Spectacular service. We made a very last minute purchase in time for school bike ed. The bike was delivered within 2 days but unfortunately had some minor damage. I contacted reid and mentioned that we were very rushed with timing and they had a replacememt bike built and ready in store the following day. Thanks guys you saved this mama a lot of stress and I cant wait to see the girls faces when they get home to their new bikes.

A great experience. Had my bike serviced today. They managed to squeeze me in without a booking and completed the service while I waited. Also talked me through the service and gave me some tips on how to get the best from my bike.. oh and was reasonably priced. Will be back for sure.

Bought two bikes from Reid Dandenong. John was very easy to talk to, super helpful and welcoming. Price was very reasonable. They offer free lights and free lock at the moment. We even got a free helmet as a birthday gift. We loved buying our bikes from John! Highly recommended!

Returned a damaged scooter from courier pushing it out of truck. Not a great experience with the courier but all resolved with the great team at Dandenong. Will be back to buy an ebike when restrictions ease! Great customer service
