"That careless lady told me my antidepressant drug isn't covered by Ontario Works although been picking up same med from this pharmacy for over a year, (Prescription number is: 6028530 so you can look it up again handsome Madam!) she needs to educate herself on a better computer use! Not to mention they "misplaced " my physician prescription fax so had to miss 3 days of med, I finally went to clinic to pick up that prescription and Surely choose another pharmacy wasting 4 hours traveling back & forth; will officially file a complain so those responsible stupid would be shipped out from Canada; why not work in a farm look after pigs instead?! All other staff are helpful and provide a great customer service, especially the pharmacist wearing a head scarf, truly appreciate her professional services"

Funny, but my observation of this pharmacy seems to be opposite to what I've read from others. Years back (and I mean many years), i was troubled by one less than stellar experience with the back pharmacy, but that was a long time ago. With the much more positive experiences since then, I had forgotten about the single incident from long ago until I read the reviews here. I'm not sure why, but unlike some of the recent anecdotes here, I find the pharmacists quite helpful. And they computer system is connected to my medical insurance company, which saves a lot of time.
The staff are nice enough, but the wait time for prescriptions just keeps getting longer and longer. First it was 25 minutes, went up to 35 minutes. Last few months it was 45 minutes and when I went last weekend they told me it would be an hour. I tried doing it online once, but it got messed up and I still had to wait 30 minutes when I got there. Transfered to Wal-mart where I got my prescription in 20 minutes. (Would have been faster if Rexall hadn't put him on hold for about 5 minutes.)
I have been a customer here for years, and they NEVER have my prescriptions ready. I call in to use their automated system, even give them an extra day before picking up, and they still aren't ready. And their auto repeat system is junk-they've never called me to pick up a repeat-I've always had to do it myself. No more, I've had enough. Walmart at the other end of the mall is cheaper and has better hours, and seemed to actually want my prescription business.
It is ok but does lack a customer service quality. Ho hum basic service was my experience. I did note in other's comments that there was generally a response from the store for complimentary and a response to an unsatisfactory to call an 877 #. Any business should be striving to deal with customers in person locally and building that community bond, not call an 877 with someone who has never been in the store.
Extremely disorganized pharmacy. They always give very inconsistent information. They don’t take the patients need seriously. Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Over a month trying to get a second dose of a vaccine they already charged my private health insurance in advance is outrageous. I’ve been a client for years but now I’m going somewhere else I’m treated with a minimum of respect!
Absolutely garbage store and worst customer service. Asked for help to find an item, Response from one of the customer service associate is are you paying me extra money ..funny thing is he showing the wrong location to find items.....I don't know how management is staffing this kind of people in customer service roles. Disgrace to Rexall. Not recommend.
Pharmacy support staff always seem confused. Took more than a week to fax my doctor requesting a refill. The young pharmacist (who appeared to be 15 years old) would not even consult his colleagues when he was unsure of how to handle my new insurance. He was very unfriendly and pushed my medications across the counter at me. Will not be going back here.
I stopped by this pharmacy to pick up a supplement. I had a question about it and asked the pharmacist. I had read a book about this supplement and thought to pick on any additional knowledge they may have access to; instead the man winged it and quickly asked me to go to the check out at the front! I expected a honesty if he could not find an answer.
AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!! They mess everything up, and I mean everything! I call them, get put on hold and hung on often. They call and say prescriptions are ready but don't have them ready when you go to get them. Waiting inline for simple things has literally taken me 40 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. Choose to go anywhere else.
I like going to this Rexall for the selection of products. They have many items on clearance or reduced. Store is clean, and spacious. The management just needs to work on better customer service. I know a lot of them are young however they can smile or greet customers. They seem to just be going through their day without any enjoyment.
Rudest woman ever! My friend called it over the top. Nasty in front of customers and threw stuff at the clerk while he was trying to ring our stuff through.. I'm in total shock at how scary, nasty and unstable around the public this woman was. I won't be going back out of fear of seeing that sort of behaviour again. Unbelievable.
My family has been going there for years as well as me and they keep getting worst... Take an action like we all did and transfer your file to a small local pharmacy. The service there is way better. Check your neighbourhood and you will find one who is willing to help you all the way...
It's convenient, friendly and affordable. I usually go there for the pharmacy, in which the staff are always helpful and the pharmacist explains in great detail about any new meds that you have been prescribed. They take the time to make sure you have everything you need.
The pharmacist was very kind and very professional. Excellent service! He explained to me to the details about prescriptions and injection. He went above and beyond with help! So determined to help. Kind and very patient. He makes the difference and his profession proud!
I've been getting my prescribed medications from this pharmacy for 20+ years. Going back to when it was originally Rexall, then PharmaPlus and back to Rexall again, I've never had a problem. The pharmacy staff have always been very pleasant, courteous and helpful.
Very sad the way they treat the customers in the farmacy , they are rude and even when they are not busy they're not able to answer questions. The flu shot is not possible because the system is not working and they ignore the customers in every way.
Female pharmacist answering the phone is rude . Make sure you don’t ask her twice because that will trigger her temper The same girl served me today and I’m not surprised she still got zero customer service Courtesy. Who’s the manger there
I always have a great experience at the pharmacy. The staff know my parents' medication needs. They take the time to explain any changes and answer any questions to my full satisfaction. They are genuinely concerned about patient care.
Pharmacists generally not friendly at all. Customer skills lacking. Making mistakes. Rude even with people in mental distress. They don't seem to realize who their clients are and how to treat them well. Stay away if you can.
I went to the pharmacist to ask him about joint pain medication ,I told him I can not take Advil as I have stomachache ,he was rude and just told me go to your doctor,he is young man ,he can talk in nicer way.
I went in and asked the cashier if she knew where there was a post office. She said "sorry I don't know". She didn't bother to ask anyone or call for help. Worst service ever!!
I've been using the pharmacy for years and the pharmacists are friendly and helpful. The store also has several long-term full time staff that are excellent.
Rating says it all.....pathetic customer service Worst rexall, sales associates are rude! Refused to exchange or refund a brand new fragrance that I bought.
Terrible pharmacy. Tried to book my flu shot appointment over the phone and they wouldn't let me. It shouldn't be so hard to book my flu shot.
Very disorganized , you can tell there is a lack of communication between workers. Some are nice, some have very poor customer service skills.
We were treated quite rudly by a cashier who pretty much yells at you. Not the first time we witness this but first time it happens to us.
The amount of bad reviews surprised me. The pharmacists are extremely helpful and sweet! Always find what i need! My go to pharmacy now.
With the exception to one or two friendly and knowledgeable staff - I've had a problem just about every visit.
Very rude and careless staff keep you waiting them for no reason. I will not go there again
This pharmacy is so disorganized they lose stuff all the time and are very slow.
Always have a problem here at the pharmacy very disorganized.
Really ice place where you can make your shopping and enjoy
Rude pharmacist and took forever to get served.
I'm so happy I transferred to this pharmacy.
Service is usually good but not always.
Busy day, tomorrow is a holiday
Recommend this pharmacy.
