I would like to share my negative experience with Mark from Renov8 and caution others before using his services. Mark was hired by a tyre shop who accidentally damaged my alloys when fitting new tyres. At first Mark was very communicative. He was quick to come and do the job, and left a rather pleasant overall impression. He talked at length about his pride in what he does and appeared a petrol head. However, the situation changed quite quickly after the job was completed (cosmetic paint on two alloys) and problems started appearing after the first car wash and a very gentle polish to something that appeared a small blemish as the new paint started peeling away. Such problem could happen with any job, I fully appreciate the human factor. I suspect Mark didn't prep the surface well or perhaps forgot to apply enough top lacquer. My negative experience, however, is related to how Mark dealt with the issue, which was a series of "promises", ignoring over phone calls and texts and even "reassurances" to the tyre shop that found him in the first place. I rarely give up when I know that truth is on my side and especially after hearing acceptance from Mark regarding the problem and his "willingness" to resolve the issue. However, I did give up this time after a couple of months of chasing Mark in vain. Mark, if you are reading this I am writing a review to flag how you respond to a problem, which is wrong and especially in a business like this where customers often become loyal after getting positive experience. Things do not always go to plan but the way someone deals with problems shows a true professional. In my case you did not just damage my weekend car that people often call their "pride and joy", but you also made me question my faith in using other people's services in the future. Even a few months on I am disappointed to say the least and would like to caution other folks when going for a repair with Renov8 and Mark.

I have currently got these guys renovating my 1974 super beetle and they are doing an unbelievable job!!! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is just immense. Update...well she's finally done and what an amazing job!!!!! Can't thank Mark and his brother enough for all their hard work. Looks like it's just rolled out of a 1973 volkswagen garage!.

Had paintwork done on my T5 and it was spot on ( I am a self confessed perfectionist when it comes to my van) will definitely use them for any future work. Really helpful approachable guys with a genuine love of vehicles of all types!
