So ill behaved staff, who cheaply commented in front of costumers in billing area for the personal items they buy. One of the staff apparently named Durga (male) badly commented about a product I bought. Complaining to the manager too didn’t make much difference to him or the manager either. It’s very disappointing to have such cheap staff around who publicly comment about private products bought by costumers and more over manager not understanding the delicate nature of situation. Might not visit this branch again

These people have been cheating customers idk since when, this is my third time and the same thing occurred. Went in to buy European Cucumbers which were priced at ₹41/kg at the shelf & in the bill it turns out to be ₹44/kg. People usually don’t check the per kilo rate in the bill and that’s how they’re cheating by putting lower price on the shelf and higher price in the bill. Really Low Class

You are chargining for the carry bags with vat which is not acceptable you should supply the bags free You should consider, regret to inform u that even a small vendor giving carry free of charge. On several occasion I informed at your cash counter, egret very much, no action has been taken yet.

Contrary to the other Ratnadeep branches across the city, I had a negative experience here. There was either no AC or it wasn't working. It was hot inside. The vegtables and other groceries weren't fresh compared to the quality you get in other branches.

You get variety of things at one place but everything is on MRP. No discounts on most of the products. Being a supermarket I think they should offer competitive rates to be in the competition with other players like dmart and reliance fresh/market.

They should check for the stuff that's expired. I found a packet of biscuits which was expired. They should add refrigerators for soft drinks and chocolates as well. Other than that the store is fine for basic necessities.

No discounts or cashback. Pay the full price if you don't care on how much you are spending. Please buy from local kirana store and get items at much cheaper price. Please change the name to MSRP store!

You won't find much discount as compared to other super market like d mart and reliance. You can find so many products at one place and even vegetables are available
