As a car owner for so many years and in obtaining services and maintenance and in the use of Rhinelander Auto Repair for deep dent that apparently when parked someone hit car. The staff was very courteous and speak to you (say hello or good morning or good afternoon) they all observed safety practices in regards to covid-19 & work station. We dealt with the manager Mr. Miguel Caba, very professional, you feel comfortable good vibes. He listened and accepted the Insurance estimate. First time in years no hassle, complications or hidden details that later haunt you. He didn't treat you as if you are just a transaction & a means of getting more money. He and staff did a FANASTIC job and car was ready as he had stated. Sometimes because back up against wall, the job done you realize was not really good or when I have had a repair or maintenance on prior cars. I would drive out and new problem or car not working properly and the hassle and stress starts . I highly commend Mr. Miguel Caba and staff for great services, professionalism, courtesy and time of service. Instead of 5 stars should be 10 stars.

After an accident occurred on the highway (no fault of my own), I took my vehicle to Rhinelander Auto Body; and from the instant I dropped it off, they were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. More importantly, they helped me navigate the ranks with the defendant's insurance carrier and adjuster. I am the owner of a 2005 Avalon XLS in excellent condition (well maintained with less than 66,000 miles). Unfortunately on the morning of February 7, 2021, my car was involved in a hit and run accident. After notifying the insurance company I placed the car in the care of Rhinelander body shop (specifically Miquel Caba) for repair. This turned out to be a great decision. Miquel was a joy to work with, professional and experienced from start to finish. He kept me involved throughout the entire process by telephone conversation as well as inviting me to come in to examine the work in progress. over the past eight years Ive had five cars fixed at Rhinelander Auto. Each car was professionally serviced and done in the given time frame. Both Pat the owner and Miguel his right hand man were always available, personable, polite and professional. Each of my cars were detailed like new and I never had any problems with any of them. Whenever my vehicle has been in need of repair, Rhinelander is my first choice! I have been bringing my car here for years. They are always professional, with a high level of communication—keeping me posted on the progress. Excellent customer service. They have gone beyond what is expected. This time, my vehicle was in need of glass replacement. Rhinelander arranged the tow service and completed the job in a matter of days. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the minor scratches along the bumper and doors were gone. That was indeed a surprise. Miguel, you’re awesome! That is what I mean by going beyond what is expected. Pat and Miguel are wonderful people.

photo inspection guy had a serious attitude because i didn't say hello to him when i was getting out of my car and wouldn't serve me. it was to cold i had no glove or beanie, i was trying to get in the office where it's warm so i can talk to him or someone. the photo inspection guy started cursing me out in the office and the other employees did not say anything. i had to argue with him. i was cold tired and having a bad day. this dude got his feelings hurt because i did not say hello to him outside in the cold. he was throwing a tantrum like a 5 year old. if you like to be treated like worse then trash then this is a wonderful place to take your business to.

I have used this shop multiple times for body damage after accidents (some my fault some not) and have always found the staff courteous, efficient and fair. The work is top notch and my car looks brand new when I get it back. I just got my car back today from my latest fender bender (husband is not happy with me) and I was stunned at how good the car looked inside and out. Miguel and his team are true professionals and are so reputable my insurance gave me a discount on the deductible for using them. I hope to not get into any more accidents but if I do, I know I am good hands with Rhinelander.

Amazing service! Miguel truly made sure that my Mercedes Benz was absolutely brand new after the accident it had been in. I was in a no-fault accident and my insurance suggested I take my car to Rhinelander Auto Body Ltd. Miguel explained the whole process with the insurance, repairs needed, the price and how long it was going to take to repair my vehicle. My insurance paid for a rental car. I had a small miscommunication with the Car Rental and Miguel assisted me by calling them himself. I was very impressed with the service received. My Insurance company recommended Rhinelander Auto Body. They were right on all counts. When I dropped off my car Miguel waked me through everything the were going to repair and gave me a timeline of 3 weeks (maybe longer if the parts were on back order).I picked up my car on Friday (exactly 3 weeks and 3 days after drop off) and it looked like a brand new car.The 5 star rating is well deserved. It was a pleasure dealing with Miguel. He was professional, courteous and just an all round nice person.

Garbage, do not waste your time here. A simple paper estimate that should be free was trying to be passed off to me for $85, yes for a piece of paper. Just so I could provide what parts and estimates for my car after being struck by a NYC taxi. Also not to mention the short guy who does the estimates is not a peoples person, very impatient, rude and arrogant. It seems like you have to immediately spend money there. Avoid at all costs.

Rice look like it’s heated , oven vegetables should be mix of at least four kind of vegetables but it’s only French fries with sauce , nothing considered real Yemeni food taste especially for dishes like Mandy.
