My dinner ruined at a Halloween night. I was starving but my two kids don't eat much and they are picky eater. So I wanted one kids meal so that they both share but the waitress said that we cannot share kids meal cause there is a free salad bar paired with the kids meal. I said my kids don't eat salad or any soup. She insisted that I take the second kids meal so did I. My sister and I each took a meal. Then my husband arrived, he ate already, so he didn't order, he just came to drive us. When the food arrived, I didn't want to waste the kids food since my kids aren't touching the second plate or could barely finish the first one so I asked my husband to eat it to not put to waste. The waitress came to warn us that we cannot share the meal. I told her I'm not sharing but I was forced to take the second kids meal and I don't want to waste the food. She said we cannot share it. I was furious, then my husband complained to the manager. It was the manager's first day and he didn't seem to know what to do at all other than apologizing. And yet, the waitress never apologize. Our appetite was cut so we just asked for the bill and paid in full. Never gonna step foot to any scores again. The lack of flexibility and the condescending tone that the waitress had was unacceptable.

NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE: I went with my 3 year old and 1 year old. My intention was to get the salad bar for my kids and a meal for myself. I was told that each of my kids had to pay for a separate salad bar (yes... $5 for my 1yo). The manager told me it was the policy and shrugged his shoulders. Fine, whatever. I decided I'd just share my meal with the little one since he didn't seem hungry. Then I was approached by the waitress who said another manager accused ME of eating the salad bar now. Now this is ridiculous: the only piece of food that touched my mouth was an olive I pitted for my 3 year old. I'm beyond frustrated and embarrassed. This whole stupid salad bar debacle pretty much ruined my lunch. The last time I went to that location, a different waitress told me that I would stop breastfeeding my son in our booth because it was offending other diners. I sent an email complaint to scores about this and "Luc" who responded on their behalf, pretty much reiterated the accusation that I was eating the salad bar (false) and my 1 year old should never share. So strike 3 for Scores. I won't be going back. I really expected better from a place that's supposed to be a "family restaurant".

Went here for late lunch on a busy weekend. Quiet place probably because no one was there. Literally just us and a couple of tables who also were parents with their baby/toddler. First of all, food was average. Nothing special but alright. Edible. But one thing we did not appreciate in particular was the manager being unfriendly and rude. We have a toddler who obviously likes to move around (walk, hop, roam around #iykyk). We walked in and were greeted by a pleasant timid lady. She led us to our table and was then followed by the manager who immediately took whatever were on the table (sugar pouch, salt, pepper etc..) and we were told "im taking these they are not for you". Like wow, ok.. and your point is??? He watched us walk through the restaurant as we wait for our food, observing every move our toddler made even though we accompanied her every step of the way. He made us feel extremely unwelcome, uncomfortable and was rather irritated. It's a sad, disappointing experience.

So disappointing: salad bar veggies and servings not fresh. As if they were kept from new year's eve. Unfriendly and rude staff spying on their clients to see if they are sharing the bar food. Portions split to half and expensive. Kids meals served without dessert. They charge extras for the salad bar which is already unappetizing at all. They have a strategy not to let you look at the bar before ordering from the menu maybe so that you don't change your mind and leave! If you try to taste something on another plate chosen from the bar and you didn't pay for the bar a waitress shows up immediately and threatens to charge u on that! They deserve one star only for the cleanliness of the place. In addition, the waiters speak only English. No or very poor French. To sum it up, this restaurant would rather throw the food than see you eating from your kids' plate. I don't recommend it to anyone. I won't set foot there anymore! Soooo deceived!

I had the worst experience ever.. we were a party of 8 5 kids and 3 adults every one ordered food .. i ordered salad bar for my self and i asked my mom who is 65 years old to taste from a plate i brought to the table.. few minutes later the waitress came in very aggressive way and approached the table and said that my mom can’t eat from the salad bar because it is not sharable.. we told her she was just tasting .. she was very cruel and brought her boss over and the boss started the conversation that it is only 5:99$ extra for the salad bar ..they made me feel as if we have never seen food or been to a restaurant that serves salad bar! they could have delivered the information in much nicer and respectful way but their way was very condescending ... plus their food is less than average! i had to cancel the adults order because they do not deserve a penny! our bill was to exceed 100$! u better learn how to provide decent customer service before just provide food..

Very bad service. I used to be a regular, but not anymore. I invited 2 guests, my friend and his wife. She ordered Fajitas and he ordered chicken + salad bar. We know that the salad bar is not sharable. However, my friend's wife liked the beets on his plate and wanted to taste them. Romantically, he shared a bite with her. Immediately, the waitress appeared and started to tell us no sharing, no sharing. I explained that she already has a Fajita plate and she's not eating salad. However, the response was rude and not professional. She said that she's just an employee. Luckily, the general manager was nearby. I explained to him that the situation and that I will not visit your restaurant again. He simply nodded his head and left. I felt very bad and I gave them back the salad plates. Made a order for lunch for a commercial address, the driver failed to notify that he was in our office and chose to leave my lunch hidden in a corner. When I called after an hour and a half I was informed that it had already been delivered. After searching it was found, cold chicken and cold Cheese Sticks were not good at all.The driver had my direct phone number and could have called if he could not find me. After reaching out to Scores they have said that the driver did try to call, but that is incorrect because when I called them I heard the driver in the background confirming he did not call. So on top of all this they lied to me.What is the point of Score's reaching out to someone after a complaint if they are willing to do nothing and on top of that have a negative attitude towards a legit review.

I was very much looking forward to this place as I am repeat customer. However I was disappointed to learn that they now charge almost 7.00 to add the salad bar but I realize the rising cost of food so I can somewhat understand. HOWEVER, they include nachos in the salad bar but have DISCONTINUED the nacho cheese as well as SEVERAL other items that used to be included. The one that stands out most for me is the chilli. So now they’ve even DELETED the meat. So you charge and extra $7 and cancelled several items I can’t say I’ll be returning but I must say the main courses were fresh and hot. So there is a possibility. Really too bad I USED to looove this place. Service was great also.

This was an unpleasant experience. We felt like we were shaken down for our money. We were told they are not a bank and wo t do the exchange rate. Maybe that is what they do here in Montreal. But in other parts of Canad they say we will give you change in Canadian money. I really felt that this establishment never heard of the Canadian reputation of kindness and good nature. If your traveling abroad stay away from this place like everyone else. We were 5 of 15 people in a restaurant that could sit up to 100. The manager was no better acting like they don't know how to do business. I am ashamed. I will not go back there for anything.

I went to another Scores before and I didn’t quite like it. This time I want to give it another chance. This Scores is inside a mall. We ordered dark meat takeout. The chicken is really really hard and is almost cold, and meat is tough. The skin is rubbery. The Cole slaw tastes like paper. Rice has very little flavour, not hot but the portion is big. One good point is the bun is toasted and the gravy is alright although not hot. The skin is a bit tasty but the chicken meat itself is tasteless. I’ll never order from here again.

Frist time I come to the store,My stomach is very hungry. Their take-out is to pay for the door. But for the first time, I didn't know. After I paid for it, I wanted to sit inside and eat. The front desk and a waiter inside let me sit down. After a while, a waitress said, I'm sorry you're buying a takeaway so you can't eat here, you have to take it away. I told her that I didn't know for the first time, but she still let me out. She thinks she can't get any tips? This is my last time coming to this restaurant.

So, salad bar was ok. Chicken skin was so hard it was like bark from a tree. Vegetables were not fresh, and the broccoli had a gross oily film on it. The family next to us was charged for bringing in there own coffee. I think that is propersterous, bordering on illegal. The soup was very watered down. The price is ok I guess, but I won’t come back, many better options. It is too bad, used to be a lot better. Quality and customer care is not what it used to be. Hoping anyone that comes has a better experience.

Never going back again!!! Have been going there for years and also take advantage of the take out. Yesterday we went for sit-in dinner with the family and the waitress made a mistake on a few of the meals, when we flagged it to her, she took a defensive approach, argued with us and told us it was our fault as we didn't articulate well. When the bill came she didn't want adjust anything. For me it's the principle versus the value. Just lost a long time customer.

Love eating AT the restaurant. However, today I ordered for a delivery and the girl who took my order was very rude and I felt like I was bothering her. I asked if the plate came with anything and rudely answered, fries. I wanted something else than fries but she didn't offer anything, as if she wanted to get me off the phone ASAP. Even if the restaurant is very busy, if you take the time to answer my call , take the time to properly take my order and be cordial. After all, I am a paying customer.

One of my many visits, was greeted and served by Melanie tonight (October 25th 2022) a true professional, the food was good. I was disappointed when I left the restaurant and looked at my receipt, not sure why the standard 15% is applied on the meal including the tax. The card machine should be programmed to only tip on the price of the meal.

I have nothing bad to say about the delivery as it was super fast. But the meal, UGH. I took the chipotle burger and honestly the chicken was soaked with grease to the point that the chipotle sauce didnt even taste. I like to order food from this restaurant but I am disappointed tonight. I got an email confirmation of my order saying it would be delivered in 45mins. Hungry, 1 hour and 8 mins gone by and my order still did not get delivered. Called the store and they called the driver who said apparently he would be there in another 5 mins and he had alot of orders. I got apologies and thanks for my patience but I thought more would have been done.

The place is quaint. The food is average. The worst is the manager Milian, he is seen wandering lost around the place. When he did stop it was to speak to our server about personal topics. E.g: Someone husband has not worked in 8 months. While talking about these issues, he did not offer assistance to help service. They seem slow possibly understaffed only one server was seen.

All need is a good music! Staff are very nice and fast! Wish I could choose my table, owner added that is not possible as no staff to cover the floor, well, that detail was not necessary at that moment, advice: if you see your client looking Happy please keep that smile on his face and if you see your client grumpy or sad try to improve the mood...price a bit high for the food value!

Food tasted fine but overall freshness and quality are below what you'd expect from a restaurant. Service was average; the waitress we had serviced almost half of the restaurant by herself so maybe that day had more to do with their service team being short a few waitresses so I'd say they deserve the benefit of the doubt. The salad bar is not bad but don't expect fresh dishes.

I like the convenience of Scores. The food is decent and it's nearby. I wouldn't say it's anything super special, it's still rotisserie chicken after all but it definitely hits the spot when you're craving some bbq type food. I like their pick up service, It's always been well organized and fast. Everything is always well packed and they give enough utensils and condiments.

They say revenge is a dish best served cold, but what they don't say is that lunch is delivered cold. We have made a few orders and each time the food was delivered cold or at room temperature, the first time I called only to be placed on hold forever. The second time the woman who I spoke to was rude and just made excuses, my advice would be to stay clear of this place.

6 empty cups of water, for 1 hour, the waitress never came to our table after dropping the food, not even to ask how our food was. 2 of our burger were BURNT. And by burnt I mean hockey puck level burnt. Left the place thirsty and unsatisfied. Cleaned up and stacked our own table and still had to ask for bills. I even get better service and attention from McDonald.

July 26, 2018. My Spouse and I had the delicious salad bar. I also had the Roasted Chicken Breast with the baked potato. The salad bar is always very fresh, and prepared beautifully. We were served by Mariana. She gave us excellent service, always going the "extra mile". This restaurant is in the Place Vertu shopping center in St. Laurent.

Went here yesterday around 3pm for a late lunch. We both ordered the chicken breast with a side (12 dollars each) and came with no extra charge for unlimited salad, soup, fruit bar. Service was friendly and although we didn't speak French our waitress tried her best to accommodate us. Really quick service and food tasted great.

Nice, quick and polite service. It was not very busy at lunch time. I had the salad bar option. Went for red quinoa, chorizo bits, honey mustard sauce and some beetroot. It was very nice and fresh. Very adequate price for it. French sauvignon blanc was nice and subtile. It’s the least noisy score I ever went to. Would go again.

My friend reserved a whole seating area for a birthday surprise party this evening. They only had a few balloons on the wall and the rude manager told them that it was illegal and we had to take it down. Manager even told them that it would be okay to put up balloons. I liked the renovation they have done and their new salad bar, but the only down side was I had a 2 years old boy and they would charge us $5 for the soup and à couple of dollars for a few slices of cucumber from the bar, so we took a kid's meal. We went a couple of times to the one on St-Martin and never had this issue.

Great place to go when you want to kill traffic after work. Nice salad bar and food comes out quick. It's probably prepped in advance and reheated. Oh well, can't really complain for the price. Table service is nice and attentive. Glasses are always full of water or soft drinks and used plates are taken away promptly.

It is my go to place when in St. Laurent. One is always assured of quick service of their bbq chicken. The salad bar is always filled with a multitude of fresh fruits and veggies for those health conscious people. Too bad there are so few locations.

I ordered the parmigianna chicken, which was absolutely delicious and went for the maple syrup donuts for dessert, just as good as the chicken. Service was excellent; we were served by Lucie and she is the sweetest waitress I have ever met! Great food and great service made for a very nice evening!
