While at your location and using the Value Add Center payment kiosk, the touch-screen had performed errors in that it had stalled. Because of this, I thought my digital input had not gone through so I continued touching the screen to proceed with payment. After numerous attempts, the screen finally proceeded to the next step but did so while I was touching the screen. As a result, the incorrect payment amount was inputed and my debit card became overcharged by $35 extra than what I had initially wanted to input. I notified the on-site team member. She kept posting the blame on me, saying that I should have inputed the amount that I meant. She also said she could offer no refund for the amount I was overcharged. I really needed that money, and am very disappointed that the service attended on site would blame me for an issue their own POS system had caused.

Omgosh what a perfect laundromat! I haven't felt so comfortable since I've been in Houston I am from Norman, Oklahoma and it's mind blowing why we haven't seen these amazing laundromats in OUr college town yet? I wish I could find someone to invest into this company bc they have the best clean facility, most functional machines yet, and it's cashless! I'm new to this technology, but Omgosh again!!! I've been to look at a couple "washaterias", I had to walk out a couple bc I have a 2yo son, was not comfortable for the West Chase district, I felt like I found a treasure with this place GOOOOOD JOB!!

This is the most cleanest up-to-date technology energy efficient place I've ever been I would never question a single doubt that you can see this place being ran really well it's a little place tucked away from a lot of ghetto neighborhoods but if you can get here do it they don't use quarters in here so you don't have to carry around that big heavy pocket full of it they just use this electronic card thing that is utilized to pay for your laundry and the kiosk you load it from is very easy to use it's not hard I've included a picture of a few of the items

Super disappointed! The place is clean air conditioning and quite however the dryers take $2 plus and my clothes are still wet after spending $6 and 1.5 hr to dry one load! I spoke with the girl that is there and she said her manager won't give a refund saying I may have put in too many clothes. No ma'am I used the extra load dryer and put in a load and a half, the dryer wasn't half way filled. The glass of the dryer wasn't hot at all. It's not me it's truly your broken dryer. If you go to this place be careful they will steal your money.

I always come to this place to wash my clothes, the attention is always very good, but the service tonight was not very pleasant, since it said in the Google GPS that they would close at 10pm, he arrived at 9:30pm with all the intention . After asking for the laundry service and picking up my clothes the next day, the lady behaved rudely and told me that next time I should go earlier because they closed at 8:30 pm. In the end I really dislike it

We here and love it... so nice inside and the A/C in this Texas heat was A1...the entire facility was very very clean--top-to-bottom and so quiet and peaceful. The staff-very professional knowledgeable with inviting vibes that made our experience pleasant here when getting your clothes washed. I love this place and their reloada quite cble card was not only free and convenient! Please go and try this 5 star place indeed!

Its 11:00 Friday morning, I came here to do wash and the place is closed and locked up. Otherwise very nice washateria, the pre-load card wasnt what I was expecting. Well lit, spacious and clean I'll return with the Hope's that they wont be closed during normal business hours.

Very clean. New washers and dryers. Attendant on site and she stays wiping everything down and maintaining the cleanliness of this place. There is a change machine in site. One takes cash another takes credit/ debit card. We are making this our permanent lavanderia.

I am glad I gave this place a try! The staff is wonderful and is very clean. My bed sheets washed very nicely and removed all stains. Highly recommend for anybody who lives in apartments with small washer and dryer that can’t fit bed sheets!

Never had any issues, they keep the facility clean. The dryers do have melted items in them so you have to be careful and pay attention to that, but over all they're great.

This place was great when it first open. Now it's as if no one talk to you if they do they are rude. The TV is never on an English channel. The lady sweep dirt on people.

This is my favorite wash house. Love it because you don’t have to worry about getting a bunch over quarters you can just load money on to a card so much more convenient.
