If there was another way expressing this, I would not even give this one start also, but it is worth recording this comment. The staff including the arrogant pharmacist were not friendly at all, nor professional,. The pharmacist had so much ego and I felt bit of racism in his attitude. this bloody so called pharmacist avoided cunningly to answer my question about the high blood pressure and its side effect and discharged his professional responsibility by keep saying go and see your doctor, not genuine care factor I could observe from his behaviour. I would not recommend such place to anyone. take a extra mile and visit another friendly pharmacy, but definitely NOT this one. beside some of the comments posted here (not all), I think these guys have vested interested in this pharmacy and that is why so much stars for so unprofessional poor service. you don't know what and who to trust. :(

I really needed insulin for myself, but due to the current situation & backlog, I was told by another pharmacy that I may have had to wait weeks until I could get some. My mum went into Ramsay Pharmacy today on a chance and, thankfully, they had what I need, however, my script was being kept at the other pharmacy. The team of people on the floor and at the dispensary (one of whom we believe is named Marco) did much more than we could have ever asked for, and actively communicated and coordinated with the other pharmacy to try and get my prescription filled, which they did by the middle of the day. The whole team were so helpful, efficient, considerate & friendly, and we are so thankful that they went above and beyond to help us with what we needed today. Thank you!

I found Jacqui after having her look after me at Balaclava, yippee she is probably the most honest friendly warm personality I have ever come across in a Pharmacy, she took me under her wing and helped me with every query, I then went into the city and saw ramsay as I had to race into the Pharmacy for supplies and was so pleased to see a very happy and welcoming face Jacqui, her beautiful nature and professional attention to my needs was so amazing I will be a Ramsay customer for life, thank you Jacqui and well done Ramsay's! Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I went just on closing and didn't have my script so after going to the GP and returning to the pharmacy almost an hour later, they had stayed around so I could have my script filled which was literally a life saver! 5 stars isn't enough …

I visited this flagship store of Ramsay pharmacy last week. The prices of many off the shelf medicines are competitive and in some cases even lower than chemist warehouse. Staff are very attentive. They also have a wellness centre in the store.

Very poor customer experience episode... Simply needed a document witnessed - cost $3 - which is fine. But then made to wait for 15+ minutes whilst the pharmacist unpacked boxes with nobody else in the store? Not fine. One star.

This is a great pharmacy with exceptionally friendly staff. I needed a whooping cough vaccine and one of the staff members started his shift early to accommodate my availability. Would highly recommend.
