I bought medication the other day and I paid $65, i asked can i also please get one of my documents attested but pharmacist was very rude and she said please give us a dollar coin otherwise I can’t do it. Cmon I paid $65 for my stuff and still u asking for a dollar. I said I don’t have cash but im happy to pay with my card, and she said sorry I can’t accept card for that. It’s ridiculous

The male pharmacist is very rude has not respect the prices are well above any pharmacy that I have ever been to I use to attend this pharmacy all the time in fact it was the only pharmacy I attended now I would advise anyone in the area to go elsewhere if that chemist is in attendance or if they want value for money and respectful private service

Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Plenty of far friendlier chemists in close proximity. I spent nearly 2 hours out of my work day trying to arrange filling of my script to no avail. They are discriminatory and rude. Extremely unpleasant experience with this pharmacy. I do not recommend

I was told i had to get the name brand of the script because the doctor had used the brand in the script. I said ok. He then came back and said they only had generic so i can have that. One of his statements is a lie. An attempt to sell the more expensive medication? Weird lie.

Abominable service and bad attitude by the pharmacist who is rude lazy and can’t be bothered being there - never have I seen such poor service If he is not the owner he should be sacked or reported to AHPRA for negligence and incompetence and a hazard to public safety

Very friendly and supportive people. They signed our declaration forms without hesitating. Didn’t ask for any cash at all. Thank you for your help and support in this difficult time. Great service.

Rude and disinterested staff and don’t stock standard pharmacy essentials. Went in with an urgent issue, the pharmacist acted like it was inconvenient for her to assist us. Avoid this place

Spacious store. Staff are prompt in filling my prescriptions. Sometimes there are some good sale items so have a browse.

When looking for a lip balm they recommended the most expensive option. Apart from that it's like any other chemist

The man at the counter is really rude and impatient. He can just quit if he hates the job that much.
