If i could give a zero, I would give the spa that. After confirming THRICE with them about the timing and availability, I booked a slot for 5.30pm with my husband. After reaching there and taking the payment they said there was a mistake in the booking on their end and we had to wait till 6.15. Then, the massuer, had no idea of reflexology and techniques. She was angry to be rushed in after an immediate treatment. Used one hand to give massage for foot reflexology. Pinched hard with her nails and hurt my feet. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend this place. The receptionist 'taasha was rude and had no apology for this when I told her about it.

The SPA had good therapists when I visited in June and july, but i visited again in this month hoping the same ,but it was very disappointed.The girl only interested in asking money for extra service , but i denied her offer and in the next moment onwards she stopped giving worst massage, I have visited this place 4 times in June and july that was an excellent experience,but the batch of therapists they have now are worst.Please let us know where you have sent that batch to, i would like to visit that branch as they will give proper massage
