Not great. Nice overall vibe, but service is pretty lacking (if friendly at least) and the food was ho-hum. When we arrived, the place was completely empty, yet it didn't occur to any staff to tell us how to order (i.e. It's bar ordering not table service), didn't bring any menus to our table, didn't bring any water over. When our food arrived, it didn't come up with napkins. When our bowling lane had a technical error, the screen said a "technician" was coming, but I watched the bar staff chat amongst themselves for a few minutes before noticing I was waving them over (do they not get some sort of alert? Otherwise why say a "technician" is coming to our lane). 5 bucks for bowling is a good price, I liked that, but 15 bucks for table tennis is thoroughly taking the piss. The food isn't THAT cheap, surely you could throw in something for entertainment beyond a set of jenga. Apart from that, my kaarage chicken burger was pretty boring, very little flavour or seasoning.

Absolutely poor service! Only 2-3 People working on such a busy night. Waited 10 minutes at the door and was completely ignored. A customer had to tell Staff to serve us before her because she saw we were waiting for a while. Ordered drinks, got told to sit somewhere, then was told we couldn't sit there because it was reserved, even though there was no reserve sign. Luckily some customers moved over so we could sit with them. Waited 15 minutes for drinks, only for 1 to come out and not the other, we had to go to the bar to see were our other drinks were and were told they came with out one drink, they didn't. We have come here before and there was no one there, and still took 10 minutes to get what we ordered. We will not be coming here again very dissapointed.

The night started great we got a good area to sit, great vibes and food was really nice. The games are cheap to play. My friends then ordered a $50 bottle of Prosecco and not long after at around 9.45 we get told last drinks. It’s a Saturday night. Then the security guard comes out to us 4 times to tell us that they want to close. I mentioned they’re opened til 11.30 according to their hours. He said it depends on the customers. Ah what? Next minute they’re turning away people at the door and all the staff are standing around staring at my friends imploring them to drink quicker. Really poor management. You want to go home early so you kick out your customers who have spent hundreds of dollars 1.5 hours before close. It’s Christmas and a Saturday night...

It’s not often my kids won’t finish their takeaway meals but everything was so bland, and served cold (when it eventually came) that it was all just too much disappointment. The service is best described as friendly but incompetent… the food falls just below that of conventional fast-food fare which means you end up paying too much for definately sub-standard quality. There are so many restaurants in Knox ozone that are great, AVOID this one, you might think it’s tempting to have the activities for the kids but if they can’t stomach the blah, congealed freezer to you food then what’s the point?

This occurred on 8th October, around 4pm. We ordered a glass of sparkling wine. See photo of what was served. Half glass empty, stale wine and the bartender had the audacity to serve it. Pure laziness.. I never had sparkling wine served half glass full. To be specific, the person in question is with dark long braided hair with glasses. She shouldn’t be serving drinks if she does not know the standards of drinks.. or if it’s just a simple case of being slack. Please hire the right people and do justice for customers money.

Thought this was such a good place when first opened, with the all games in a bar made it a quirky fun place before the movie. Now they have filled in with arcade noisy games and turned it into a Timezone. The type of place wanting to avoid. Food and service was over priced and not as good. Also came back to these cinemas for Roc’s and will be going back to Eastland

I came in today with my 3yo nephew since we were having lunch next door and he wanted to play bowling and look around. The worker i spoke with was super nice, gave us table tennis equipment for free since all young kids play with something for 5mins and move on. Thank you again, he didn’t stop talking about it all day. A small gesture made his day :)

Friend and I have been a couple of times here. Food nice proportions. Food tasty. Good place to have fun as there are a few options of things to do for an extra cost. You can choose from bowling, ice hockey and other games. There are tables. And there are offers in conjunction with Village cinema

The service was not great. I went to Roc's Social with a few friends and ordered my food and it came out 2 hours later, i asked a couple of times where my meal was but they weren't clear what was happening with my meal. When the food eventually came out it was the wrong burger.

Be warned, this place is unorganised, they don't care about the safety and comfort of other patron's. They just let kids run around and throw balls at other families without a care. Not a family friendly environment at all.

Great new bar and restaurant with friendly staff and covid practices. The pay as you go system is a little annoying for every round, a tab option would be ideal for those wanting afternoon drinks. Beautiful food and a large selection of beer on tap. Will definitely be back

The food is very expensive and not good quality.Very poor quality and small The service the staff were not very impressive either. We had to grab menus, cultry ourselves. I won't be back

Awesome fun and great venue all round, didn’t like losing in the bowling though, don’t recommend going with a friend who knows how to bowl

Incredible staff and cocktails. Went with a group of friends and had a great time with the games.

Is this place ever open after 9:30pm? They say they are open later but don’t let people in…. :/
