Don’t book an appointment online, you may be disappointed! I booked a treatment online then travelled 45 mins each way to attend the appointment... Only to be told that the nurse at the clinic that day couldn’t complete the treatment I’d booked online as she wasn’t qualified to do so. I was advised to return another day when a qualified professional was there. I was also told that I should have rung the clinic first, however it doesn’t suggest this anywhere when booking online. I’ve come away feeling very disappointed. Make sure this doesn’t happen to you!

Very welcoming professional and they instilled confidence. I was very nervous but the dr made me feel at ease very forthcoming with information answered all my questions before I’d even asked. When I received the injection it was painless just a feeling of my muscles contracting. Afterwards no side effects or pain. The day after there was a noticeable difference in my hayfever symptoms. I highly recommend their services. My symptoms were a 9/10 so quite severe and I’m pleasantly suprised at how quickly the injection has alleviated my symptoms. Thank you

I went to the clinic in Leicester for Botox and Fillers, this was my first time having any treatment done so I was quite nervous. The staff made me feel so comfortable and I received a thorough consultation beforehand where the treatments were explained to me in detail - which was really helpful. Dr Nomy was amazing and completely put me at ease..I am in love with my lips!! Highly recommend to anybody looking for natural results at a great price. Very impressed that Regent Street Clinic is now open full time, really helpful as i live close by. The receptionist are just amazing and very accommodating. Firstly i got sent upstairs for a consultation with Kirsty who was extremely helpful and knows her stuff very well, she advised me what would give me the best result. Then i got sent through to Dr Nomy who is superb, i went to him as i wanted a change to my lips. The result was just excellent! Would definitely recommend to all.

I had very bad hay fever, my eyes were bubbling and my ears nose and throat were very itchy!!! I was told about the injection available here and tried it, my symptoms went from unbearable to normal, I couldn’t be happier. Now they have an Aesthetics nurse too who just like the doctors, is lovely, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I Would definitely recommend this Clinic

Fantastic service, I saw DR Nomy Ahmed for my Aeromedical Exam and he was brilliant, I was more than impressed with their efficiency and that I was able to receive a full examination and walk away with my certificate in the same day. The building itself is beautiful and very comfortable and all the staff are excellent. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I visited the Leicester Clinic recently to have a consultation regarding some travelling I am planning to do in the near future. Considering the consultation was free I thought that the consultant was very informative and happily answered all my questions. I left the clinic very pleased and will defiantly be returning for my vaccinations advised :)

Really disappointed with overall service. I had called up twice to check whole information with private GP appointment, only to be seen by a specialist nurse- who has full access to speaking to a GP. This is not a service we have been put through whenever we have had private GP appointments. Definitely do not recommend.

I got my injection yesterday and I was sceptical at first, my Hayfever has killed me off and ruined my summer since I was a kid and I woke up today feeling like a new man. Had a private appointment today. All of the staff were excellent and I was greeted by lovely, smiley reception staff- which instantly made me feel very welcome and comfortable! Brilliant quality of care and everyone was so nice I didn't feel anxious once! Great place- 100% reccomend!!!!
