We had a long term relationship with our previous agent and decided to give Chris a go at selling our property. He not only sold the property for all cash but received multiple offers! His level of service enabled us to receive more than our expectations in a very short time period. Fast forward 10 months later, I consider Chris to not be a highly reputable agent, but also a friend as he kept in regular contact with me, and I recommend him to everyone. Go Chris!!

DO NOT TRUST RAPTIS REAL ESTATE! I cannot stress this enough. If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would. We were charged for a maintenance job by raptis that was done before our settlement date. When we asked Chris about this in person, he did not give a straight answer and then proceeded to block all our calls, texts, and emails. Very poor and dodgy quality service.

Raptis real estate has been astounding. On our initial meet, Chris and Olivia were both engaged and welcoming. Chris is the most knowledgeable agent that i have ever come across. Always available and responds quickly to calls/emails, even at an ungodly hour such as 5am in the morning. Very happy with Raptis looking after our rentals.
