and completed a service. Car running better than ever.
