She was extremely thorough during her entry inspection, and during my tenancy has always been very quick to deal with any maintenance issues. Suzi is, all around, an absolute pleasure to deal with. The wonderful reception staff at Ray White Semaphore are also a true delight to deal with, all interactions I have had with this fantastic team have been overwhlemingly positive. My partner and I recently applied for a rental property advertised by Ray White Semaphore. We were looking for rental properties in Adelaide at short notice and while still living in Melbourne, a complication compounded by travel restrictions. As a consequence, we were unable to attend any inspections and the house hunt was time sensitive. We were told by the property manager, Tricia Constantine, that she would be able to assist us remotely, which we were very grateful for. Tricia went out of her way to progress our application as quickly as possible. Tricia even visited the property on a Friday evening prior to our arrival in Adelaide to confirm that all services had been connected in time for our two weeks in self-quarantine. Thanks, Tricia!

We had been looking in the Semaphore area for a while before Sophia from Ray White Semaphore found us our dream home. We had many conversations and went to a lot of inspections with other agents who all kept showing us rubbish or totally missed our brief. Sophia didn't. Sophia extended herself in a big way for us and showed us a property that wasn't even on the market. We put in an market offer and negotiated terms that suited all. I would not hesitate to describe Sophia as honest, hard-working and a great listener. Sophia truly does go the extra mile and doesn't try to sell you something you don't want which is something you really appreciate after a while of searching. Would highly recommend both selling and buying through her.

If I could rate ZERO STARS I would! Peter Kikianis is the most manipulative, lying and most unprofessional real estate agent I have ever come across in Adelaide. If you see a house with his name on it run the other way. DO NOT deal with him!! He will ruin your hopes and dreams of becoming a new home owner, by him worrying about lining his own pockets and not caring about his clients, at all! Not to mention the lack of unprofessionalism, when speaking to clients and failing to have basic qualities such as honesty, integrity and understanding.

I rented a house through them, and found the house to be overpriced for the condition it was in. On doing further research I found most of their listings to be at least $50 - $70 dollars higher than others agents in the area. In addition to this they did not do regular inspections. Correspondence was lacking, and complaints for repairs had to be followed up, as they sometimes ignored the first written request. Would not rent through them again. In fairness to them though, some of our grievances could be solely squared at the landlord.

We tried to buy a property from Heather Montemayor, and found the process very disappointing. We asked a number of questions and were told she'd get back to us, but usually we had to contact her. She usually sounded bored or distracted when talking to us. The crunch came when the property changed from auction to poa. We know for a fact that she gave us a higher price than other people, which we found unethical and chose not to do business with her. It even put us off other properties that she was selling.

If you are looking for an agent that really knows the area, the market and the buyers-then Peter is your Man. We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Peter to sell and buy our beautiful homes on more than one occasion. Over the years we have known Peter, we have found him to be completely genuine, considerate, honest and dedicated. He works tirelessly to ensure his clients are happy and satisfied without the pressure and unrealistic expectations. We would highly recommend Peter and his team.

Raff was dedicated to selling my property and making the process as smooth as possible. He understood this was the first time I had sold a property and needed additional support through the process which he was happy to provide. He kept me updated on a regular basis and offered honest feedback on the property. He also knows the western suburbs well and is up to date with market trends in the area. I believe this local knowledge helped to sell the property quicker especially during Covid.
