I am very pleased with Brandon and Reliant Roofing. His communication, both by text and email, is great. His measurements are done by drone which allows for more accurate estimates. The shingle selection was made easy. He actually got me in sooner than expected and his crew was done within half a day. Very thorough in the install and cleanup. His company is military friendly. We've had some good storms since the replacement and the roof is working as it is supposed to. The most impressive thing of this experience was that I had roof vents installed just before the roof replacement. This meant slightly less equipment to install and Brandon actually adjusted the final cost. You need to recognize honesty and transparency and for that reason, I hope you'll consider hiring Reliant Roofing.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Brandon did an excellent job of showing us the areas of our roof which needed repair (aerial photos using a drone), sent progress photos when the work was being done, and again when it was completed. Not to mention he finished the project 1.5 days ahead of time. The difference in our tile roof pre and post pressure washing are astonishing. It’s so good to know there are still honest, loyal, trustworthy people/companies out there. If you’re looking for a roofing company, look no further, you’ve found one of the best!

I highly recommend this company for any service they perform as part of their business. Brandon inspires confidence that you are getting professional service at a fair price. He was prompt to respond to my request for an estimate, arrived on time and returned almost to the minute when the repair was scheduled. He did extra work at no charge, because he deemed it necessary. Although our roof is nearing end of life, he honestly told us it was good for another 2 years. Can't beat an honest man. Found roof shingles on my lawn. Neighbor recommended Reliant and Brandon, so I called. (Neighbor used them for a hard to find roof leak.) They sent a drone up to inspect and photograph and found five areas that needed repairs. Offered great price and discussed potential insurance claim (not applicable in my case). Replaced shingles and fixed flashing, and advised that my food should be fine for at least 10 years. Very professional. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Update: Just had my roof replaced by Brandon and his team. Extremely satisfied with the end result. Great job and clean up was fantastic. Highly recommend this company!! Brandon with Reliant Roofing was very prompt when I requested that he come and inspect my roof. He was very fair and honest and indicated some repairs needed to be done but not a full roof replacement would be needed at that time. Will definitely use his services again.

Brandon came out right on time and did a through job of taking a look at what we thought was a roof leak. I appreciate his honesty in the situation by letting us know it was likely coming from the siding, not the roof. He then gave us a recommendation for a siding company to fix it. Thankful for a company that was more interested in being trustworthy, than someone trying to get us to spend money we didn’t need to. Thank you!

Brandon and his team were honest and straightforward. There was no “upsell.” I felt confident that the work they were doing was all that needed to be done and at the most reasonable rates. They performed a roof repair after wind damage and installed new gutters. Gutters look great! Brandon even came out a second time to check on the work and ensure I was satisfied with his team.
