I enjoy visiting the Manager of the Pharmacy Marc and his staff. They are nice and we laugh and joke with them alot. Marc's staff are excellently trained and get job done quickly and are helpful when a question is asked of over the counter stuff. We have been using the Ottewell Rexall for almost 8 years if not a bit more. We have come to know some of the staff and the Manager. They are extremely nice,helpful and will often stop just to talk to you, and it can make people feel important and special. I have a server social anxiety and other mental health issues. However I don't mind to much to go get stuff I need. That all the above comments I made has been helpful in facing some of my issues and helping in my treatment. Thank you Ottewell Rexall

This is the worst place i have ever been treated in a retail store. Not only was I given a generic brand drug without being asked if i would like the brand name that I have been using for years. when i told them i was having side effects from the new drug the pharmacsitist told me it was just me. Even when i showed her the old pills were not the generic brand she told me they gave me the generic ones. Never will ever set foot in a rexall pharmacy. Even got told she was doing me a favor for giving me back the money I spent on the wrong prescription i recieved.

The pharmacy staff are not very helpful. Every time I go in to pick up a prescription, they give me a new reason not to prepare it. For example, last night, I went in to pick up my prescription, and they told me to come another day, because I was picking it up “too far in advance” even though I had run out. Later that night, when I went to pay for my prescription and a few other items at the pharmacy, they turned me away and told me that the front is “better equipped” to take payments. Very lazy customer service - they tried turning me away twice.

The pharmacists at this Rexall are unprofessional.. they made a mistake, even admitted to the mistake but were unapologetic and rude..I will never get another prescription nor do I recommend anyone getting any prescriptions from here as they definitely are not caring about me or my need of specific medications... I was without medication for 5 days due to their mistake. THEY LOST A DUPLICATE PRESCRIPTION.... WHO DOES THAT!!!

This pharmacy is a joke. They'll argue anything just so they don't have to do their job. If I don't get my meds on the proper day, I wake up sick. This is the 3rd time I've had to fight with the pharmacist on how to count days. They are either bad at their jobs or just don't care. If you ask for your meds to be ready at a certain time, make sure to call ahead because they're probably not ready...

The pharmacy at this location is great, but I had an awful experience with a male cashier in the store. I was purchasing a pack of feminine hygiene products and he made a comment about how lucky I was not to pay taxes on the item. It was extremely unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable that I have not purchased anything at the store since.

Pharmacist was sitting doing nothing and when I asked to get a prescription refill that is pre boxed on shelf and I asked for as soon as possible she said I need about an hour. How pathetic. Do I need to spend my time and gas running around for someone too lazy to help someone right in front of them? What a world we live in.

Awesome pharmacy. I moved out of the neighborhood but still go out of my way to get my prescriptions at this location, as the staff are so nice. Mark the pharmacist is knowledgeable and understanding, and I've never had to wait long to get anything filled.

Consistently very poor visits- the staff do not enforce mask policies at all and there are constantly very able people walking around without masks- they do not even bother reminding people that it is currently a bylaw to wear a mask- lazy and unacceptable

Great neighbourhood pharmacy. Marc the pharmacist is awesome and has helped us out with emergency prescription refills and suggestions for OTC items. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Very helpful and professional pharmacy I talked with today my pharmacy was closed and needed health info of new meds and called shoppers they wouldn't help me but recall did you just gained a new costomer

Have been going there for a over a year. Mark the pharmacist is an absolutely wonderful person to deal with. He always helps me , and does all the leg work for me if needed. Wouldn't go to another .

The staff there are great. But the store has bad selection in the snack and food department. The m&m meat stuff is expensive, and once again it's a poor selection of items.

Avoid this place like the plague. Pharmacy staff are rude. Auto renewal prescriptions mean absolutely nothing. Have had absolutely nothing but problems with this pharmacy

I have had good experiences here but unfortunately there is a pharmaceutical tech who makes me feel I'm wasting their time, no customer service and rude.

I visit there every single day and have yet to see anyone without mask..staff is awesome..prices are way to high but that's the only complaint

I come here for my prescriptions regularly. Marc is a great pharmacist who is very knowledgeable!

Google says Rexall closes at 9 on Sunday. Arrived at 845 to a closed store.
