Wasn’t thrilled about the rides they were not safe. Some of them were not shouldn’t have her been up and running. Some of them were not safe for older kids that I saw in the lights keep going out lines were too long. It’ll be nice to have newer machines, and more updated and more safe during procedures really disappointing with staff I was checking bags did not know what a peeping was That’s really sad and then asking my daughter what is for when she has emergency bracelet emergency necklace on stating what she’s allergic to in March on her back at the same time. Really disappointed with the whole price range of tickets really disappointing with the bracelet situation. I bought Recents off line and then they did not even go through. Then you guys shut it down the first day the thing opens , then my kids by bracelets and they can’t even write half of the rides they were shutting down, breaking an opening time for rides were really disappointing on Friday three then they shut down by 9 o’clock. There’s really disappointed to see how this festival is running their business first time going last time we’ll go not too thrilled about it. Little disappointed as much as money they put into it. .. I really would love to see you guys upgrade yourself make areas where there’s water spraying to help cool people down and it would be nice to see more areas with shade and I saw so many places shutting down power outages out through we bought stuff in peoples computers and stuff kept going out the businesses. It be nice for you guys to upgrade that park area. If you’re going to use it every year, upgrade your rides and drop the prices for this price I could’ve went to Portland Oregon to the waterfront park and pay 10 times cheaper and a 10 times more fun with more games and skating and food and more than what we had at the strawberry festival. Disappointing all the way around for the prices in the way, people were treating people not to friendly at all…. I think fireworks should’ve been off for nights just not one night. Traffic was terrible the next day specially coming through town and live in Oregon out to the Strawberry Festival. Traffic was backed up all the way through town was really disappointed after the strawberry shortcake and parade Saturday. It was a nightmare. Something needs to change town is growing bigger surprise people are not looking into finding ways to make this a lot better and more flexible and more affordable for families…

Worst fair experience I’ve had in years. Stood in line for 45 min to an hour for the Ferris wheel, and the minute we got to the front (literally next to get loaded in) they shut off the lights and told everyone they were done. There was no warning, no telling us they were going to shut it down, no nothing. Then we went to try and play a game- stood in line for another 45 minutes, the gal working was not friendly, and very obviously over her job. She was working alone, and the same balloon game the next booth over had 3 workers so I understand the frustration. when we finally got to the front we used all of our tickets for darts. We hit 7, and the toy we wanted was 8. However, Halfway through us playing darts, another group cut in front asking how many darts to get a pig toy. She said she would just scan the ticket twice and she would give it to them. (Without playing the game) We then asked for the fox toy, cause we had paid $25+ in tickets and only needed one more. She rolled her eyes and said “No, you needed 2 more” not only rude, but after ignoring us for another cutting group ((and basically just giving them a toy)) I have never been more frustrated leaving a fair. I’m normally not a Karen, but my feet hurt and I would give 0 stars if I could

They provide a very clean show, with rides and games for people of all ages. As a customer, my experience with Rainier was better than that of other places. The management and employees are friendly and helpful. As a former employee, this is a GREAT place to work if you want to travel for the summer, or gain some work experience for the future. You will learn customer service and other entry-level job skills such as cash handling, retail, food service, or mechanical/trade specific skills. You will learn how to work hard and how to problem solve. My only issue was how the management would promote underqualified individuals as supervisors, and seemed to have a very closed-doors approach towards employees. They really didn't seem to care about employee concerns, most of the management would hide in their air-conditioned trailers all day and ignore legitimate problems. Their business practices are outdated, but maybe that has changed... Overall, good company. They DO place a high emphasis on custometr safety!!! If they went public I would likely invest lol. Keep up the good work :).

wife just worked for them on Saturday in Moses lake, Washington from 10 Am till 11 pm at night that's 13 hours, gave her very few breaks, expected my wife to return the next day for another 10 hours, my wife suffered heat exhaustion, and sun burns, they would not transfer her to another location to work; than when it came time to pay, the lady lied said she had to send to hr, before she could pay, and made my wife wait till 9 30 at night on Sunday and gave her cash, the lady was the hr person!!!!! they promised my wife 15 dollars an hour, they only payed her 135.00 excuse me but 13 hour is $195.00 there was no taxes taken out, they removed a hr for lunch OK, can handle that, but than deducted her two 15 mins from her pay as well, illegal, very corrupt business, very bad business practices, and they treat there workers like ***t!!!!!

We went to the carnival at the strawberry festival yesterday in Lebanon Oregon. My son is 5 years old and really enjoyed the superhero and the minion walk through. The carnival had a variety of rides for children and adults. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the employee stationed at the minion walk through had very rude behavior. This employee was sitting on the entrance stairs which is fine but he had put his empty drink containers where the children should walk through and also crossed his leg so it was more difficult for them to get through.. he had a sour look on his face and was sleeping as well. Maybe the employees should be provided with chairs and water as I understand that it's hard to stand in the heat all day.. but I dont think it's safe at all to put tripping objects in an already small spaced entrance.

I just had an amazing experience, at a small traveling carnavel. I just received and witnessed some of the best customer service I have had in years. My family was treated to a carnavel. The staff genuinely cared about every ride. They spoke about how they "got" to retofit carnival equipment. About the "joy" they experienced from "seeing kids smile". They "bragged" about operating and maintaining the world's oldest travelling Ferris wheel and Yoyo ride. They showed genuine happiness in a 6 year old girl winning a small toy. Just wow. That is something I would not have predicted.

Games and ride tickets WAY OVERPRICED, no variety of rides, not worth any of the money spent. ALSO, BEWARE OF HOW MANY TICKETS RIDE EMPLOYEES ARE SCANNING/CHARGING… had a carnie over-scanning for me and my nephew to ride one ride, so it should have only used 24 tickets (12 per person) and the carnie kept scan-scan-scanning, using all 40 tickets on the card. The lady at customer service returned the over-scanned 16 tickets to our card, but just a warning to ***BE VERY AWARE OF HOW MANY TICKETS ARE BEING USED WHERE***. Pretty irritated and disappointed in the whole production.

They hire temp employees who don’t care. They were just in Salem a lady was doing cotton candy and she had bo gloves on and picked her nose and kepts grabbing and stuffing the cotton candy. Another employee was very rude to my uncle because he had alot of tickets and interrupted another employee and my uncle talking telling him to go to the back of the line. Please waste your money on this company if they come to your town.

Absolutely worst experience at a fair in 30 years. Some rides were down, or half busted down, and lines? What lines, they didn’t have anybody guide the masses into lines so there were just random crowds around the ride. Two hours of trying to locate a single ride we could get on, my sons heart visibly breaking, we gave up. I will definitely remember Rainer, and never attend another event with their name on it.

I don't know where to start honestly. The show is real nice hands down. From the owners to the employees it is a good, clean, and fun Carnival..... Family own and ran and together they make a magical midway of good food, nice rides and lots of games to play. So come out this summer and enjoy a day at Rainier Amusements.

They came to Boise Idaho and we were so excited. But when we got their it was HORRIBLE. They had 5 or 6 rides and they were very run down. Plus the people in charge of the music were playing very EXPLICIT AND DISRESPECTFUL music for this being a children's event. I was shocked and we ended up leaving after one ride.

This place is horribly ran. For the Oregon State fair tear down on September 4th 2017 they decided they were gonna send you a check for some odd reason. As of today September 19th 2017 still haven't received pay...such B.S and when you call no one calls you back.. SO think twice before you work for them

  • Shawnee Graham

This company does the Old Fashion Festival in Newberg Oregon, this company is horrible. The manager that ran it this year was so strick, and yet with employees so passive. Over all l, this company should not be doing the festival here. Wish they could find another company .

  • Jesse

Horrible fun house. It had four mirrors in it and ome missing. 5 dollers per person and they didn't even have lights on. Why do they even run this thing? They can't even invest anything in refurbishing their "amusements" do not waste your money!

  • Phillip Pharis

The staff is very nice. But at the coos county fair 2021 rides had to be stopped and worked on frequently and rides with several seats that could not be used due to safety concerns. Still fun but weary of the rides.

  • calvin jacobs

Way over priced no variety of rides and way over priced games. Very disappointing. And employees over scan tickets. Waste if time and money. Came home with nothing but disappointment from everyone.

  • Sara T

They were very kind and understanding to the Developmentally Disabled residents I work with. I really appreciated them at the Douglas County Fair. Thank you for making sure they had a great time!

  • Lindsey Miller

You treat teenagers like trash. No breaks for 3 hours. They say they will pay cash. Also a lie. Do NOT waste your time or money on this place.Trash. Straight up TRASH!!!!!!!!

  • Emily Walker

The cost of everything was insane. Unless it was a local vendor who SOMEHOW made the cut (very few did) it was just price gaugeing.

  • Shawn Kiser

No ride count for 2018 coos county fair. Worse than last year when davis shows was here. Feel very sorry for kids wanting rides

  • Life After Death

Dont work for this company taking 3 months and too much effort just to get payied.
