On 15 August 2020, I ran for 10 KM in a stretch. When I completed 8 Km it started to pain in my right-side knee However I didn't stop. When I reached home pain become severe so, I have begun home remedies to heal my knee. Somehow, I managed to reduce the pain in the next week but still, there was tension in the knee area. So, I decided to visit Physiotherapists. I took help from Google uncle to search nearby physiotherapists and was not surprised there was so many options pop-up. But due to my lazy nature, I have decided to visit Relief Physiotherapy Clinic (I did check few reviews) as it was located just 300 meters from my place. On day 1 Dr. Sayali examined my knee and later she explained what exactly had happened. Next, I asked her what is the course of action to heal this. She asked me to visit the clinic for the next 6 days. Yesterday, my sessions completed and now I can say my knee is completely healed. I am happy that I took treatment from the Relief physiotherapy clinic. Earlier, I did not know I also have to strengthen my muscles which ultimately allow you to run without any discomfort. One Incident I really like to share here. On day 4 of the session, I told the doctor thank god I had this pain because I get to know so many things like strengthening, Ice cold pack therapy, and so on. Sometimes pain can introduce us to the best of the unexplored doctors. I am happy to tell you Yesterday I ran for 4 Km. The exercises Dr. Sayli taught me those are really helping. I recommend, if you have any sort of pain in your body you should visit this clinic. I am sure you will get the best treatment. Stay Healthy and Happy!

I had a life changing incident of complete ACL tear. Only option left was operation. After operation i was totally depressed as i wasn't able to walk. And doctor also told it would take almost 4-5 months for walking. But i started physiotherapy at my relief physiotherapy clinic after 2 months of surgery.and from that time i gains hopes of returning to life back. We started physiotherapy and within few weeks i was able to stand on my own. Doctor at clinic was very cooperative & supportive. Words will fall short, But would like to say one thing about Relief Physiotherapy Clinic that it's a best place to get yourself healed with any kinda spasm, prolonged Joint pains or so on, I am regular at this place since past 3 years and I know how I get treated over here, Dr. Mrs Sayali is a best listener to give you a thorough treatment regarding your problems, Got myself done needling from Doc and she did it quiet perfectly, Without any hesitation one should directly walk into to meet her and get yourself treated for the pains.

Very effective treatment and Rehab exercises. Since 2 months I was not able to dance and exercise due to my back injury.Even after consulting orthopaedic doctors it was not recovered.But now after 9 sessions of Physiotherapy I am able to move and I am very happy now.
