So normally we shop here for some of my partners clothes and we as a rule have been met with mediocre help of any. Most times at this location it's like pulling teeth to find things or get assistance. On the rare occasion we do though. Today is the exception to the rule and Zoe was a wealth of knowledge, friendliness and was absolutely the best employee they've ever had at any of the stores we've visited from Toronto to Ottawa. We both were super impressed and would highly recommend seeking out this gem if you're ever there. She knew where almost everything was and quickly found the one style we were looking for despite not have worked in a bit. To Zoe. Thank you so much for your kind and patient help. You are truly a great employee who will be an asset in whatever industry you choose to go into. You're going places. Keep up the amazing work.

I went in to pick up 2 online purchases today and the ladies in there were awesome. I work in the mall and can appreciate having great service for online shopping because getting time to shop in the mall when you already spend so much time there is not easy and I bought some stuff as a web exclusive deal. They not only offered for me to try my purchase on and let me know returning is just as easy as in store, but my package had a cute little heart on it. As a retail manager it is important to me to have an online customer treated just as well as in store. Great job ladies!

10/10 experience here today. Good customer service is hard to come across these days but Ricki's did not disappoint. I visited the store to get a new outfit for an upcoming job interview and admittedly, fashion is not my thing. Tracy helped me pick a beautiful outfit and made sure everything fit the way it was supposed to. Super patient and kind. I truly appreciate her genuine personality, honesty, and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Had a great experience at this store! Never met such a great employee! I had to get an outfit as I was attending something important and Tracey was there to hell me! She actually picked out the entire outfit and I loved it, sadly, my bag got “lost” and did not get to wear the outfit she picked for me!! LOL… atleast I know who to go see for help next time it’s needed. Girlies, if you ever need hell finding an outfit, go see Tracey!!! Xoxo

Everytime I come into Ricki's store at the Catararqui Town Centre, I receive awesome customer service and professional advice. I need assistance finding my size etc and the staff there, Tracey and Cheryl are excellent. In fact all the staff there are wonderful. Great Place to shop and love this store very much. Thank you everyone. I also have no difficulties ordering on line and my order is filled quickly and no worries.

The employee I dealt with at this location was dreadful. She made me feel like I was garbage under her feet and that I was just wasting her time. She was snippy at me until another Ricki's employee came out, then she acted nice. No doubt the location is busy for the holidays but I have never felt so disgraced before. I would not recommend this Ricki's location.

Super great store! The staff is always so nice when I visit! I walked into the store and the nice young cashier walked right up to me and said “if you’re interested we have some shirts for 4.99$ that were just returned if you’d like to have a look”? And I bought all 3!

The clerk was nice. The manager or in charge - not so much. She was quite rude and condescending to the clerk that was helping me. I was embarrassed for the girl that rang me up. She had done a great job.

Ordered online to be delivered to the store but didn't receive notification that it was at store so had to go and see if it was there on a whim. Would appreciate some sort of notification in the future

I've had the best service when I've shopped at this store. I have nothing but great things to say about two ladies that have helped me. There names are Sheryl and Tammy. I will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff here and reasonable prices. Nice colours and patterns just wish the clothes had a better fit. All the tops were sacks with no shape and the pants are always too short :(

The price of the jeans were a good starting price $69. But just for trying on 40% off very good price for jeans I have not bought jeans in a number of years, so happy with purchase
