We were already under contract at that point and in a serious time crunch with closing right around the corner. Eric took so much stress out of this whole process. He got a crew out right away and took care of everything. The crew did a great job on the roof, but I didn't have any idea how messy the yard would be. The crew cleaned up most of it, but there was some trash in the yards and tar in the driveway left behind. Eric personally came over took care of it all. The customer service was excellent.
