I’ve visited Montreal on many occasions and have always had such a great experience with customer service. Unfortunately this morning our flight was cancelled and we were left scrambling to find a place to store our bags for 3 hours while we waited to go to the airport since we had to check out of our hotel early (not this location, a different spot further from transit). I called this establishment to ask about storing our bags and paying them to keep our bags there for a few hours. This request was responded to with fury and rage, as if they have never heard such a wild request. The gentleman on the phone screamed “are you kidding me?!?!!!” continued to say “I’m very happy not to be helping you today,” which he then hung up. Customer service needs some work - there are much kinder ways to say no other than laughing at someone on the phone and hanging up.

Tony was awesome. As we arrived he spent all the necessary time to explain everything about Montreal must see sand he was always available to give advices. His breakfasts are excellent (5 different meals over 5 mornings) and the breakfast is always a great time. We had long and nice discussions in the morning sharing with other guests and Tony. The room was large and well equipped. The bed was very good. The house is always very clean. The location of the B&B is just perfect. Far enough to be in calm environment but very close to the metro and at walking distance of the old town of Montreal. Do not change anything Tony!

Hard to find the right words to describe the garbage customer service you get at this place. Maybe it’s frustration at English speakers, but it’s truly not difficult to be kind. Would not recommend this location in the slightest - better options are available! Edit: unsure why I am being threatened by the owner. Customer service extends beyond a stay at a location. I was with my partner (on speaker) who called the establishment on the phone and had the rudest interaction I’ve heard in a long time. The public can make of it what they will, but it’s not a “fraudulent” review as it was put. I never stated that I stayed here. I encourage everyone to do their research and see how the owner responds to any feedback.

This was an awesome place to stay for a couple of days while I attended a conference at a major downtown hotel. Tony is an outstanding chef and a consummate host. In was an absolute pleasure to stay at this affordable BnB, just outside the city core, for a fraction of the price of a hotel right downtown. Not only is there free parking on the street, but I literally walked downtown (and back at night) in less than 20min, (or you can jump on the metro which is just at the end of the block). Such a great location, such great meals, and such a great host. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best hotel/B&B experience ever!! First off, Tony is an amazing host. He is very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable about the city of Montreal, cooks a killer breakfast and encourages guests to engage with eachother. The morning breakfast table talk was always engaging and enjoyable. His place becomes your place as soon as you walk though the doo, you will feel right at home. Super cozy room and a very comfortable bed. Thanks for the great stay T, I will be back!! - Connor :)

This was such a nice an comfortable place to stay at. Room was tidy, comfy and the bed perfect. Tony is a very polite, friendly and engaged host. He makes the perfect breakfast: different every day. He knows all about the city and makes you feel very welcomed! The place is in a nice area from where you can get downtown or to the canal or a metro station etc. within minutes. More than just a B&B, Repos & Manna is where travellers meet and exchange, while enjoying Tony's fabulous breakfasts and stories. Conveniently located in the interesting Quartiers du Canal, near Lionel Groulx and Georges Vanier metro stations and Atwater Market. Tony will tell you all you need to know about Montreal and more. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, with aircon, fan, fridge, microwave and TV. A home away from home in Montreal - a great place to stay.

I stayed here when I traveled to Montreal in August for a conference. My room was small but comfortable (with good wifi!) and I found it perfect for my needs as a solo traveler. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with a metro stop nearby - I only had a ~15 minute commute to the convention center downtown. Tony was a great host with a lot of knowledge of the city. I really appreciated the breakfasts he prepared each morning! Would stay here again if traveling solo or with one other person.

Very warm and cozy environment. A welcoming and kind host, serving an excellent and generous breakfast !!! Close to the metro station making it a strategic spot to visit Montreal without being in a too crowded area of the city as it is a bit offset from the center. This allows for the discovery of different unexpected locations (eg. the canal Lachine). A very trendy street of restaurants is just a short walk away.

A charming hotel with a welcoming host. We enjoyed generous breakfasts creatively prepared and presided over by Tony, the owner, who also provided many helpful hints on what to do in Montreal according to our interests. Room was very snug and bathroom was shared between 3 rooms. The location was so close to a fabulous market, park and metro, which made Repos & Manna top-notch. Free parking as well. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay near the heart of Montreal. Tony is a great cook and extremely knowledgeable about Montreal. We didn't even need to do any research online in order to decide what to do over the long weekend, we just had to ask Tony. Would recommend to anyone looking for a true Bed and Breakfast experience in Montreal.

Very good location, 5 minutes walk from subway and 10 from the airport shuttle stop. Quiet district. My room was comfortable and both the room and the shared bathroom were very clean too. Fast wifi connection, As mentioned in previous comments, I absolutely confirm that Tony and his home-made breakfast make this place so special! In two words: definitely recommended.

Had a wonderful time staying at this charming B+B! As a solo-woman traveler, it was great to have someone keeping very loose tabs on my coming-and-going, which the daily (delicious!) breakfast provided.
