Great hotel, highly recommended. We were here for 4 nights, 4 people, and one had to stay in quarantine for another week. When we arrived there was a small problem, as the room we were given did not include the number of beds we booked nor did it look like the pictures in Booking. The person who welcomed us (one of the nicest people we met in Prague) apologized several times, explained the problem they had with Booking and he and another employee helped us. At the end we got more mattresses and it worked out fine, and the next day we were also offered another room. Besides - the experience was perfect. Every morning they greeted us, the staff are so nice, the hotel looks great, the rooms are large and the location is excellent. Wi-Fi also worked totally fine, there is enough hot water and heat in the rooms. The bathroom though could use a curtain because everything got wet. As for the friend who remained in quarantine, the staff there contacted him on a daily basis and asked how he was doing and also offered to buy him things and take his clothes for laundry and so. Overall - at the low price we paid - the place is just perfect.

Got a bit nervous reading the reviews, but this place turned out to be awesome. I’m only staying here for a night but they gave me an enormous room on the ground floor. There’s no reception which is odd but I’ve found that they’re quite responsive if you call them, plus the room is loaded with things you might need (toilet paper etc.), so there’s little to worry about. Fantastic location too since it’s very central.

I was on vacation with my wife in Residence Cosia Angels, and despite that our room was locked two thieves managed to enter the room, the lock was not working properly because the door was loose from the lower part, and stole my laptop and my bag back with some personal things. The police came and told the hotel manager that it is their responsibility because the lock is not working properly and the hotel should refund me with the value of the stolen things.

This was the best way to start our venture through Europe, we arrived before check in and they allowed us to leave our luggage without any hassle so we explored the surrounding area without the burden of our luggage. We were shown to our room in the courtyard and it was massive with plently of storage space and a comfortable bed . Centrally located to everything and a 25 minute walk to/from the main train station. A good selection for breakfast with the option of cooked sausage and eggs.

Location is excellent, in the middle of old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was nice and there were no noises at nighttime. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was ok, but there was only a bit shampoo and shower gel in small bags and it wasn't enough for us. Hotel room included fridge, electric kettle and hairdyer. Breakfast was good but maybe not so pleasant for children (chocolate cereals or something like that would have been nice)

The residence was good, an old building , close to main center, and even Daniel was very helpful, but the rooms aren't like the pictures, the price costly compared to the service given, the breakfast is superb, and the worst thing that they have a very disrespectful person working with them, who if you had to contact in the absence of Daniel you will never be happy. Adding to all that there is no elevator.

We were at robbed at this hotel, because of the lack of security and responsibility of the employees. This incidence has ruined our vacation in Prague. And they have treated us poorly. I don't recomend anyone to go to this hotel . And I will share this bad experience online on all traveling pages.

The place is really a great perk good location, price, quality & size of the room, breakfast included and great service. They are also includding coffe and tea for free in the room. Only negative poiny is that WIFI is not working at all. Apparently they are going under maintenance and that was the problem. In any case, is really worth it the place.

If you are looking for a place to sleep in center of old city after long day of sightseeing - this hotel is what you will ever need. Bed was unbelievably soft and comfy, rooms were incredibly quiet for such a localization, hotel stuff was friendly.

Excellent suite, excellent room, incredible location, lots of noise at certain nights.breakfast is okay, eve restaurant tasty but over priced, the woman who served breakfast amazing knowdlege. Would recommend, bath and shower combo is a challenge for those with poor mobility. No proper hotel staff also more casual so be prepared

Lovely old building. Stylishly decorated apartments with old style furniture. Perfect location in the middle of the old town. Clean. Quiet. Well managed. Good shower (huge water cylinder). Spacious.

Great spot, very quiet despite the fact that it was very central, clogged bath sink, uncomfortable beds, really huge space, unnecessary and looking dirty carpets, not renovated but didn't really matter, lacked air conditioning.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. Service is really nice, food is super tasty and we like interior very much. Only good things to say about this place, I am really surprised that it has bad reviews. Highly recommended for people who look for quiet evening with good food.

The Landlord doesn't care about the property, that's why you will face many non-pleasant features like lack of water, bad WiFi connection, leaking dishwasher, broken heaters (fixed with a ductape) or molded walls. There are far better places to stay for the money.

I recommend this place !! We were there with my boyfriend and we loved it. Very good cleaning, the place has different options depending on your needs, they waited for us with a Christmas cookie. Very friendly and lovely staff

The location is perfect. It's close to most of touristic place and restaurants.

It was a greate stay for the two nights we stay. The only thing I can complain is about the noise level at night. You need to keep the windows closed, but that's outdone by the massiv room size

Charge you even though they confirm free cancellation and then ignore every email trying to get my money back . Be very careful.

The service was VERY slow. We ordered a few dishes, the beef in the gulash was extremely stiff which isn't cool given the price.. Won't come back.

Very antique type hotel right in heart in of old town, most of the old town attractions are closeby to the hotel. Would recommend this strongly
