J’ai manger en premier avec mon fils une salade César avec des frites puis mon mari nous a rejoins . C est normal pas exceptionnelle mais bon. J ai dû demander des couverts, demander du pain , demander du sel , demander des sauces sa fait déjà beaucoup :( Mon mari arrive et commande une soupe avec un sandwich et la serveuse décide d’amener le sandwich et le dis la soupe après. je lui demande d’amener en premier la soupe dans l’ordre . Elle reviens donc énerver et pose la soupe qui déborde sur l’assiette . Mon mari arrive et me demande ce qui s est passer pourquoi son assiette est comme ça ! pourquoi la table n’a pas étais mise en ordre etc … sans couvert, sans pain avec nos anciennes assiettes vides et pourquoi la table a pas été nettoyer avant qu’il soit servi . je lui explique , il apel la serveuse qui reprends la soupe tout autant énerver . Il demande à ce qu’elle enlève les assiettes vides et qu’elle lui fasse la table convenablement, elle souffle et reviens . En bref Il a pas fini sa soupe nous sommes partis ! Nous sommes peut être exigeant en suisse comme en France mais dans un tel restaurant on ne sert pas sur une table qui a déjà servi et on utilise une époussette un ramasse miette avant de servir le client au minimum c est une base ! Qui plus est on ne souffle pas enfin etc etc etc ….. catastrophe ! J y suis retourner boire un café ! Même un café c étais compliquer . C étais un nouveau serveur complètement paniquer ! Un cortado svp ! Il ne savais pas ce qu étais un Cortado ! Il ma ramener une carafe café filtre ! Ma foie …. Réellement le manager de cette établissement ne fais pas son job . Triste réalité

So my sister and I had two experiences at this restaurant and the first was lovely. Second and last was a different level of service. Limited menu availability, not checking in, and the waitress brought everyone free bread, but us. Which is funny to me at the time, but I also acknowledge kind of odd. You easily spend over $100 at this restaurant and due to the service and menu options we tipped a little over $2. We get up to leave and the server comes back with our bill and asked why the tip was so low/if the service was not up to standard. In front of EVERYONE. She had approached my highly anxious sister who paid while my back was turned. She apologized but said the service was lacking (then bolted to her room). I went back and asked for a copy of my reciept to which she was gossiping with her Co workers about the situation. Severely un professional and sad considering the service the night before warranted a $40 tip.

Amazing restaurant. We stayed at the Bonaventure hotel over the weekend and thought to give this place a try. NOT a dissapointment at all. We went at around 7pm, there was plenty of space for distancing although there was other parties next to us for an event. Our server François was amazing, took the time to talk to us even tho it was quite busy, took the time to listen to our needs and suggested us our plates. Super friendly The food was AMAZING! The tuna tartare is a must! Amazing flavors, the tuna is fresh and you cam taste the quality of the ingridients. The special of the day was recommended by François and once again did not dissapoint.. Alot of big pieces of seafood, nice and warm perfectly cooked and tasty. Burger was nice and juicy , not too salty. And the desert was a little delight. Overall, if you're planning on staying at Hotel Bonaventure , i highly suggest to give this restaurant a try. Will be back.

Made a reservation to meet a client for a business meeting. The hostess and wait staff were very friendly from beginning to end. I felt bad because I reserved a booth and I made it clear that my client and I would just have a couple of drinks and maybe something small to eat. The staff made me feel welcome and there was always someone coming around to ask if all was OK. I felt that the staff is a good team there. It's honestly perfect for a business meeting. I look forward to visiting again and hopefully will try their menu next time around.

I was staying at the Bonaventure so decided to check out this restaurant. The kube salad was excellent although the blueberry ratio was off. The bison burger was fine however it tasted like a frozen patty. Poutine was average with frozen fries instead of house made. Service was abrupt, slow, and I sat for 20 minutes after I finished eating waiting for service to stop by. Then the payment machine was broken. Overall, just okay if you're staying in the hotel.

Vraiment très moyen. C'est bon mais sans plus. L'avantage, lorsque tu restes à l'hôtel, c'est que tu ne dois pas sortir dehors. Pratique surtout en hiver. Mais sinon le menu ne se renouvelle pas. Une visite un an plus tard, menu identique. Les plats sont justes corrects. Trop salé (comme souvent). Le menu enfant est ridicule. 9$ pour deux tranches de pain industriel, du fromage Kraft et des chips (!). L'accueil est froid. La serveuse était bien sympathique par contre.

My friend and I had an excellent meal here. We were too tired to go out so decided to eat at the hotel. We had smoked meat with wonton which was delicious. We also had pizza and mushroom pasta all 5 stars! The only thing I will say is we were offered dessert and they forgot to come back and when they did they just presented us with the bill. We had dessert on another night was very good. Servers very friendly.

An incredible atmosphere paired with delectable treats. Every time I stay at the Boneventure I make sure to stop by and have a bite to eat as the food is delicious, the drinks are on point, and the service is just what you need, there when you need them and not when you don't. Plus they've always have a couple games on to watch and you can look at the beautiful wine collection while hanging out.

On m’a dit de ne pas y aller, j’y ai pas cru. Une heure d’attente pour 2 burgers, parce que le serveur a pris la commande puis il a l’oublié. Quand tu as un enfant qui fatigué en fin de soirée c’est c’est vraiment très difficilement acceptable. J’étais tellement fâchée que j’ai oublié de prendre une photo du burger.

Ordered the chicken caesar salad. Was basically a bagged salad with a slab of chopped chicken on top. Charged my sister extra to SPLIT her side of fries to half fries half onion rings, then only gave her 3 onion rings and charged her 4$. For 3 onion rings. Nice atmosphere, terrible service and food.

Ne commandez pas de café : le latté provient d’une machine qui aurait besoin d’un bon détartrage. Cela goûtait le café brûlé et amère. J’ai demandé de changer pour un café filtre, mais il goûtait l’eau. Service très ordinaire.

Our server Emily was fantastic, excellent customer service. I got the Angus burger with a side poutine. It was absolutely delicious and super filling, I could only eat half of it. Highly recommend going there and make sure to ask for Emily. Follow @khrystelwellnesscoach for more

Ate here twice during our stay at the hotel. Tried their soup, poutine, pizza and salad. Everything was delicious. Portion sizes were good. Prices were average for a fancy hotel. Customer service was wonderful. It was convenient and quick. Definitely worth eating here especially if you’re staying at the hotel.

Sat at the bar. After the first round, the bartender ignored us. He served the guy next to me 3 times during my visit. He yelled at us when we tried to get a second drink. We had to ask someone else for the check. Terrible service, won't be back.
