I normally don't go out of my way to write reviews, but Red Rock Auto's service is exceptional. Here's my story; I have an uncommon vehicle (in Canada anyway, a Lada) and they took it in for an alignment. I had a few issues that needed to be looked after and repaired before I could get an alignment, so they gave me a list. They inspected the vehicle and test drove it, and charged me less than half an hour of labor ($42) even though it probably took them a whole hour to do. The mechanic took me under the truck and showed me exactly what needed to be done. Having an uncommon vehicle I am weary taking it to shops, and I have been ripped off in the past. I will definitely go back to Red Rock Auto and I highly recommend that YOU go there too. Thanks Red Rock, see you soon. I have been bringing my vehicles to Red Rock for years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Kelly and Shawn are the gold standard in customer service! They are always fair with their charges, and don't hesitate to tell you if a repair is NOT needed! Recently I took my 12 year old car with 140,000 k's in for an electrical problem. Later in the day I got a call that my vehicle was ready. Upon picking it up I was told there was NO CHARGE! It seems Kelly went on line and found a factory recall on the issue, took my vehicle to a GM shop, had it repaired and brought it back to his shop! Find another repair shop that would do that...I dare you!

I cannot say enough good things about Red Rock. Kelly and his team are incredibly professional, friendly and above all: KNOWLEDGEABLE. They are always willing to have a discussion about what's going on with your vehicle and providing recommendations. Their pricing is incredibly fair and they have never done something "just because". If they don't do something, they know the best place to refer you to. I have been taking vehicles to them and recommending to anyone and everyone for 4 years and I will continue to do so.

I had a small leak underneath my suv. Checked with canadian tire, they did not find anything and charged me 65 cad for diagnose fee. Checked with mr lube they also did not find anything. Luckily one guy told me about red rock auto. And they diagnosed it perfectly. It was the loose oil drain plug boult. They spent 30 minite to figured out and changed it free of cost. This is the first place i found in calgary where guys are professional and not try to rip you off. These guys are awesome. Highly recommended.

Kelly and his team are fantastic!! I was shopping around for car quotes and they were very upfront with what they could do and their pricing was reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the service I received (also with the results on my car) and will recommend this to anyone needing major car repairs. I had a manifold replaced and a few other things. Nice office space, and friendly team to work with. You have my trust if anything else comes up with my car (but let's hope not)!

I’ve been going to Red Rock for years now and have always had fast honest service from Kelly and Shawn. These guys will only repair what’s needed, on many occasions they’ve told me that certain things were not needed like I had thought they were. These guys will always do what’s right and will never charge you too much for their services. Will continue to go here as long as they’re open. No need to worry going here - small family run repair shop that you can trust.

Great shop, great customer service. Kelly was helpful and very knowledgeable. Red Rock does all my husband's company's vehicles so they came highly recommend. My husband doesn't trust a lot of mechanics, but they do great work and I'd willing pay more for good work. They price very fairly though and fixed my blub in my break light for free. Also adjusted my loose mirror free of charge. Highly recommend this business.
