I never suggest this petrol pump. reason is below listed - Have no sense how to treat customer. - Card swipe machine always not working - when I'm asking for my bill they guy told me "wait for fill fuel for pending vehicle after done my work I'll provide you bill" seriously I think this kind of service will down the selling of fuel etc. I also email that incident in customer graveiens service at Reliance.. Go shell petrol pump only which is located 200 m. from this thrid class service pump.

This pump is good and I feel that the fuel put in to my vehicle is optimum and no adulteration is there. The only reason I come here for my fuelling requirements. But every time I visit here, I get disappointed with the staff as they are too busy among themselves. Lot of lethargy is also there. Also, if payment is done via card it takes lot of time. One must come to this pump if payment is to be done by cash.

A good petrol pump at a ring road near to vastral metro..a service is good and good helping staff a place is neat and clean place....also water and toilet facilities available...and diesel and petrol available and good quality fuel available of reliance......also available a oil replacement and check up...qnd so air fill up available...in short all facilities available at pump

When I went for air pumping in my bike, there were no one present but i request one of the employee for that. They said if I do this then other bikers and cars will come for the same and I have to pump them also which was very mean. So I said let me do it by my self then same answer will be given. Very very disappointed by such service. This incident happed at around 9.51 pm.

Reliance pump petrol is good but not for this one i regularly use this one and i need to apply chock before start bike but when i tried with shell it start without chock in winter also.so this pump petrol is not pure tha. Other so do not fill with this one it also make impact on average also after refiling with shell my average also increase with 7-10 km per liter in bike

Staff are illiterate not known of how to receive a payment from debit/credit card and swipe double times payment is deducted from our account and also not returning back. Very disappointed from there staff services as well as managers not giving solution of refund of double payment avoiding by stories like it will automatically refund by our system.

One of the Worst Petrol pump. Had been here many time with an expectation of change in staff or System but no change yet. They use Jio money wallet instead of most commonly used Paytm. They didnt had a working Card swiping machine. They insist on Cash instead on digital transaction. Behavior of Staff in office/Sales room is full of arrogance.

There is no Gpay system in this pump . After standing half n hour in petrol pump line they said that we dont have Gpay . In this 21st century people using online payment even modiji told to do gpay but this petrol pump dont have . Such a old values(cash) follow by Reliance petrol pump.

Worst staff ever, they behave very rudely.they are don't know how to talk with customer. Show some politenes. When yesterday i have gone for fuel than one disgusting guy continuesly argument with me even he has not change, such a rudely behave with me please improve the service .

The worst petrol pump ever.. very bed staff .. we reached at petrol pump at 6:05 am and they can’t fuel diesel and give reason that our shift change so we can’t give u as there shift change at 6:00 am .. they should put another man after that.. and behaviour was very very bad..

Rude behaviour. No sense of talking. No facility to pay online. Seems that staff is also suffering from this as it looks that petrol pump owner is not wish to make such facilities. And forcing people to pay cash only.

Visit it at your own risk if you have toooooooooo much of spare time because staff is arrogant and will serve you as per their mood only..... I recommend to visit it of you have 30 min of time atleast....

The performance of the workers are superb they doing there work are on tym & properly & the speed of reducing the vehical was also hood of this station, this station is only for cng (cng vehical).

In this degital world they are not accepting card payment this happen with me thrice. From last two month they give the stupid question to customer who want to pay through card or any wallet.

Very bed experience Every morning approx 7:30 staff only fill pretol in car.not for 2 wheel.and we can't fill by car row.i think some wrong with customer.

Great service anytime of the day & cost effective as most of the times ive noticed a difference of 2 to 3 rupees as compared to other petrol pumps around.

For fuel rifilling it is ok. They place the sign board for free oil checkup on entry but if you ask for it, the staff refuse to oil checkup or change.

Good response. Filling petrol properly. Wash room facility is there, but require proper cleaning. Air filling should be available 24 hours.

Good quality fuels are available here. You can give payment by Cash/Debit or Credit card. They also provide air pressure to tyres for free.
