We love Riad Dar Bahi! First, of course we booked this amazing Riad because of all of the beautiful photos and fantastic reviews. We were not disappointed at all! The modern riad pays close attention to all of the design details from the rooms to terrace and atrium. Once we arrived, we were greeted by the “little boss”, our kind, warm, humble and gracious host for our stay Mr. Hamza! I cannot say enough positive things about Hamza, he made sure everything was perfect for our stay at Riad Dar Bahi. He made sure we had our breakfast every morning at exactly what time we requested, no problem! If you need anything, just ask kindly, bonus he speaks very good English. Never before in my life have I received this level of hospitality, a true professional. Speaking of professionals, the rest of the staff was superb, all of the lady’s, cleaning and cooking were fantastic. Monseiur Fred also made sure we were well taken care of! Pro Tip: be sure to contact the Riad and have them arrange a driver to pick you up from the airport. While it does cost a little extra money, we found this was some of the best money we spent in Marrakech. The Medina is a labyrinth of tight alley ways, when we arrived at 11pm the driver contacted Hamza who met us and guided us to the riad. A++ The location of the Riad we found ideal. Tucked away just off the main Souks, this provides a quiet, private, safe location. With convenient location near a taxi station and a short walk to the main souks. Pro tip #2: Have Hamza or Fred book a guide for you. We took a walking tour, seeing some of the essential sights of the Medina, while skipping anything superfluous. Also tripping through some souks we did not find on our initial walkabout. We could relax and let the guide take us rather than worry about how to get there with a map app. Last but not least, the water pressure in the sinks and showers is hot and powerful! Always the most pleasant addition. Thank you very much Hamza, Fred & the lady’s. Gorgeous small boutique riad with phenomenal style! Riad Dar Bahi is a beautiful, quaint place to stay in Marrakech. The style is amazing - it's like a blend of modern color pallettes but with a definite Moroccan style. Each room has it's own feel and style. Lots of color-on-color which looks so great - especially against some of the old world charm of the Moroccan furniture and art pieces. The courtyard areas are all done in a striking black tile on the ground with white plaster walls. Great two level rooftop for sunning or panoramic views of the city. We spoke with the owner/manager, and he mentioned that he has a passion of interior design (and his cousin is a professional designer who helped him) and it certainly shows. It reminds me of an upscale Palm Springs hotel which is modern but has an old-school throwback feel. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the beauty, quality, and location. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly as well. They will arrange airport transportation, on-site massages and more. It may appear like it's too far from the main shopping market (it's about a ~10-15 minute leisurely walk) - but there aren't many riads that are closer and certainly not ones that are as great.

J'ai récemment vécu une expérience des plus exquises au Riad Dar Bahi et je ne peux m'empêcher de partager mon enthousiasme pour cet hôtel enchanteur. Dès l’instant où j’ai franchi ses portes ornées, j’ai été transporté dans un monde d’une beauté et d’une sérénité sans précédent. L'architecture du Riad est un véritable chef-d'œuvre, avec des carreaux complexes, de superbes mosaïques et des éléments de design marocains traditionnels qui m'ont laissé en admiration. Chaque recoin de l'hôtel semblait raconter une histoire et je me suis retrouvé captivé par la riche histoire et la culture qui m'entouraient. Je le recommande vraiment.

I regret to say that my stay at this Riad was disappointing. The manager/owner, who was not on site, displayed rudeness when we tried to address concerns and request a room change. She refused to listen or assist cause she was on ‘holiday’. The room itself was uncomfortably small, reeking of humidity, lacking essential amenities advertised, such as a hairdryer and a mirror. The breakfast, which cost around 15 euros per person per night, consisted of basic items like bread, jam, butter, honey, and tea or coffee—far from justifying the price. The local staff were friendly, but overall, the experience felt unjustly overpriced. I feel deceived by the owner.

Le Riad Dar Bahi qui se trouve dans la Medina est sublime, propre, spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Vous y trouverez un mélange de modernité & de touches orientales qui en font un endroit charmant. L'accueil est des plus chaleureux. C'est véritablement un riad ou il fait bon vivre. 1000 mercis à Souad pour ces délicieux petits plats et ses succulentes crêpes marocaines, à Hasna pour ses sourires et un grand merci à Frederic pour son accueil, sa réactivité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Adresse incontournable!

I stayed here with my mom. It was an amazing stay. The staff went above and beyond the usual Moroccan hospitality. Especially a youmg man named Hamza. He was very helpful and even came to pick us up after dinner when we we're lost in the media. Marrakech can be overwhelming but he made our stay so comfortable. The food was amazing, the bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again

Cancelaron nuestra reserva sin ningún motivo al mes de realizarla y una vez confirmada. Había leído alguna reseña más de este tipo sobre este riad, pero dadas el resto de reseñas y que nunca antes me había pasado una cosa similar, reservé. Al mes de realizar la reserva y próximo a nuestra llegada cancelaron la reserva. Es algo intolerable y de muy mal proceder por su parte. Hemos reservado en otro alojamiento que espero compense la actuación de este. No lo elijáis.

Nous sommes un jeune couple de passage à Marrakech et notre séjour au Riad Dar Bahi n’aurait pas pu être mieux. L’accueil du personnel était super ainsi que l’emplacement. Très belle piscine, terrasse avec une vue imprenable. Ce Riad est vraiment décoré avec goût. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci pour tout.

Excellent séjour au Riad Dar Bahi. Fred, le manager ainsi que son équipe sont à l’écoute et feront tout pour vous satisfaire. On se sent comme chez soi et leur hospitalité ont largement dépassé nos attentes. Vraiment rien à redire, nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Didn't even got top stay there, I booked and paid my stay with months in advance and only 10 days before my trip they send me an email saying they were fully booked and thus they would cancel my booking. Not a nice or professional way to conduct business, be aware!
