The experience of registration work at Murbad Tahsil office was extremely bad. Being a Monday there was lot of crowd which was kind of expected. But the IT infrastructure is very poor. There was a server outage, because of which challans could not be verified. I waited from 10:30 in the morning till 2 in the afternoon, but all in vain.... the problem was unresolved. Like most other customers, I had to return to Kalyan without completing registration (waste of 3 hours of driving and fuel cost). I now need to go there to try my luck some other day. The parking space is ample inside and outside the premises for cars and bikes.

The building is huge but not maintained from inside. The toilet stinks and smells bad. There's a drinking water cooler which is not functioning and out of order. The building has parking beneath it but i guess it's for the staff only. However you can find space outside the gate anywhere. Plenty of offices for any kind of government work you'll get it done here. The server is most of the times down. Things are slow.

Toilet needs regular cleaning and maintenance. It’s stink reaches even inside registration room.
