I found the staff here to be incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Both Selina who helped answer my questions when testing different machines and Judy who did the 1-1 sessions after I had purchased were able to respond with both machine knowledge and sewing expertise over a range of areas (clothes, knits, embroidery, craft). Not only that but they either had the time or made the time to allow me to ask all the questions I had so I could leave confident about my purchasing decision and eventually my actual machine. Definitely recommend!

There is a great range of machines to look at, try out and discover. They stock a limited supply of fabric and a good range of haberdashery as well as patterns, kits and books. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth a visit, especially if looking at machines.

I didn't realise how many products they have on-site. From sewing machines you can touch and get expert advice to all the accessories and materials. They even do classes!
