Person at Warburton was very friendly but rented us a bike that didn’t have enough power to get us to the other end noting we were towing kids on a hot day. Charged us full price anyway. Guy at Lilydale was rude and patronising, one of those men who talk down to women. Sad because we will never rent from them again. I note this response isn’t very nice either. I’m not an idiot and I was very angry about being treated so rudely and patronisingly. I have my own ebike. I know how they work. I deliberately asked if this was a risk this time because they ran out on us on another ride with you previously and we were reassured they would be fine. Don’t hire them to people who are towing two kids. They don’t make it. Simple. I like to think I wouldn’t hire a car to someone if there was a chance it would run out of petrol before it got to the next town to fill up.

Ride Time Yarra Valley rented me a Scott Ransom MTB. It was in awesome condition and setup perfectly for my height and weight. They were very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times and ensuring I had all I required for my adventure of doing the entirety of the Indigo Epic Trail and surrounding MTB parks. I would thoroughly recommend renting bikes and equipment from Ride Time Yarra Valley.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We hired bikes for one day to explore the Silvan Mountain bike trails, and the staff helped us so much by recommending great routes to get there, marked trails, showing us maps and advising best bikes etc. The bikes were very high quality, and a dream to ride. Thanks for making our first mountain bike experience in Australia so memorable.

I hired a hybrid ebike. The process was easy to do via the website. Great service and friendly stuff member. It was my first time trying an ebike. He gave an easy to understand on how to use it. And i had a great time riding it to Yarra Junction and back.

I hired an e-MTB bike from Ride Time Yarra Vally for 2 days. The whole process was very smooth from booking online to collecting and returning the bike from/to the store. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Bike was loads of fun!

Hired some gravel bikes for a weekend. Booking process, including an unforeseen cancellation, was handled in a laid back but professional manner. Relaxed and fuss free atmosphere in the shop upon bike collection. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic day out - hired two electric bikes that made it really comfortable to get up some very steep hills I doubt I would’ve made otherwise. Friendly staff had everything organised and have great advice. Highly recommended

Was riding the Warburton trail and had an issue with the gear selector. Put the bike in and went next door for a coffee and breakfast and the bike was finished! Excellent service, excellent costs- would highly recommend!

Having had poor experiences at a different shop up the line, I went to this bike shop and they had a great selection of ladies bicycles. Not ready to buy yet - but when I do I will pop back in. Good on you.

My family and I had an amazing time hiring bikes from Andrew and riding to the Redwood Forest. Andrew was very knowledgeable and provided a good recommendation for a beer afterward (The Alpine Hotel).
