Be careful here. They don't always disclose the return policy properly. Customer service is sad, they speak their own language with each other when trying to resolve a customer issue. The Spanish music is played so loud that you almost have to yell to be heard. Their corporate office is even worse, no matter how a problem is explained a representative named "Carly" does not care at all about customer relations. Since they reward their sales staff for poor customer service they surely won't stay in business very long. I will never even look at their window display again or step in their establishment. A 1/2 a star would be more fitting. I'm glad I only invested a few pennies in this place since this is the kind of clothing you buy when you are NOT looking for quality or long-term wear.

It’s Rainbow so I don’t expect Nordstrom service but the service was pretty good at the register. I stop by once in a while and never had an issue. I just go here for stuff like basic tops especially when I need something quick. I would advise getting there 15 to 20 min before closing b/c that’s when they lock the door.. I got there 15 min before to exchange something I bought earlier the same day and the doors were locked. I can understand 5 min prior to closing but 15-20 mins is not cool. I banged on the door and they let me in thankfully.

En este lugar no conocen lo que es servicio al cliente; una de las cajeras me trató de una manera irrespetuosa solo porque le pedí hacer un retorno y el manager de turno fue peor aun!! Definitivamente no se como un negocio puede operar con personas tan mala educada y con tan bajo nivel de servicio al cliente!! No volvería a este lugar ni que me regalen la ropa!! The clothes are good and prices are great but all the clothes way to close together u cant walk. Next time I go imma get pics because you must see this. I love the store but this store all the clothes are right next to each other. I'm small and skinny and barely fit around looking around. Bad customer service, and all they do is play Spanish music very loud, there was nobody to help me, when I ask for something in a particular size or a particular shoe, they act as if they don't understand English, but yet if I was one of their people they would be quick to help, I felt very unwanted there...I would never come back to this location, it would be very useless.

I was shopping andci had some stuff from the first floor and walked up to get a graduation outfit for myself and was followed like I was stealing to the point I couldn't even see what was on the racks because the woman was so far on me I thought I was in her way of working,I am 53,where was I stealing from? I left everything I was going to purchase

If you need a quick outfit and you don’t want to pay Designer prices, Rainbow is the place to go. There’s no guarantee you won’t see other people wearing your outfit, but I suppose that’s why they make more than one. Plus, if you know how to accessorize, you can make an ordinary outfit look extraordinary!!!!

Es buena la tienda pero muchas cosas bonita pero con el calzado le ponen un precio que cuando va a pagar te dicen que tiene que cojer otro cslzado para que te salga al precio queellos ponen por ejemplo lo ponen a 10 y tiene que cojer otro es decir que son 20 dolares aunque tu no quiera el segundo

The clothes were pretty but it was cramped in there..and there wasn't anyone around to help you. You just got to do your own thing in there. They have a whole floor for plus sizes and a section in the back full of clearance items. I would go back there again.

Horrible clothes. Typically Rainbows cater to the dominant community make up..well I don't know who lives over there but the clothes are awful! I had a credit so I had to get something and I did..lipgloss smh

Had an awful experience with manager Ryan earlier this week. Why’s he even a manager?? I don’t even know if training and coaching will help him. Retail involves customer service which he doesn’t posses.

Not enough variety. They do not carry all the items. They should organize the discount section with long racks instead of round ones, so that there is room to move around.

Rainbow has become one of my favorite clothing store. Their prices are very reasonable and good quality. They sell clothes in petite, regular and plus size.

I am wheelchair bound and this place is simply not accessible. I had to sit at the door like the bags they checked not a good feeling.
