I had what I thought was a great experience 3 years ago here for post hip replacement therapy. Management has since changed, and after my first appt for therapy after another hip replacement recently, I was appalled and will never go back. I found the location to be unprofessional, incompetent, ineffective and inappropriate. Scheduling was difficult for the first appt, they said, because it was for an evaluation, which they said took the same amount of time as a regular appointment. As transportation was an issue, as I couldn't drive, I was called 2 hours before my appt to see if I could arrive 1/2 hour earlier. 4 days post op, I arrive there, and am ignored, standing at the counter for 5 minutes and finally sat down. I was later asked to come to the desk inside the treatment room to fill out my history, and get my copay, and sign up for 3 appts through the week. They already had my history from my previous visits, I should only have had to update it. I was never screened for COVID, and after a few minutes of trying to fill out the paperwork, I was never given the evaluation iPad that was part of the evaluation process 3 years ago. I was later told they'd forgotten about it. I was approached by a therapist (I assume) and told "Joe" (not real name) would be working with me, while shadowed with a real therapist. He wasn't introduced as a student, but I read that on his sloppily hand written name badge. We got to a treatment table in the main room and I had to tell him I needed the table raised to be able to get on it (which he should have known for anyone post hip replacement, especially if he was truly a doctorate student as the manager later said he was.?!!). He then proceeded to ask some questions off the history questionnaire and misread it saying I'd had a right hip replacement and 2 left hip replacements, ?!! and then asked if I had any difficulty walking, running, squatting, sitting.. I'm 4 days post op hip replacement, seriously?!!! He and the therapist then admitted they thought I was there for post KNEE replacement.?! I asked how that happened and the therapist said sometimes one of the girls at the desk gets the abbreviations for hip and knee mixed up!! He then wanted to see my incision- it's on my left hip, in the middle of the treatment room??!!! No.Totally not appropriate! Having had an appropriate evaluation 3 years ago, I'd expected it in a private room, by a licensed competent therapist, who would take measurements etc. Isn't that what all the trouble scheduling the evaluation was for? (My expectations were validated by my experience later at a competent PT clinic.)This guy was clearly clueless, and was getting little guidance from the therapist. He had me do 2 exercises, including one with a taped together rolled up towel under my knee, which didn't seem COVID safe to me. As I was leaving, I asked if they still did the iPad questions that were part of the eval 3 years ago. Someone at the desk answered yes, but they'd forgotten it. Did I want to stay and fill it out? It seemed to me that their priority was to get co-pays, and sign people up for 3 appointments a week for 2 weeks ahead, ( to keep getting copays and insurance payments) I certainly didn't see any quality care in my visit that Medicare would be wanting to pay for. This was the most, disorganized, unprofessional, inappropriate and ineffective appointment I have ever had. When I did later talk to the manager, she told me the student was a Doctorate student, and they do evals all the time. I expected better from an undergrad PT student, which I had thought he was. I am now going to a Physical Therapy location affiliated with my surgeon's office and am getting great care, the only place I will ever go to now and in the future, if needed.

  • My Name

Quantity, not quality, is what drives this location/business. On my last visit I was 1 of 4 patients being worked on by 1 therapist and his “assistant” (the other 2 therapists at the time were only working on 1 patient). My “therapist” rarely actually performed any procedures, leaving it to an unsupervised “assistant” that never really knew how to perform procedures. I usually spent 50 minutes of my hour session performing “exercises” while the PT and APT buzzed around the room, very little to NO hands-on work. The PT would push “dry needle therapy” (DNT) as the be-all/cure-all procedure. When I did my research, I learned that DNT is not a regulated or certified procedure like acupuncture (the company self-certifies its employees, not a medical board to ensure sanitary/safe procedure), so I constantly had to say “not interested” to the procedure (my physician also agreed). The last visit they insisted on a neck stretching contraption, that did more harm than good. Last point you should know, several times I showed up for my appointment and the PT wasn’t even there, leaving it to the not-so-effective assistant. I researched that, too, and found that an assistant cannot perform any procedures unsupervised. Needless to say, I opted to take my neck and money somewhere else and glad I did before they did unrepairable damage.

I had a wonderful experience for my first ever physical therapy as a patient instead instead of the therapist administering the treatment. From both a manual therapy and home health background I had sent many of my own patients to results. HOWEVER, I have never had to deal with the payment/insurance side of things. After being told I would need to pay for each treatment since my insurance deductible had to be met and I did so without questions. I then noticed my insurance was charged and did make partial payments also. After two separate calls to the billing department to be told that they would reconcile the account and send me the overpayment, but I have yet to receive a call back to inform me of the overpayment or receive money that is owed. I HIGHLY recommend that you agree to only pay the balance of the account once insurance has been billed and your insurance company informs you on what is owed since it is not easy to receive money returned once you have paid your bills. Otherwise, I recommend the therapy/treatment and therapy staff without reservation from their expertise and skill as therapists.

I am a former patient of Results Physiotherapy Bellevue, TN. Sarah Raby was my therapist - and she changed my life forever. My story goes back to 2013 when I was diagnosed with an extruded herniated disc. After many treatment processes (PT, medications, ablations, and two spinal fusions) I was anatomically "fixed", but the pain remained (wonderful neurosurgeon was fantastic and he advised me in advance this can occur). I went to two different companies for PT - but pain persisted. In consult with my neurosurgeon, I was referred to Results in early 2022. That is when I met Sarah. She immediately identified that I needed treatment not just for my back, but for my left ankle as well. She was the ONLY therapist to ever do that. I could go on forever, but in conclusion, Sarah is the ultimate therapist. Her diagnostic capabilities, skills and expertise are the best of the best - PLUS - she cares about you as a person. I cannot say enough about the treatment I received - I now do my exercises at home every day and am PAIN FREE! If you ever need help, this is THE place and person to see. Thank you, Sarah!

I came to Results with headaches, migraines, neck and back pain, and vision issues, caused from a concussion. I was hopeless at the time, but desperate for relief. By the grace of God, I landed at here and I will forever be grateful for this team. From the moment I walked in the doors, I felt heard and understood. Shaughn took the time to hear my story and concerns, and completed an extremely thorough examination. It was in that moment that I knew that I was in great hands. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring, all qualities you want in your physical therapist. I never once felt rushed, and they were always on time. Both Shaughn and Josh were always prepared for the day and were extremely intentional with my care and goals! With their help and expertise, I am now able to drive again, read and write, and stand on my own two feet without getting a headache, nauseated and dizzy! Also, I am mostly pain free! I will forever be in debt to this place. They restored my life. I would recommend this place to anyone! I promise you won’t regret coming to Results Bellevue!

I was referred here by my doctor. I had my first visit which went ok. She referred my to another therapist within their office, but had me scheduled for two other sessions with her. I called to get an appt. and cancel the two appts and had to leave a message. I never received a call back and until after the appt. that was canceled. I informed the lady that I tried to cancel and left a message. She apologized and scheduled me for an appt. I met with a Cameron who did a great job and scheduled me for another appt. I was unable to make the appt. and left another message to cancel. I also sent Cameron an email and asked for a call. I never have received a call back or an email. i do not think this office is very organized.

I had P.T on my shoulder for several weeks. My main physical therapist was Sarah Raby. She was excellent! The very best!! She explained every exercise as many times as I needed, gave me copies, & also sent emails with exercises. Sarah is a great teacher and engaged with every client she meets. Her goal is to help you heal. She is truly passionate about her work! I also want to add that every employee here is so very kind, professional, courteous, and here to help you as as a patient. They also are happy to help one another and they do. It truly is a TEAM effort in every way. I very much appreciated that atmosphere. I highly recommend Results P.T. in Bellevue.

After sustaining a shoulder injury from a misplaced flu shot that led to bursitis in my shoulder, my orthopedist ordered several sessions of physical therapy to reduce some the inflammation and increase my mobility. I set up several appointments at the Bellevue, TN location, and was very happy with the results. Everyone at this location was friendly and professional, and my therapist was exceptional at resolving my issue. Within a couple of weeks, my pain had greatly decreased, and my mobility had greatly increased. If I ever experience any future problems, this will definitely be the first place I go. Highly recommended.

This was my first PT experience and I couldn’t recommend Results Physiotherapy Bellevue more! I went postpartum specifically for diastasis recti, but had no idea my body had much more to work on. McCall evaluated me and then spent weeks working on building strength back into my body. She was beyond helpful and informative and always gave me exercises to complete at home. I’m leaving stronger than I would have anticipated. The entire staff there is friendly and helpful. I’m grateful for their support and I highly recommend it to any postpartum mamas!

My experience has been amazing, I've been to a few therapists over my years but this place has been totally different. The professionalism on top of the caring and getting to the issue has been above my expectations. You can even feel the positive vibes between the coworkers that makes for a comfortable environment. My personal therapist Anna has be so amazing in helping me reach my goal and understanding my issues even though I still have a way to go. 100% recommend.

  • Kenneth Cohen

I have gone to two other previous physical therapists and the difference was pretty striking. I had two people (Mitch & Torrie) that worked with me and provided me with exercises and information that has very much change my life. It has sent me the direction they will provide me with all the recovery from my disabilities that is possible, I hope. Of course it is up to me to get this done. I strongly Recommend results physical therapy.

  • Joel Fisher

First things first, I was more than happy with the care and support I received from the staff. However, I feel like I was misled about the cost of each treatment session. I was told I would only be responsible for the copay, but was surprised with a hefty bill at the end that my insurance didn't cover. If I had known the true cost, I would have re-evaluated the number of visits or discussed other options. Just disappointed.

I’ve been treated at Results Physiotherapy in Bellevue twice over the past few years and the experience was amazing. My PT Sarah is extremely knowledgeable, and great at what she does. Since my treatment, I’ve had a dramatic reduction in the severity and frequency of my headaches, and I’m so thankful. She and the other PTs there truly care about you and giving you the best care possible, and I highly recommend them.

When I required therapy for a torn hamstring, I chose Results because of the excellent care my 86 year old father received from Louis. Well, I made the correct decision! From the cheerful greeting & helpful accommodation of Audrey to the outstanding care given by McCall, I have been so pleased! These professionals work as a team. McCall has worked so hard to tailor an exercise program that works with my limitations.

  • Ron Maynard

Experience overall - Superb!! The team at this location is top notch. This was not my first time through PT for a similar injury and the "results" were amazing. Range of motion and strength are on the way to full recovery. I had the pleasure of working with three different therapists over 6 weeks and all provided excellent care. Scheduling was flexible and communications were clear.

Working in Greater Nashville with 100 plus GYN’s, Results Physiotherapy Bellevue has been an outstanding resource for my surgeons to direct patients to for pelvic related therapy and post pregnancy rehabilitation. Greatly increasing options for Women’s Health in our community. Strongly recommend Dr. Henderson and her team there at the Bellevue clinic!

  • Kurt Mosteller

The folks at Results in Bellevue are great.... after 6-8 weeks of PT for a shoulder separation and neck injury, I left feeling much better and basically pain free. Sean and Josh were a pleasure to work with and helpful throughout my process of treatment and needing further evaluation with ortho. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing PT.
