This place went from face to face ordering with a person to using an app. Plus you have to sign up with their app to order and pay. The waiter explained, this gave them more time to interact with customers. People next to us got an actual menu and more interaction than we did during our visit. The food was also not up to par. When we finally were able to get an order through, we decided on the chicken fried chicken with jalepeno gravy. After one bite it was a disappointment. It had a powdered consistency and no jalepeno flavor. I thought they gave us the wrong one. Couldn’t find the waiter. So much for more interaction. Went to the bar to ask for the correct gravy. I was told the white gravy is the jalepeno flavor. I told the bartender it was plain. I was offered jalepenos to add to the gravy. They should have added it to begin with when they made it. Food quality and customer service went out the window. Stay away from this place and go where there’s real interaction and customer service. There’s no need for anyone to have to order their own food on line AT the restaurant and also be ignored. It would’ve been nice to be offered to either get a physical menu than telling us to use the app.

A few of us went to Reservoir for an early dinner and a couple of drinks. We seated ourselves and were quickly attended to. The food was exceptional for a bar, including classier versions of your typical bar food, (wings, sandwiches,) as well as more sophisticated options, like the pecan pesto with chicken; which is delicious, by the way. The atmosphere was casual and light with an open air breeze from the patio area, a huge screen showing the football game, and music playing. The music did become increasing loud halfway through our dinner, so much so that we had to yell to speak to each other and our waitress kept asking us to repeat ourselves. To be expected from a bar, I guess, but it was only 630pm. As more customers came in, our waitress appeared to get busier, and would disappear for long periods of time. I get places are short staffed right now, so I'll allow some grace for that, but she definitely could've been a little friendlier. Overall a good experience, and the food was pretty good, so I would go back.

I use to have a good experience with this place until recently. They charged me for my drinks, PAID. So then days later I find out they made another transaction using my card information at a store in LA, come to find out one of the employees that took my card also wrote down my card number information. I literally called my back and as me and the banker were on the phone the person kept trying to make this one transaction of 105.00 purchase. So I then called the restaurant to alert them of the incident and they told me they can’t do anything about it and that my bank would refund me my money. Kool. Yes of course my bank will because it was not me making the transactions. But for the manager to say there’s nothing to do about it, is messed up. They have sneaky employees stealing ppl information and not holding them accountable for it. SO FORGET THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Just be careful, use cash instead there.

I use to brag about how great the Hot AF Pizza was from this place, encouraging people to come try it, but it seems something has changed in the last year. I ordered 2 of these to-go tonight with a few sides of ranch only to get home and realize not only was the ranch not included, but the pizza looked different. While it has some mild heat to it, my girlfriend and i were able to easily eat an entire pizza without the ranch and have our mouths burning. The crust, cheese, sauce, spicy sausage, jalapenos.. all of it use to be overly delicious and well worth the $12 price tag. Now, with the change in ingredients it's no longer worth even trying. Greatly disappointed and unfortunately will no longer be going here as the Hot AF Pizza was the only reason to come even during a global pandemic.

I felt ignored because we were minorities. I went this past Saturday in the early evening. We got a drink at the bar and went to sit on the patio. We sat 1 table away from a the waitress in the section. She proceeded to clean other tables and provide menu's to the other tables around us. One by one the booths had new parties sit and order. All white couples. Never once were we offered menu's or checked on to see if we wanted more drinks. We sat abut 30-40 min and watched as every table around us was served drinks and food. I couldn't help but notice we were the only minority in the section and wonder if that contributed to the horrible service we received. The only person who ever approached our table was the busboy to take our empty glasses. Needless to say we will never be back.

Been regulars here for almost 10 years. The food had recently changed (we thought), and we had decided that our beloved FW Sports bar that we enjoyed so much had become a victim of the struggling economy and had to begin sacrificing quality and service. However, we are creatures of habit and could not stay away from the Frozen Red Bull and vodka, so we thought we would give it another try after a few failed attempts after years of great service and food! And they definitely redeemed themselves!!! Great service and the food was as great as ever!! The menu is always unique and much better than most typical sports bars. One of the best brunch menus in Fort Worth. Also, the restaurant is cleaner and just seems like it has been refreshed some how. Love one of our favorite 817 places!

We ordered mimosas with cranberry instead of orange juice (which I order anywhere I go for brunch) and these were HORRIBLE!!! Good thing they were only $3.50. They were warm and I don't think any champagne was added at all. The server never checked on us to see if we needed anything or if things were good. We felt rushed. The food was just ok. I ordered the chicken tender biscuits (can't remember the menu name). The best part were the potatoes. Seems like a good spot to watch a sports game and not for brunch. I won't be going back. We ended up going next door to Dirty Laundry for a proper drink.

The service was slow and my order was cold. My server was very nice and apologetic. I was apart of a large party (about 14 people) with only ONE server assigned. She did wonderfully about taking care of us as best as she could and her other assigned tables. I fault management. Management should have stepped in to assist. Did Not Happen. The cooking staff was slow. Our orders came out so far apart (we all ordered at the same time) that several people were finished eating by the time the rest of us received our food. I ordered "The Old Skool".... horrible and cold. Definitely not returning!

The bartender here had attitude the second we sat down even though she walked by and looked at us several times without serving us. I then asked if they had any gluten free beer options. They didn't, no big deal. So I ordered a cider which she told me was NOT gluten free. I've had this cider before and about 50 others and have never come across a cider with gluten. She argued with me about this for a few minutes before I just told her to give me the drink. The patrons here aren't much better. If you like a crowd full of popped collars then this is for you. Otherwise a pretty cool bar...

The food was amazing we got the captain's chicken tenders. Big pieces of chicken strips battered with captain crunch cereal with a sweet chilli ranch sauce. Omg so good. However the waitress was a little uppity wouldn't laugh at any of the jokes being tossed around and kept ignoring my friends girl not sure why but we came to the conclusion she was jealous of how pretty she is. Besides the waitress being kinda rude we had a great lunch at a rather reasonable price. My husband and I paid 25.80 for two drinks and our two meals which we both ended up with leftovers.

  • Vic Jones

The atmosphere was pleasing! But wait there’s more. I met the manager and the girls in the blue bikinis. I purchased bottle and have a glass of what was actually Champagne Moet. The other bottles are just wine. So I had a glass a girl took the remaining bottle and she poured the remainder of the bottle in another persons glass and I was charged $225. So one glass for $225 at reservoir. Day 4, I look at my American Express Card to pay now it’s $343.51. I’ll look in a few days to see if it has changed EVEN HIGHER.

Pretty typical sports bar located in a cluster of similar businesses near the Ft Worth cultural district. Kind of loud, the clientele looked 25-40. Typical food with prices more reasonable than Sundance. Indoor seating with an enclosed patio. Friendly staff. It appears the local ownership has gotten greedy and are implementing parking fees. Street parking is city managed. Three stars: a bump up for friendly staff but dinged for the parking situation.

Waitress gave me the happy hour menu so I ordered the frozen margarita which was $6. When I got the bill I was charged $14/drink. I explained that I ordered the frozen margarita and that it was happy hour. She rolled her eyes and said she assumed I wanted to shelf and snatched the drinks from our table without bringing out the correct drinks. Who does that?! Horrible customer service! Rude blonde girl should be fired.

Good for lunch with the family and kids. Once its later and becomes more of a bar, the place gets so loud. So if you can read each others mind then its perfect. However, its fun at night to get together with friends and have a couple of drinks. Staff is fairly nice, usually clean place, typical beers on tap. Price is fairly reasonable. I love and always will get The Captain, which is battered in captain crunch chicken tenders. Its amazing, its why I go back. My husband loves their philly cheese steak.

5/4/19 @ 12:45. Husband and I sat down waited five minutes on the patio. No service no recognition. We figured it was because we sat in the bar area. So we moved to the dinning area. Still no acknowledgment there. Four women behind the back bar oblivious to any of the customers. Waited another five minutes until a waitress walked pass us twice still no acknowledgement. We left and thanked them for the great service. Honestly think that went over their heads as well! Enjoying our lunch at Chimys now.

Great place for college crowd. Sat at bar area. Bartenders just okay, not very friendly. Prices are average. Waited to see if they would stop serving a very drunk lady who was table dancing and they didn't. I ordered the very spicy pigs in a blanket...took one bite and they were not spicy at all. Tasted terrible. Brought a food order to go for my daughter and she's been sick since that night. If I managed the plae, there would be a lot of unemployed staff. FIRED ON THE SPOT! Great DJ.

  • Ruddy Rodriguez

Terrible service. I am a patient person when it comes to waiting for a drink order, but one bartender told me to giver her a second and I did. She then proceeded to go talk to her boyfriend(?) and ignored me all together. Still giving the bar the benefit of the doubt, I went to the other bar deeper inside the establishment and managed to give my drink order. Unfortunately, this other bartender never gave me my drinks. The place was NOT busy at all; practically dead. Very disappointed.

  • Ryan Young

Friendly staff, Daniel the bar tender was very nice and made me feel welcome and helped me get the food I wanted. They actually do crispy fries! This is a big deal it makes the fries so much better, because of this I gave it 5 stars, maybe should be four because the fish tacos were a bit of a let down. The fish in the tacos were very good, the corn tortillas were good. I just think the tacos were a bit boring maybe some spice to them or more flavorful salsa with some cilantro.

  • Mary Mendy

It was not a busy night but it took a little while before the drinks and food were served. Erin was the waitress, she was friendly and checked in a few times to make sure everything was okay. I ordered the Poblano chicken sandwich with fries and the chicken and waffles. I enjoyed the waffles but the chicken was good. The sandwich was good too, the pizza and Cajun shrimp tacos were okay. All in all the service was great, the atmosphere was chill and the restroom was clean.

Great Sunday spot, excellent atmosphere and lots of tv's to watch games. Loss of a star because the DJ they have Sundays is rude. I asked him a question about the beer pong tournament they were having and he seemed unreasonably agitated when stating: 'I don't know, I don't run that, go ask that guy over there' he really needed to relax since the DJ is suppose to be the life of the party. With so many great DJs available Sundays you'd figure they'd hire a better one.

  • MK Bree

Okay we just ate here and didn't have any issues. Food was good the restaurant is nice a little louder than I like, but there was also a lot of people to. They play country music and the waitress we had my ticket says her name is London was great. We didn't have to ask for refills and she kept checking to see if we needed anything. So as far as we go, we will go back. Plus they have a Sunday brunch special we were to late for that. So can't comment on it. :)

  • Fabian Rene Gonzales

Worst service at a bar ever. The bartender had the nerve to yell at me and "what else do you want" just because I had two separate orders. Would never recommend this place. Also just a side note they only let certain kinds of people wear what they want. They made a person in our party go change shoes when we counted 10 people inside with the same kind of shoes. They try to be a high class bar and turn out to be a very low class.

  • KDL L (KDL)

We had a burrito with brisket and a pulled pork sandwich. Both were very delicious. The burrito was huge! The service was excellent. We ate at 3:30 so it wasn't busy. We ate out in the covered warm patio 11-22-23

Food and drinks were pretty good. The server was attentive and did a good job attending us. If you get the shrimp tacos I recommend corn tortilla not flour just my opinion though. Chips and queso w/ the salsa was delicious. You can't go wrong with the burger. Chicken fried chicken was very flavorful. The one dish I was disappointed in was the brisket skillet however overall had a great experience with some good music.

Visited to watch a football game with some friends. The only reason I give it this good a rating is that my waitress was super accommodating and kept us topped-off and happy the whole time. However the beer we ordered tasted kindof... Off. Not sure why. My shiner and my girlfriends Miller both had an awkward after taste to them and some of our friends agreed their (another Miller and a Blue Moon) also tasted weird.

  • Linette Miranda

I went in on Sunday to watch a football game, and service was great. The food was also pretty yummy. I don't typically hit up this place at night because I go late and lines are long which I guess is a good sign. But I have before, and it does get very packed. Either way, I haven't had a bad experience, and bartenders are nice. Only downside is that it's a small place if the patio isn't open because of rain.

  • Michelle Z

Service is awesome (y'all are so sweet and wonderful), food is amazing!! Super great place to go to for a bar/restaurant AND karaoke!! DEFINITELY goit back when we come back to Fort Worth!! We were there on a Thursday night after 10pm, we were hungry and didn't know where to get a decent meal (not a fast food place), we ended up loving the small late night menu and just enjoying the whole atmosphere.

  • David Cheatham

I find some of the other reviews disturbing, & I do not readily dismiss them. Nevertheless, our experience on a late Saturday afternoon for a group of about 10 people of various races, genders, & orientations was relatively good. That said, the employees could definitely use some customer service training. The food, though, is innovative, fairly priced, and delicious. Food - 5 stars; Service - 1 star.

Check your bank statements. They will steal from you. Not only that, I was here with my partner and he put some things on our card tab and paid for cash in others. They presented me with a bill with everything my partner had paid in cash for. Don't go here. It's some basic corporate bar trap with nothing authentic and all they want is to take your money. If you do go here pay in cash only.

  • aleem sattar

They have a few wonderful food options, however depending on what night you go and which waitress you get you may have delays, or perfect service. One of the managers, Chad, was really helpful when our service was a bit slower than earlier in the week. Their Redbull floats are amazing, but don't overdo them. Captain tenders, pesto pasta w chicken, and pork belly Chilli were all amazing.

  • Sophia Sobhani

Always busy patio when the weather is nice. Dog friendly! Seat yourself type dining. Two large bars in the front and the back. The service was very slow, maybe because they are short staffed or the servers sections are too big. It took awhile to get menus, drinks, and even change the entire time I was there. Overall, cleanliness and food was great. The Bloody Mary is tasty!

  • Craig Kilgore

perhaps some of the absolute worst service i’ve received. i will certainly not patron this place again. the blonde server had the audacity to take our drinks during happy hour. she removed them from the table while we sat there in shock. apparently happy hour is up to the servers? will not be returning to this venue. absolutely disrespectful.

I don’t mind bartenders taking shots while on the clock l, but if you are at least control the consumption of alcohol so you’re able to work appropriately and not make it hard on people when it comes to getting a drink or closing a tab with the incorrect order. Also you’re not busy when you’re drooling over a guy at the end of the bar.

  • Tera christian

My new favorite restaurant! I love to eat and this place has never disappointed. I have tried the chicken fried chicken with the jalapeño gravy, completely excellent! Also the shiner broccoli and cheese soup is Savory, always want more. The waffle fries are perfect, satisfying the taste buds and tummy. I love the atmosphere.

  • Kris

Definitely not a great experience. Went for a Happy Hour only to find out the happy hour ends at 5, who does that downtown? aside from that, the server obviously didn't want to be there, food was meh, and the women's bathroom was awful. Missing stall doors, missing locks on the others, gum on the floor...... it was shocking.

  • Dusty Marie Hilliard

The waitstaff & management are impeccable. I was worried about a double charge on my card & the manager thoroughly reviewed it, got right back to me. It was my own mistake. The food & drinks here are without comparison. Definitely highly recommend. Cannot find bar managers like this anymore. But you can at Reservoir.

Great Sports Bar.. There are a ton of Tv's to view your favorite games. The food is great and the beer is cold! I recommend the Chicken and waffle. We were there from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. It was not packed and we got great service. We are in our 40's.. Hope this helped.

They don't know how to serve jaegerbombs. They come premixed and super sour. Got two jaegerbombs, a couple sodas, and a small side of fries, cost $30. Fries were absolutely dreadful. Triple fried and stale arby's fries, and they don't serve without garlic parm. 100% No. Not coming back.

The service was amazing St Patrick night was out of this world with entertainment fun fashion and and a DJ that made the night memorable. The food came late ⏰ however the manager was complementary to our hunger as we passed to on to our server who was amazing …

We sat at the bar around 5 pm on 6/25, a young blond (very cute with silver stars under her eyes) greeted us the moment we sat down! She was very nice! She went above and beyond! Her people skills and service was superb! Give this girl a raise! She’s earned it!!!

The queso was great. Had great service and food. We had wraps, burger, shrimp. Do get there early on Sundays we got there 1230. Booths filled up in 1 hour. Lots of energy. Only complaint is music too loud to talk without shouting. Price was right.

The food is actually really good! Favorite place to eat in the Crockett Row/ W 7th development. The bartenders are hit or miss. You'll either get someone super friendly or super rude. The wait staff are always great though.

  • BRUJO tv

Food looks very bland and and took a very long time to be made, brunch menu is under par for the location. Wasn't understaffed but was very slow. 40 minutes is way too long for ticket times. Don't recommend. Go to Toasted.

3 stars as the ladies restroom is a joke. There are 4 stalls 1 stall has a door missing, 2 stall doors will not lock and that leaves you with 1 functioning restroom. Other than that great place for a drink!
