Popped in to see if they could help repair my speaker normally they only repair and fix their own ones that they supply went in and spoken to Steve , and he was willing to look to see if he can help even though didn’t buy from them and even gave me a power lead to use . Always like going to Richer Sounds to purchase. The staff are really helpfull and knowledgeable and because they are independent they have no affiliation with any brand they dont promote a specific brand so always give you sound advise on what suits you within your budget. Will always recommend.

Stacked high and competitively priced. Staff are quite knowledgeable and service is pretty quick. Head and shoulders ahead of the big box competition but not the same shopping experience you would get with an independent and you may not get the exact model you wanted but something close enough.
