These guys were sublet to manage a house move from us, only 4 roads over. However at every turn they’ve been deceptive , unresponsive and dismissive. We paid for 4 removal men and only two showed, this made a 5 hour move 13 and has to get the rest of the street to come help. They offered us a >10% refund which is pitiful, as well as this we know for a fact that the removal men were paid a fraction (10%) of the total, and where left with no support form there boss. This also doesn’t touch on the damages to insured property and furniture (which wouldn’t of been the case if they sent enough people) Stay away from this removal company, they barely pay their team and management don’t care at all, just want to collect the payment. If this ineptitude continues and you continue to fail to respond to us we will be taking legal actions to ensure that no one has to endure whichever pathetic individual runs this company. I feel sorry for the gents who moved us, hard working and professional and don’t deserve to get let down by the manager.

Paid for the removal of my tv in good faith from the UK to Ireland and received an update weeks later once we had left the UK that it was not possible to transport as no insurer would take the risk and the tv would likely be broken on arrival. Extremely disappointed. He asked us if we wanted to "send the tv anyway". Apalling customer service. Promised to refund me the money for the transportation only and then proceeded to ignore my calls for weeks afterwards when I stated I did not receive any refund. Had to put through a chargeback to at least get refunded for what I paid but I lost a lot of money on what was a brand new samsung oled tv. Due to the sudden change in behaviour ignoring my calls and messages I truly felt this was a scam and they received a new tv free of charge. Do not trust this company!
