A very pleasant place to shop, Ritchie's Village offers a small spread of convenient little stores, including a pharmacy, a health store, a discount variety store, a beautician, two small-but-lovely boutique clothing stores (one for women, one for children) and a brilliant little pre-loved store where you'll find clothing, handbags, shoes, etc, a bank (Bendigo), optometrist, travel agent, and of course, a Ritchie's IGA Supermarket. Then, as an added little bonus - ok, that's a lie, because it's actually the deal-closer - there's also. ..wait for it..... there's also a bottle shop! An IGA Liquor, to be precise lol! The supermarket itself is a credit to the brand; besides being beautifully decked out and offering a great range of quality produce, self-service checkouts and one of only seven Maille Mustard Botiques in the world, there is also an ever-friendly and incredibly patient staff who are always available to answer any questions you may have or lend a hand - I once even had a manager, who was clearly in the middle of something, stop and ask if he could carry my basket or help in any way when he saw me pushing my daughters pram with one hand and juggling a heavy basket. Highly recommended this lovely little shopping centre!

The 150th Birthday specials have been so good, really good deals. The Mt Eliza store itself is quite nice when you walk in but then becomes quite dark and claustrophobic. Overloading the aisles with extra call outs makes it hard to get past others with a trolley or even if they don’t have one, especially considering the current covid responsibilities. It’s difficult to keep to 1.5 mtr distance. Other than that I find any Richies or IGA a lot dearer than Woolies or Coles so only shop the specials.

Great Grocery store with plenty of fresh and healthy looking produce. We went a few times during our visit to Melbourne and we were very satisfied with the selection and the prices. Our friend that lives in Melbourne shops there regularly for all of their grocery needs. The store is big and clean and the aisles are roomy. You can get everything you need there. I recommend this store.

My favourite supermarket! I love have they have such a good range of organic and specialty products. I would say even more than any health food shop I have worked at.. I also like how they give plenty of use by date left when they start reducing their products, eg yoghurts are often reduced a week or two prior their use by date so I get a good bargain.

Fresh sushi is a huge plus, but the self serve needs a major overhaul. You put something in the baggage area it needs a staff member, you move your bag it needs a staff member, you try press, the brought my own bag button... you guessed it, needs a staff member. Was getting so wound up almost left without my shopping.

Store is in a nicely small - scale centre, store and centre are immaculately clean. Richie's has the first (?) full Maille mustards boutique inside, a Lennards chicken counter, and heaps of flash gourmet goodies - often out for sampling if

I love going shopping at this Ritchies. It has your everyday items and it has hard to find items like spatchcock. It's reasonably priced especially given the area. Staff overall friendly and they have noisette bakery goods here.

Tony 5he phone man from E-Tech is an absolute legend. He never fails to deliver helping me with any problems I have with my phone.I can't recommend him any more, he's better than any phone dealership, eg:Telstra, Optus, etc.

It was a very good later lunch on a hot day. We had salads and the dressing added a lovely flavour to it. Iced coffees were great. It was a nice interlude in a small off-the-beaten-track town.

I can only get my raspberry vinegar from here beautiful cakes and produce lots of gluten and vegan cakes and slices.. Amazing range of icecream Ben and Jerry and gluten free and low fat yogurt

At the end of the day this is just another expensive supermarket. Cross the road and you get just about the same merchandise for probably 20% less. There is really no teason for me to return

A supermarket , no more no less . Nothing special except that the staff are more polite than average. Parking can be a bun fight especially in a large 4wd, leave the good car at home.

Great Mart Has some real variety and options. You pay for some of that quality, but this place has what you need, from food to eat now to the ingredients to make something later.

Great place for fine food and if you are a member there are sale on some products throughout. Highly recommend as the different types of food that they have to select from.

Service far better than Safeway's. Often have taster samples in deli section which the kids love. Best kept secret is the reduced price bread basket in bakery section

IGA Ritchies is so nice. Great selection of goods and very helpful staff. Sushi bar inside is so delicious. Lovely specialty breads and cakes available.

The playground is not what I’d call sanitary, and once I even found a used tissue in it. The shop is a little expensive, but the quality is good.

One of the best if not the best supermarkets on the peninsuls. Friendly helpful staff. Good variety of stock. And has a Leonards store.
