The team at Refind Reality immediately started a WhatsApp chat group with us and the new buyers. Every document and agreement was clearly and patiently explained. We had zero contacts in Bangalore. They guided us with drafting the Power of Attorney, helped us to procure the Katha titles, the NOC from the apartment and many many other tasks they took over Finally all my husband had to do was to show up in Bangalore with the original documents They were with him for over 4 hours at the Registrar’s office guiding and making sure everything was done smoothly, while updating me over the chat group. Couldn’t be happier with their service They absolutely deserve the 5stars. World class standards. Well done guys. Keep up the good work and you will be the most successful agency in Bangalore.

These guys are biggest scammers, specially guy Uttam. Its a hard task to get your security deposit back. I have to come from Delhi to Bangalore just to take my security amount back. They will keep giving excuses like sister's marriage etc and stop taking your call. Anyone can scroll down and see all the negative comments are about deposit money. Thats the scam they usually do. All positive reviews are fake, even they asked me to give 5 star rating 2 years back, at that time I didn't know they will act differently once they have to returns your hard earned money. Even I gave them 5 star rating back then, but had to change back after seeing their true colors.

These guys are nice until they have to return the deposit money. They'll stop answering your calls. The guy called Uttam will keep on saying the he is depositing money everyday until he stops answering your texts, calls. Don't get fooled. And most of the positive reviews you find here are because they ask you to post these just after moving in. Wait for some time and then the problems start. They even ask you to tell Furlenco people that these guys referred you! Talk of shams!

I rented a 2 bhk house in teachers colony through "my rent a key", (Building No :244, 3rd avenue road ). I have vacated the house on June month, The house owner has reduced 2.8k from my advance for no reason. He said the kitchen rack has damaged, I am attaching a video which shows the condition of kitchen rack while vacating, By saying this reason he has reduced 2.5 k and another 350rs for some nonsense reason, Please avoid these kind of owners from your property list.

Worst experience ever. These people never respond. We opted for a fully furnished flat. They promised that washing machine would be available. They ended up giving a semi automatic washing machine in the worst condition possible. From the day we moved in, we were requesting them to repair it. No response yet and it has been 3 months now. They only know how to make false promises. No ethics what so ever. Please do not opt MyRentKey.

all positive reviews are fake.... they will keep your security deposit and keep giving excuses for not returning the money. I was asked to pay 1000 rupees for cleaning when I was already paid painting charges of 12600. Beware of these thugs. moreover they didn't even do any repainting as they again posted the same flat again with new pictures. These goons do day light robbery

Very friendly executives.... best in services provided for the amouny paid. Few agents would only be with you until you enter the place but these guys are with you until your agreement is over and you vacant that place. First place to help you even with extra services required like furniture etc. Amazing team work guys.. keep rocking and helping people the same way

Caution caution caution - sweet talker but don't get decived by looks n talks. Doesn't return deposit amount after you vacat the flat. Its been 2 months following up for deposit but not responding. It seems this is the modus operandi of this group.
