Luke and Paul Reynolds could not have been more compassionate, caring, or professional. At a very difficult time, the kind and caring manner in which they supported us and attended to every detail of our family farewell made such a difference. Luke's thoughtfulness and patience in suggesting and arranging all the details were amazing. It is very clear that the vocation and prime goal of this family is to help others. Luke and his parents run this family business. We were recommended to them as locals in Bentleigh East area. The team helped us organise my husbands father’s funeral within 2 days and without any issues, very caring, professional and prompt.
