Today we had visited Rairo Tariq road branch. Because of Eid there was waiting so we waited almost 30 mins. Than we ordered food and starter ( only fries for kids) which was served after 35mins. Main course which was served after 55 mins. There was no tissue box, no glass and plates on table. We asked many time for all things. To much annoying service. Food served uncooked, steak beef was un chewable. Malai boti uncooked. Served wrong dish We asked manager to come but they didn't come to meet us and resolved our complain. Even didn't serves coldrink to us Total damage 13000 for uncooked meal I will not recommend this restaurant Eid pe waiting Hoti hai understandable, khana late ata h smjh ata hai but taste tu same he rehta hai or paka hoa khana milta hai. Ok so firstly i go there with a group of mine friends and unfortunately what I ordered was really good and yummy i order in starters chicken strips which is really yummy and chick mexican steak that spicy ajd yummy too and one grilled club sandwich ... Its quite ok not too fancy but ok good. Not bad atleast but on other hand my friends order few things which is really bad in taste ...like Alfredo pasta is not good as thought.... Beef steak its just taste like they boiled it and served us with veggies .

We were looking for some decent mandi or something like that so ordered their most running Zauq-Al-Arbia platter. No doubt it was worth the hype with everything tasting excellent. (Malai Boti, Chicken Boti, Chicken Reshmi Kabab, Beef Afghani Kabab, Chicken Bihari Tikka, Shish Taouk) Overall a must try for those who prefer Mandi or meat over rice

A good looking restaurant and also good in taste but sliw service. We tried bar b q platter, mutton Karahi, 1 meter kebab and Tea. Bar b q platter was great in taste and rice has the aroma of yakhni which makes it better in taste. But the bar b q quantity was less. Mutton Karahi was outstanding and we love it. 1 meter kebab was average as per its hype. Tea was good if you compare it with restaurant tea but we prefer tea at pathan's dhaba obviously They make very cosy and good looking designs from inside and outside as well so people are attracted to look too. There is a parking issue but valet parking is available. Service is slow even though there were just 3 to 4 tables occupied.

We ordered BBQ Mutton Hunzai Kebab and Chicken Turkish Kebab. Food was really good, Hunzai Kebab was very very delicious. Naan were also good but they should keep chappati if they are serving BBQ. Also Raita which they served was not good. Very cold like frozen and that with taste of peppers only. Its a one time visit place because of the pricing. Very expensive like 1100 for mutton kebab is way too much. They should work on pricing. Although we availed 25% discount but again instead of lavish ambience they should.keep the prices low.

We were excited to go RAIRO Just for ambiance. We ordered 3 main course... 1. Zauq ul Arabia - 10/10 (too good more than expectations, I really like Mandi and we never ever compare Mandi with it but in terms of quantity and prices.. (This platter is much better than Mandi) 2. Fish and Chips- 10/10 (fresh & Crispy, one of my friend is big fan of Kababjees' fish & Chips, but after tasting this today, her opinion is totally changed. 3. Alferdo Pasta -6/10 (there is no combination to order this with above choices. It was not as good as we expecting.. anyways our overall experience was too good

This Rairo restaurant is located at Allama Iqbal Road near to Red Apple Restaurant. It has the road facing parking facility at your own risk. It has the great ambiance with plants and flowers. I like the environment and ambiance alot. I have ordered chicken corn soup and hot and sour soup. Soups were really disappointed to me as they don't have the good texture and consistency. Later on, their steak sandwich was good in taste. Its newly established restaurant and they are working on their menus. I will not recommend this restaurant for the soups otherwise ok for main course.

Extremely beautiful Ambience! Really well decorated restaurant..From tasty & delicious food to neat and clean environment. We booked the roof top and it was arranged in the perfect way. Lift facility for everyone + clean washrooms. About food: We ordered chicken karhai, beef boti, chicken makhani handi with naan and parathas. The makhani handi was very much tasty, so was the chicken karhai and beef boti.. 10/10 for food too! Waiters were quite quick and helpful so thumbsup for the amazing management. I came with my office colleagues with over 25+ people. Will be coming soon with my family, InshAllah:)

Interior design and ambience was very good but i found this place bit congested not too much space between tables. No card option for payment, which is bit problem. Tried Karahi and Tikka and club sandwich. Taste was good of Butter Karahi but Red one was too salty, tikka was OK, sandwich was also average. One thing that make me too disappointed and that is their service, we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for ordering, then i had to ask multiple times to same waiter to get anything and in the end had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to wind up and get my bill. Not a very good experience.

I wanted to try a new place, n went there. Honestly, I felt I made a wrong choice and wasted money. Firstly, it was super hot and ac was not working. Secondly, the things I asked for not available and thirdly, the things we ordered were not of good taste. ....they need to work on the ambiance too. I felt like regretting my visit. Above all, why not card system. So I think they need to check on this, as they are charging too high.

Recently visited Rairo and tried Dynamite Chicken, Rairo Special Nachos, Hot and Sour Soup, and Chicken Madbee. The soup and Chicken Madbee were good in taste but the Nachos were just okay. Unfortunately, the Dynamite Chicken was a letdown; you can see from the picture it didn't meet expectations. At lunch time, the beverage options were limited to soft drinks only. Overall my experience was average.

Food was amazing and neat n clean atmosphere. We ordered their bbq platter and there was a blood in one piece of chicken so we complained and the waiter immedietly remove that and they served us fresh chicken and surprisingly instead of 1 piece they served 4 pieces which is very appreciateable. I have order rice with plater and chicken burger and starter mushroom soup which is very testy, platter is good at the end we order Kunafa which is just a standard quality, at the end it's very disappointed to see the bill which is charged 17% Sales tax which is not mentioned in menu, I think they can at least put every item price mention +GST so it's not cheating.

We tried their madbee and arabian platter, and both were good in taste, especially Mutton madbee was quite good. Quantity was also ample. Service was good. Giving 3 stars coz the service was too slow, we had to wait outside for it to open even though it said 1 PM and we were there at 2, the plates on the table were dirty, they didn't clean up till half an hour and after repeatedly asking them to.
