CAUTION: ABSOLUTE DODGY CAR SALESMEN!!!! Every stereotype of 'dodgy car salesmen' comes true before your eyes when you visit this place. They appear very friendly and helpful at first - it's only until you start asking too many questions they obviously don't want to answer that their true colours shine through. When I asked about the history of the car, eg any mechanic notes or anything, the guys response was - 'Who keeps mechanical logs anymore'. He tried telling me I must be the only person alive who does. I think he must be the only car dealership that doesn't. He refused to let me get the RAA in to inspect the vehicle I was interested in (this should have been a huge indicator of how dodgy he was). He 'allowed' me to get my mate to come have a look at it. Fortunately he was able to inform me how completely worn out the brake pads were, point out the huge cracks in the manifold, showed me the lower control arms were completely bent, all this simply by visually looking at the car. God knows what problems a mechanic would have found once it was on a hoist. When I asked the car salesmen about these things he got completely defensive and started personally attacking me. Told me 'I didn't have the balls' to buy a car like that and that is the reason 'I must be single'. I think the fact the owner of this business resorts to personal insults when someone inquires about problems with a car really says everything you need to know about this place. Avoid or you will regret it.

Roadstyle motor co sell good quality cars however my experience wasn’t that great, first off the dealer wouldn’t let me put any subjects to finance or mechanical check on my contract but let me do a mechanical check off contract, dealer was quite blunt and rude towards my family members when they came to look at car with me, when I had my mechanical check the car needed to have new break pads and disks put on, the dealer gave me his word he would replace both brakes and pads, when I drove off with my car after purchase a short time later I noticed that my steering wheel was shuttering, so I took to my mechanic only to be told that he didn’t have the disks replaced they where only machined, I now have to have all rotors replaced which it’s going to cost me $450 , the car was also 2,000km over due for a service I also asked dealer to have a service done, dealer agreed to have a service done, service also wasn’t done in which was a further $329 out of pocket expense I recommend anyone that buys a car through this dealer to have subject to mechanical checks on contract and if dealer dosnt agree walk away as dealer clearly doesn’t keep their word.

I brought a 'family' 4x4 from here 2 years ago it was the biggest mistake I made. I spent a lot of $$$ for this rubbish. Car yard salesman was so friendly let us take it for test drive but he would not come down on the price because it was such a 'deal' to begin with. Told us it was in perfect order and we need to be quick because someone else is interested in it. Needless to say we stupidly brought it at full price. In the next 2 months engine started smoking out of the exhaust and the transmission started slipping. I went back to the car yard and what would you know he treated me like some moron. What more should have I expected! I'm still paying off my car loan plus much more $$$ in repairs. STAY CLEAR OF THIS CAR YARD. He seems so friendly and trust worthy. But he is a car yard man so conning!!!!!! I still haven't got my reliable family car. Thanks Roadstyle Motor Co.

Very Poor service, while finalising a car loan with our bank and being in settlement stage to purchase a Holden Ute VE. Dennis emails me saying he is putting the Vehicle back on the market because the bank is taking too long. And after emailing him telling him that it has been approved and waiting on the final stage of settlement he says that it has been SOLD. Very Shocked about my whole experience with this dealer

Bought a car online, torally unseen, from Dennis. The car was as described, photos were excellent, I found Dennis easy to deal with. We negotiated a deal,, and he took the car to the interstate freight depot immediately on settlement, and it arived here in Victoria 3 days later.

Wow ! Just rude ! Asked about the service history and was told “ what ever it says in the book” and when asked to test drive got told I could only test drive the vehicle if definitely buying the vehicle today! Never met such a rude person !

Rip off. The car i bought had rubber connecting my gear selector instead of metal cable, it was a dodgy fix to get my car on the road my mechanic said. Such a dodgy bloke. Go somewhere else for your saftey.
