Both the therapist Mohamed Fahad Ali and his management Dr Mahmood Awad Al Falahi are giving falls promises. Untrusted! Don't believe their words. The therapist is absolutely beginner and doesn't have much of experience. The equipments are very basic I found that Ramadi has poor and unprofessional management which pushed me to discontinue the treatment and cancel all the sessions and approvals even I needed the treatment the most. On the first day (the assessment session), while waiting at the reception, I heard the Doctor "the management" shouting at the therapist and I could hear everything, which I found it unprofessional to do such a thing while patient is on floor! I asked the other therapist at the counter, should I leave and come back later? She said: no no please wait,it's ok! Even though I felt it's a bit dodgy, but I thought to give it a chance which it wasn't a good idea. Then I met the doctor "the management" explained my case and he evaluated my case to decide on the treatment plan. So, I requested to send an email with the initial evaluation along with the treatment plan so I can inform and update my doctor in the UK. He said :ok I kept asking for my request for a week even I did 2 physiotherapy sessions but I never received anything and at the end I have been told that the doctor "the management" Dr Mahmood is not going to send an email with your evaluation session!! No reason provided. What does that indicates to?!!!! So, I have been promised to receive the evaluation report and I started after they got all the approvals from my insurance, then not delivering whet they have promised!! An advice, DONT PROMISE WHAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER! and for once, PUT YOURSELF IN THE PATIENT SHOES & NOT HIS POCKET! So if this is happening from the beginning, what could possibly happen later?! I have nerve injury and shoulder surgery. Why waisting my time? Just to get any case to get any income behind it?! Why would they advertise on Groupon with half price while the insurance will pay a full price!? I personally, do not recommend it at all. I don't trust any of them. The choice is yours!

I was treated by Mr Mahmood Al Falahi who conducted an examination. I was very impressed with how comprehensive was in his examination and explanation. He was very patient and empathetic in answering any questions I had and the clarity of his explanations were excellent. I was reassured, and provided with exercise programme and treatment by Shezi. She is so lovely and caring, she knows what she is doing. I have absolute confidence in my physio not just for her expertise but for her dedication. A very positive experience indeed. It is the 2nd time I visit this clinic and I would not use anyone else.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care and remarkable results. Taking my mom there to address her neck issues turned out to be a game-changer, as she achieved astonishing improvement in just 10 sessions. The lady was amazingly patient and sweet with her.. The team here are lovely! Always super friendly and helpful. The space is relaxing and welcoming, and my treatment with Shezy has been really wonderful. I came here with a terrible 8-9 months long neck pain. Went through every possible treatment at the clinic. Took some time but I was pain free by the end of it. Everyone was extremely friendly and understanding and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
