Theft Problem! The Staff Steals Had a fun night here with a couple friends. Late night realized my iPhone was gone. So started calling it and it was answered the next AM - I talked to my lovely waitress Megan from the night before! What great luck when she answered my phone and said it was safely in her possession and she sweetly promised to promptly mail it back. I offered to pay reward and shipping and was told she would send her email address so I could do so, and that she was going to the post office that day and she would text or email me with that confirmation. That was great news! too bad it was a lie. I was tracking the phone's movements via iCloud so I should have known I was being lied to, but preferred to hope she was actually going to do what she claimed - Especially because I could see the Megan took the phone home with her where it remained for over a week until it was wiped clean and is gone - even when she was claiming it was back at the restaurant - good ole iCloud. Many calls to her and manager and story changes every time. Moved lost and found, waitress out of town, someone had a baby, call right back, its in the mail, its at someone else's house - the whole gamut of conflicting stories. So needless to say I never got it back. Bummer - hundreds lost on a brand new iphone lost to my lovely server that swiped it. One just doesn't expect their server to steal their phone -- so beware. Its a real pain filing police reports from across the country for such a dumb reason. I sure hope she got something of value for it, I just paid $600 for it the week before. I guess it really is a dive bar. I would love if someone wants to actually return my phone I would love to revise my review to reflect your awesome customer service and rectifying the situation.

Was looking for a hole in the wall while I was in town for work. Great atmosphere, bartender Anna was amazing. Only reason I’m giving this two stars is because of an awkward situation… I was BSing with a regular, and had to go potty. He whisked me away to a back game room, pulled keys out of his pocket, and opened a door to a restroom. Said I could use it instead of the main one. He then followed me in there and “propositioned” me. I told a couple of the staff (Anna who was working, and Nylah who was at the bar as a patron) who then told him what I said. He confronted me outside and said I was lying, and that he could get me kicked out. I have never been to this place before and didn’t even know about the “secret” restroom, not lying. I will refrain from saying his name. Absolutely blew my mind.Tried to email management a full, and detailed account of what happened - but the email listed on their site is invalid.

Despise this place. Gave my card to a bartender and 10 minutes later, they lost it, which was a first for me. Never has an establishment actually lost my payment info. After arguing with them to find it for a few minutes, and the bartender saying what amounted to "sorry, what can you do, guess we just lost it", another patron got upset that I was taking their attention, told me to chill out, and pushed me to the ground. At which point I left and cancelled my credit card. People get their purses, phones, wallets stolen in these Buckhead bars every night, but I was surprised that it was the bar itself that lost my stuff. Don't go to this area of town, and if you do, definitely avoid this garbage bar.

Dive bar = cigarette smoking inside allowed. Once you know that, everything else is great. Rare in a big city these days. I don't smoke and it's significant as you get to the front door - avoid if you're sensitive to the smell. Clean place (bartender lady was squeegee-ing the mirror as I entered, and immediately stopped to help me, though there was another bartender hanging out with customers at the other end), friendly staff, they take bank and credit cards, but better to pay cash, as they're busy & take a lot of cards. Games, digital juke box, locals (didn't see a pool table, which is generally necessary for can dive, but's a long shotgun bar). Cool divey place.

Really cool bar! Love the atmosphere and how they have arcade games. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly! My only complaint was my husband and friends paid money to have songs played from the juke box player and we never heard any of those songs- and they disappeared from the playlist. I also didn’t like how when the bartenders walked away from the POS system, I could see every open tab. Someone could easily look at the names on there, pick a name and add their drinks to that person’s tab.

I've been to every dive bar on this block with 0 problems EVER- Dive, Lost Dog, Big sky, Kramers, Pool Hall, 5 paces, Stagecoach, Churchills, Buckhead Saloon... Red Door Tavern ranks dead last place for me because of their racist staff. Stand outside on a Friday night and look at the crowd volume of people walking into that bar compared to Dive or Lost dog next door...theres a reason almost noone walks into Red Door in comparison.

Awesome dive bar! I know some folks have spoken poorly about the bartenders but I’ve never experienced that when I’ve been. The staff is welcoming and really wants everyone to have a good time. Kyle is super friendly and treats the guests with respect. Good drinks, good time!

Stopped in the Red Door Tavern during my trip to Atlanta after finding it on Google. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed!! I didn't catch the bartenders name but she was extremely friendly and on top of her job. Next time I'm in Atlanta I hope I have time to stop by again.

Been a customer for a while and was booted in their parking lot with no warning after 20 minutes. Four 8inx11in posters are apparently supposed to alert you of their new parking policy. Would have had no problem paying if it was more well known.

Stopped in for a few beers last night and spent some time in there. The bartender Nylah was very accommodating and polite. Didn’t really connect with me in any notable way whatsoever but that’s not that important if I’m only spending less

My bar tender Kyle, who was Italian, was very rude! Was very unappreciative about his tip. Kept complaining about it, and then gave it back to one of my friends saying that he “appreciated” his company in a petty way.

Amazingly cool hangout bar...i think that's what i can describe it as. Old school in a modern setup. Where do you find a bar where one can smoke a cigarette and play games right inside...here you could.

Chill spot to grab a good beer. The selection was surprisingly good and the bartender Kyle was great. If liquor is your thing, the Red Door Pour is no joke. I will definitely hit this place up again.

One of the few bars open in the afternoon for sporting events, or a quiet beer while you work on your laptop. Totally different scene at night on Friday and Saturday. Live music on Thursdays

Bartender Kyle is super Cool and very respectful. First time here. Was invited by the live band musician Logan. Great music, environment, space and crowd.... will surely be coming back

Pretty nice chill bar. Quite low key, so a nice contrast to loud places nearby. A bit lacking in terms of menu, no food when we came there, but otherwise dug this place.

Cool place to go to with friends...went to watch the Georgia southern game....left with lots of new friends. Cool bartenders...remember there is no food there...

I been coming to Red Door a little over a year. I like the drinks and arcade games. Michaele the bartender and real nice and I always enjoyed her service.

Small place. Picked it because it looked like a cool arcade bar option from their website, but very lacking in the game room. Good staff and bartenders

Had a terrible experience with this business and it’s ‘outsourced’ parking patrol. A 100% racketeering operation that should be investigated.

I had a really rough night and everyone made sure that I was taken care of and got home safely. I can’t thank them enough, incredible crew <3
