The fleet of cars are slightly older but provide best bang for the buck, for short term or long term hires. The car I rented was in great condition, clean, and well-maintained, which made my drive comfortable and worry-free. What truly stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally. I was allowed to extend my rental at the last notice as well. Choosing this rental service definitely saved me money. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable car rental option with top-notch service. They've earned my loyalty, and I'll definitely be returning for my future rental needs.

Wish I'd known about RentWise sooner, would have saved me $100's .Melissa attend to me when I called. I was having a crappy day and I was able to have a laugh with her whilst getting a loan car sorted. The process was so easy and the team at RentWise was very accommodating. Steve did the car "handover" and it was very casual and friendly. Not stuffy or rigid like some car hire places are. I grabbed a card when I was there because I'll recommend RentWise to all my family and friends if they're ever needing a car to loan. It's cheaper for me to hire a car for 12wks whilst I wait for mine to be built, than it was to buy a small "bomb" to get around in.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Rent Wize cars for some time now. I have never been more happy with the absolutely awesome service we get from this company. Mel and Steve has always been understanding especially through these covid times. Always understanding and listens to our needs and they go above and beyond to help us. I was always worried about going through a renting to own service because of the fine print. BUT there were no catches just honest upfront from the start to finish. Steve was absolutely amazing in helping me with a short term rental. I was recommended to Rentwize from a friend after spending a bomb on Uber. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Rentwize. The staff were helpful, courteous & well informed though only available on weekdays. They were genuinely interested in helping out. The Magna I drove proved overall very reliable. On the only occasion in the 13 weeks it had a mechanical issue, Rentwize gave me a very good replacement & rectified the issue promptly & completely. Good motoring from then on.

Rent wise are the go to company for a short-term or long-term rental they are cheaper than any other company and their cars are good if their is a fault in one of their cars they are straight onto it by swapping cars over and sending the car with a problem to their mechanic Steve and his customer service is like no other keep up the good work guys

The car was slightly old, but the car was comfortable for driving and the interior was very clean. The service that I received from Mel was very good and she was very helpful during the rental period. I highly recommend rent wize to anyone who needs a short term car for driving around Adelaide.
